It's a very nice place the staff are super nice And the food is delicious. The menu is mostly about traditional Iraqi food as well as the place and the vibes. If you find yourself near you should totally visit it.

Excellent traditional Iraqi food with servers dressed in Iraqi fashion. Delicious. Take a moment and see the animals and reptiles upstairs.

Great place, great people, great food, great service, and very nice vibes. We enjoyed our time and meal, and had a good but relatively slow service. The hooka was good, and prices were generally very reasonable. Strongly recommended for couples, small and large groups of friends, or even solos, both for quick bites or hanging out. I hope they keep up with the same level and work on the service staff responsiveness a bit further.

Authentic atmosphere, style and food, Baghdad need more stuff like this. The animals floor is a bit off the theme but it is always nice to see animals in my opinion

Perfect place, very creative and nice breakfast, The shisha and the tea are just perfect, especially the wooden hookah, They just need to work on their service a little more, Also the idea of having sections for families is not professional at all, Finally the prices, it is not for a daily breakfast, it should be less so that we can think about it as a daily breakfast location

It's such a unique experience to visit it ... amazing food , ancient baghdadi's style , also you can take pictures with wild animals... love it and recommend it

Very nice design food was good a bit salty, waiters need to have training on how to serve what is the customer expectation just at least the basic, like you need to bring dishes when u bring appetizers just the common sense, I wish the management take this review as a positive critique.

probably one of my favorite places, I love the atmosphere and the vibe of the place, but I’m giving it 3 stars because their food isn’t that great. we have returned a lot of dishes on multiple occasions because they didn’t taste that good or that the dolma is dry, and their menu needs more dishes options. so for the food it’s a hit or miss, I would suggest you go there for a cup of tea and to enjoy the place more than the food.

Everything was perfect except the waiter was not available all the time and didn’t check on us. I had to step up and ask for his help several times. The atmosphere, cleanliness, decoration, hospitality, and workers’ attitude were really nice. The food was delicious (Quzi and Mixed Grill) and perfectly cooked. The presentation was very nice. The strawberry juice only needed some sugar. The place has valet service parking which is very convenient in that small alley (Darbouna). The animal collection on the second floor was nice. Its little bit expensive though. We paid 54,000 ID for 2 people. But overall, we had a great experience and we highly recommend this restaurant.

I want to emphasize that the service we experienced was extremely poor. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and rude. Furthermore, my friend and asked for utensils twice, and we didn’t get them the food served to us was cold, likely due to a delay in its preparation. We had to wait for approximately 45 minutes from the time we placed our order until we received our meals. To make matters worse, some of the dishes we ordered were missing, and we had to specifically call the attention of a service staff member to bring them to us. Considering these significant shortcomings, I strongly discourage recommending this establishment.

I recently dined at Darbunah and had an exceptional experience. The ambiance was inviting with soft lighting and tasteful decor, creating a cozy and intimate dining atmosphere. The service was impeccable - the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the meal. We ordered the Mixed Dish and it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were well-balanced, the presentation was beautiful, and the portion size was generous.
