Yum!!! Eversince my college days I've always delighted J.Co even then when I went working to manila J.co has been one of my comfort places. I have caffine allergy and cant consume caffine. Even the caffine content from teas and sodas would make me suffer from heavy migrane. Thus, J.co has been a delight to me because I can enjoy eating donuts without having trouble with caffine. They serve non-caffine beverages that I really enjoyed. Plus the donuts they serve has somehow become part of my memory that each time I consume the familiar taste of their donuts, it quite feels nostalgic to me and reminds of the happy events of my life. J.CO HAS REALLY BEEN SPECIAL to me personally. And I hope they create the same impact they did to me. Great beverages, great donut, great memories. Haply new year to everyone! 😊 ciao!

Poor service.. there's a lot of donuts inside the fridge but but don't want to take it out for display.. there's only 3 flavor display and have a lot of customer in line.. ☹️☹️☹️

I always like their donuts. They have a lot of healthy options for donuts. It is a little bit expensive compared to other competitors. I like it here because they have wireless connections. It is very important to have wireless connections because it gives them opportunity to stay longer and eat more. I truly love the place because all of the staff are friendly,.

Tucked away at a corner of the mall and doesn't see as much foot traffic as the rest of the shops inside. Nice seating both indoors and outdoors. Great drinks and tasty treats at reasonable prices. Donuts are plump and airy. Drinks quality is similar to the level of other cafes while not overly sweet. The ordering system is inefficient. Everyone has to go through the same long line regardless of donuts, drinks, or other food despite having 2 separate registers. Very often there's a line of at least 10mins to get to the register.

Coffee is good with complimentary donuts. Milk is available upon request. I was just ordering coffee but they made me fall in line with those ordering donuts for take out when they have 2 other vacant counters.

Donuts are stale. Dunkin’ Donuts are now way better and tastier than JCo donuts. And the sizes are getting smaller and smaller!

2nd best tasting donuts to my all time fav Dunkin’. Their customer service needs to improve, had similar experiences from different branches.

will take you 10minutes to pay at the cashier even in choosing donuts .. i guess staff are all new but i think they'll work on it .. freshly made donuts are good ..

J.Co is J.Co! One of the best donuts ever! Only 4 stars because their SM Baguio City branch is a little bit small and lines are slow moving when you need to order.

The cashier here is very unwelcoming compared to other J Co branches. She even made a face when I handed my PWD card as it has an added work on her end. Note that I have a visible disabbility and cashiers in other stores are sensitive enough to PWDs. Only here in J Co SM Baguio I experienced this.

We went inside right away but the guard stopped us and told us to wait outside. It's raining and he didn't even call us back if its already our turn.

It took them 15min to prepare our order.. Just 2 orders of coffee frappe, ice cream and 5 donuts..

Doughnuts are freshly baked and still maintains the tasty and the creamy flavor of every bite.

regardless of day and time, this shop is technically forcing you to buy the unpopular flavours. they haven’t made their well-known Avocado Dicaprio, Cheesecakelicious and even THE Alcapone for a long time now (yes, we even tried waiting during normal days). Don’t worry you will be able to get the choco caviar, chocolate rainbow and strawberry rainbow, all of which are subpar compared to cheaper donuts.

Worst customer service..crew was unprofessional. Will not recommend this branch!

They have the best white chocolate with almond donuts. They also have a great peanut butter and chocolate filled donut, and a coffee creme filled. My mouth is watering at the thought of my 3 favorite donuts from my new favorite donut shop. I might just have to get some today.

They do not know how to properly assess the proper production needed for the amount of people that come and go. It was only 2 PM and yet the alcapone’s were already out. Also, the service sucks, it wasn’t immediately said that another staff had to take the order before you reach the cashier, and then pay. The first time I took the long line, the 1st staff asked my order amidst the line, I said a dozen of alcapone; they said they were out of stock and it would take 5 mins of waiting for the next batch. The line was long, I expected that it would be there by the I reached the cashier as it was pass 5 mins. It wasn’t. Heck, I was still alright with it. Again, I sat for another 5 minutes, and then LINED AGAIN. For this second time, IT STILL WASNT AVAILABLE! Couldn’t they have just accepted my payment the first time, and put the order as to be called instead? At this point my patience was running thin. I left, and instead bought from another donut store.
