😠 We had a super bad experience with them! We we're about to stay with this hostel BUT they are so poor in communicating with the clients and also with their co staffs!!! We already paid downpayment with them, confirmed our booking few weeks before our booked date and yet they still gave away our spot... People often mention kitchen, good, room, clean,

Super UNPLEASANT experience! I can’t believe there are such vacation places like this in a tourist city especially a place like Baguio. The lady in short hair (I believe this is the owner) is VERY disrespectful and VERY unprofessional - we already had paid downpayment and also called to confirm our reservation the day before. But surprisingly, our reservation got cancelled on the day of just because we got late on the checkin for 1 hour. The owner is putting the blame on us and very angry. Very unprofessional, very unsatisfied, very disrespectful. This place tourists and people who wants to enjoy their vacation in Baguio and Benguet SHOULD STAY AWAY!!

good hostel in baguio. Find other travellers. But location not good uphill and no parking, the street is full of stinking jeepneys

Cheapest rooms with free breakfast. For less than P1000, the room can accomodate 2 Pax with free food plus it is accessible because at the front of the hostel is the jeepney terminal to town. Room, bathroom, kitchen and common area are very clean. It also comes with hot shower. It is well managed place. You can also buy thrift jackets.

Very Satisfied! Misunderstanding with the booking but fixed it right away and very accommodating especially with 7 people. Rooms are good size. We basically had the whole floor to ourselves. If I'm back in Baguio again, I'd definitely reserve this room again. Window view looked like F&F7 Brazil scene. Free breakfast was really good!! Thank for the great food! I thought parking was an issue but it wasn't, if you have a single vehicle. Make sure to either bring your own groceries for dinner if you like to cook or just have it delivered.

Stayed here for 3 days.Transport is convenient ; the jeepney terminal is a minute walk.Water supply is good.A little bit noisy because room divisions are plywood but then this is not a high end hotel and some travellers are excited and noisy.Over all experience fine.

If you just want a house to stay in that feels homey and close to the city, go here. Jo-Za-Na's Hostel is a budget-friendly place. No amenities but the rooms, CRs, kitchen, and living/dining rooms are very clean. The location is up a hill but it's very close to the city and a lot of taxis and jeeps go there.

(Translated by Google) The transient is ok for me. The staff is kind and attentive (if you need something, they will provide it) The room and the whole place are clean. :) There are kitchen utensils available (refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cooking pot, all kitchen utensils available), mineral water is also available. There is e. fan and flat iron, they also have a hair dryer. The breakfast-buffet (silogs and coffee) is also delicious - their parking area is a bit of a walk (but it's ok and not too far. Fyi. it's not walking distance to burnham or session rd. Good exp. :) (Original) Oks na oks yung transient na to for me. Mababait and maasikaso ang staff ( if may kelangan ka, ipprovide nila) Malinis ang room and yung buong place. Good exp. :)

We already paid downpayment with them, confirmed our booking few weeks before our booked date and yet they still gave away our spots!!! They even had the audacity to argue with us even with the clear fact that they wronged us big time!!! No genuine apologies from them. If you guys want a smooth transaction to stay in Baguio for vacation, DO NOT GO IN THIS HOSTEL!!!! Their place is a low class hostel and the price is not worth it!!!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Though the comfort and shower room are shared, it's really clean. You feel like you're at home because in my case, I borrowed a flat iron with no additional charge. You can even leave your luggages if you wish to travel to the farflung areas of baguio before staying at ashburn. Great stay at a cheap...

😠 No receptionist when I arrived, some cockroaches in my room, bathroom was filthy. Worst hostel ever! I checked out after 6 hours. The fat lady at the reception didn’t give me my change πŸ’°, NO shame at all! I’ve found a better room for a fraction of the cost.
