This was an okay restaurant experience. We ordered the fresh mushroom soup, the beef and shiitake mushroom pasta, chicken inasal, and lemonade. The soup was so good. Highly recommend that! The pasta and the chicken inasal though we're quite basic. Nothing very special about them. We also ordered the banoffee pie and the cheesecake flan. The desserts were pretty tasty. Overall I think it was pretty expensive for what we got but food is definitely okay.

Good place to grab food at the entrance gate of Camp John Hay. The food was good - and I'd like to think healthy as their rice was red rice. Not a very pricey place, but not cheap either. Their Spicy Chorizo Poblano and Vigan Longanisa was the food highlight of our meal. Both are avaiblr frozen - and we'll make sure to bring some home!

May 2023: The menu is limited to breakfast/brunch. I ordered fried chicken with waffles and Cheesecake Flan. The fried chicken is very bland. The waffles are dry and gritty. But the Cheesecake Flan is delicious. The food is so much better at the main branch. This branch has a small dining area. They should put candle votives on the tables to keep the flies away.

Perched atop Camp John Hay, Hill Station Bistro CJH offers a culinary ascent in the heart of the city. With its stunning views, elegant ambiance, and masterful cuisine, the bistro is a destination for discerning palates seeking an unforgettable dining experience. As a seasoned food critic, I was recently privileged to experience the culinary delights of Hill Station Bistro CJH. My culinary journey began with the Baked Spaghetti Bolognese, a classic dish elevated to new heights. The perfectly cooked pasta was enveloped in a rich and flavorful bolognese sauce, made with slow-cooked ground beef, pork, and tomatoes. The melted cheese on top added a delightful creaminess and depth of flavor. Next, I savored the Grilled Australian Tenderloin Steak, a dish that showcased the bistro's expertise in grilling meats. The steak was cooked to perfection, with a tender, juicy interior and a flavorful char from the grill. The accompanying roasted vegetables provided a refreshing and complementary contrast. Finally, I indulged in the Beef Salpicao, a Filipino staple that was transformed into a culinary masterpiece. The thinly sliced beef was marinated in a savory mix of garlic, onions, and soy sauce, then stir-fried with bell peppers and onions. The dish was a symphony of flavors and textures, with the tender beef, crisp vegetables, and savory sauce perfectly balanced. Throughout my dining experience, the service at Hill Station Bistro CJH was impeccable. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing recommendations and catering to my every need with a genuine warmth that added to the overall ambiance. Overall, Hill Station Bistro CJH is a culinary gem that offers a dining experience that transcends mere sustenance. With its stunning views, elegant ambiance, masterful cuisine, and impeccable service, the bistro is a destination for discerning palates seeking an unforgettable culinary ascent.

Food was ok. Waffles were a bit dry. The baboy damo tapa was excellent. Smoky flavor. Longganisa was good. Servings were on the small side though. Coffee was good but was served in a small cup. Bitin. Place was a bit hot even in the morning.

The food is delicious especially the salad. Beef is also very tender with my salpicao meal. Waiting time is reasonable. Will come back again.

While the Pinoy Breakfast was a so-so, the waffles were terrible and doesn’t really taste that good compared to Vizco’s or Volante’s. Good thing the lady staff who served us was really nice and friendly.

Food had steel wool on it! And they did not show any care when we informed them. DON'T GO HERE!

smoked Bangus si good, love the vinegar sauce, and the pickled cucumber paired well with the Daing na Bangus and Smoked bangus. Longanisa is ordinary, serving is small for an average size man like myself. i don’t mind having another plate of Bangus dishes. The Daing na bangus was served oily, didn’t look good but tasted fine.

📌 Hill Station Bistro ⭐️ 3 / 5 🚨 Located inside the CJH compound, this small resto in a mini version of their mother branch, Hill Station. Service is so-so, very minimal compared to the excellent service of their main branch. Their food is okay. I like the pork belly with red rice. Very filling. 💰Beef burger 255php, Grilled cheese 220php, Pork Belly 480php, Death by choco 130, Bottled water 50php / Total = 1529.00 with service charge 🐶 We were seated outside bec we have a dog with us. We asked for a fan bec it was so hot at noon, but they said they don’t have any 🥵 🚗 Ample parking but could get quite full during peak season / rush hour.

Food was great! Accommodating staff especially for a big group. Service was fast enough even if we were a group of 16. Accepts credit card. Their Adlai options are yummy! Chorizo was good. Has a little shop of goodies you can buy in front.

We went there last Saturday, July 9th. Great food, reasonably priced and fast service! The crews were really attentive. Best time to go on off peak hours to avoid line and crowd.

Great service. Bangus steak and pasta are my choice. Steak, beef salpicao are so so. Ideal in Camp John Hay Ambiance. We do not have to go to downtown to eat at hill station

Good food, good price, good service. We had Spicy Chorizo Aligue Pasta, BLT Sandwich, Sausage Sauerkraut, and were all delicious. I can keep coming back to try everything in their menu. Hope they can open earlier than 11AM and start serving breakfast. Location is at the back of Starbucks.

We had been searching for a place to gather for quite sometime. We have to be careful due to the restrictions. Bistro is located in avery clean safe place at The Hub in Camp John Hay. Bistro welcomed as with very accommodating staff. It was easy to order since the staff were able to explain what was right and good for our group. The orders came on time and complete. A couple of my friends and I had the barbecued baby back ribs. It wad succulent, tender and flavorful, it was delicious. The gravy, too, was perfect. The others had tenderloin, which was definitely enjoyed with the mashed potatoes or rice. The Bistro Salad is addictive. I plan to come back, and have it as a meal! The touches of sweet crunchies, veggies, with nuts and fruits ,soooo yummy! Their apple pie is a must try. 😋. Its a regular-want- to-go place. So, we will be back again. Reminiscing Cafe Adriana through the food they have here at Bistro🥰😋

We had a fancy dinner here, the place is quiet, well ventilated and the staffs are great. I am amazed how generous their serving is and it's not too pricey in comparison to similar service in manila.

👍👍 Ate here everyday that we were in Baguio because we love the home-cooked style. Plus the price is definitely a great selling point Highly recommend their chicken (tastes good even without any sauce) and their cinnamon twists (100 times better than Starbucks' cinnamon roll). 👍👍 Famous for their Cream Puffs, but was not available. We had Sinigang which was really good and their buttered chicken which was okay. Service was amazing, there was a 'bot' serving the food and the service crew are always available to help. Great way to start your Baguio vacation

😠 I will be honest... the food was alarmingly terrible. I wish I were exaggerating, or had a better experience to write about. 👍👍 A wonderful family restaurant to be in Baguio. About a 15-minute drive from the city center, Lemon and Olives specializes in Greek cuisine. Due to its popularity, waiting in line is common. 🫤 What would have been a pleasant family gathering to celebrate my niece's recognition ceremony turned sour at Grumpy Joe. Their waiting staff aren't nice or accommodating. They're all a bit stand-offish, it's like they resent you for being there and hope that if they just ignore you, you'll go away....
