Nice and clean hotel and it is close to most of the go-to places in Baghdad The employees are very helpful and welcoming The rooms are comfy but not so soundproof There is a swimming pool in the hotel The car parking is not large as it only holds like 5 cars or so

The location of the hotel is amazing and rooms are super clean! but they’re are some negative points such as, the restaurant is like a cafe or Shisha location where smoke is everywhere, and noise resulting from dominos players is disgusting( I don’t recommend dinner there). The stuff of the hotel is not trained for better services. People are kind in general.

Good in general, location is good, parking is somehow an issue, service is acceptable, not th3 quickest but its okay, prcies are over, I believe that better alternatives are available nearby in terms of both quality and cost.

Noisy, you wake up to renovations. Staff promised to change the room but didn't. Great breakfast. The best experience at this hotel was the breakfast. Also staff asked if i needed the room cleaned, I said yes, came back to find it wasn't. The bed was sooo hard it was like a tree log.

The staff was very helpful specially the receptionist Mazen! clean atmosphere and pleasant staff…again..they are lucky to have a receptionist like Mazen..!

The Hotel is clean and the staff were supportive. Also good location if you were planning to do some governmental paperworks or even see the city (also good fo you have a family as its safe area). Close to airport by 25 to 30 mins and close to common Taxi Station (Al-Nahdha) by 30 mins (all what been mentioned depend on whether there was no traffic).

You can’t ask for better hosts while in Iraq. Each one of their personnel is on top of their business. Rooms are clean spacious and they also offer a great food options with 24 hours chef. The lobby is of great ambience and feels like a heaven . The breakfast had many different options from different variety of cheeses to cooked meals and fresh fruits . The owners go above and beyond in order to serve their customers and my daughter had a great time playing with their children . Actually you feel like home … they also offer a great car rental which I recommend A LOT. They offer new cars with all necessary documents to make a drive to entire of IRAQ.

Very nice clean place ,staff are cooperative, breakfast is ok in its variety,but the entry and parking of your taxi is slight difficult, but all guards are cooperative , i would sure chose again .

They charged us for a double room and gave us a single room with single amenities (towel, toothbrush, etc). The rooms are old and quite outdated. Washrooms are renovated but shower is open and water goes everywhere.

ihave stayed for 1 week and the service qulity was bad good staff everday ihad to call for towels and my room was on the pool and water splashing noice was annoying 27/7 beed was very stiff no car parking i had to park on the street there was no carpet on the room floor

Terrible hotel, my room smelled terrible and they wouldn’t change it and good luck getting the keys for your room cause they won’t give it.

Very nice and friendly staff, even the manager was very grateful to my feedback. It was bad two night experience from changing my suit because of dampness room and not clean sheets with broken window and broken toilet . The exchange room was better but there was old dirty carpet which I used tissues to cover it during my stay because I was fed-up with complaining. The restroom, shower looks clean and good but the water sewerage is bad. overall the hotel looks like require finishing, I understand they are looking to expand the hotel with the building beside but this is not a reason to open the hotel when you still need a final touch. Feel sorry for a very nice project where a small details ruins the final view. I hope they take my comment in consideration and to be able to visit them again in near future because their excellent service and perfect location. good luck

Well, I could say ordinary services with high prices. Stuff are very welcoming, friendly and supportive.

Having a very nice stay, in a very safe locality. Breakfast is very nice with lots of options to eat.

terrible room service, towels not changed, water was not refilled in room..a simple tea order took more than an hour and several reminders..several complaints about excessive noise at 5am was not dealt with
