Update 4 years after the last visit The food is good, clean and the service is excellent but the place is small and narrow and the Syrian cuisine has its reputation Updated, I came back after 4 years, and the service was bad, with the distinction of delaying orders without any justification, although there is no crowding and a normal day, but the taste was good as usual

A nice Syrian restaurant with great dishes they have but it the only thing that makes me not feel so comfortable that it is very very crowded, even though it crowded place but the quality of service it is higher than expected.

The food was good but the place was very crowded during lunch rush and we had to wait for about 30 minutes in the heat of the sun to get in. The food was late after we ordered too.

I stayed around the corner from يت الشام for 6 weeks and ordered food here several times. Every time was a delightful experience. The food is excellent; even dishes I haven't loved elsewhere tasted great here. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. No hint of annoyance at my mediocre Arabic, and they helped me find what I was looking for when I didn't know the local name. I always got take-away because I'm by myself here - and the takeaway packages were always quite elaborate (really well packaged and presented even for takeaway). The فتة here is awesome. The chicken fingers are great. From the times I waited inside the dining room (before the remodel) the ambiance was lively and hospitable. If you want a reliably great experience, come here!

Sit Alsham is one of the restaurants that are highly recommended, however my experience wasn’t encouraging. The new decorations is nice, the place is clean, the prices are affordable and the food is good (not all of it). But, several dishes weren’t available so we had to change the order two times and then we cancelled one of the dishes. It’s always crowded and the tables are so near that you can hear the people sitting next to your table. They serve the tea in plastic cups! Which is NOT HEALTHY at all!

Very tasty food with good welcoming staff, prices are affordable and meals size are good. There's two points about the restaurant: - always busy, you should stay waiting on the sidewalk - very crowded because of tables distribution inside hall

Good taste, finally they opened a good space area thanks a lot , prices are suitable , many delicious dishes , salad also good , very hospitality place , workers are friendly and always asking if you need any service , we like it

Very busy and u might wait in a line to get a seat, we waited 1 hour to get our food done ,and it was about 11 pm

Nice delicious Syrian/ Levant style food, there was a good selection of Iraqi traditional meals like Quzi, Kebab, Mandi, the restaurant was very crowded, atmosphere is uncomfortable, prices are relatively higher than other places, overall it is good restaurant for the taste of the food.

Lovely place but too crowded. They need to think of expanding it so all the customers feel comfortable setting there

Taste is good, place is perfect and easy to reach! Prices are affordable! The only thing made me give it 3 stars was the additional services, (30 Dec 2021) the 2nd floor was closed and the ground floor was full and so noisy and the restaurant lacks Wifi network!
