State of the art hospital in whole Multan can’t complaint about the building about the architecture. Well built and spacious as well. The environment is clean also a central grassy lawn exists that takes mundane environment of hospital a bit closer to the nature. Overall it’s a great hospital when we compare it to the rest which Multan offers. One thing that I would like to address is lack of doctors. When I visited the hospital my required doctor ( a gastroenterologist btw ) was on holiday and the other attendant said he left the hospital. So a bit of misinformation is present among the workers. And secondly the general physician I guess refused to check as attendant said she only checks with appointment ( although she was free ) medical treatment is the number one thing a patient requires from a hospital but sadly it stutters in that. That’s why I’ll rate it average.

State of the art healthcare facility with advanced health standards. Registered with Health Insaf card facility as well. Very hygienic and well-maintained wards and rooms. There are no haphazard waiting lines and discomfort. The very disciplined appointment schedule and computer record maintenance system. Highly recommended facility for those who can afford and also for those who have Insaf card facility.

If you are looking for reviews for normal child delivery then this hospital is no exception. All doctors prefer c section in this hospital including Dr Huma and Tehreem. During normal checkups you will feel like they are the most professional and will never do the unnecessary c section but they will prove you wrong on the day of delivery and you will not be able to do anything except to go for c section. It was our worst experience and decision of life that we trusted the doctors of this hospital. We know we may not be able to prove ourselves in this world but they cannot escape on the day of Judgement and Allah will do the justice InshaAllah Vist Dr Shahida in Channab Hospital or Mission Hospital for confirmed normal delivery.

Doctors are not trained. Worst experience of diagnostic system in the hospital. Anyone can trus? After 17 days of treatment in the hospital, still doctors cannot find the reason of fever with all kind of diagnostic tests. No one can trust on the health system of the country. Hospital must take action related to staff, SOPs and its diagnostic labs. Welfare trust but we cannot trust on its business approach. Poor patient care you can imagine of. No coordination among staff .highly not recommend especially if you are in for surgery or your patient is emergency. telling from personal experience. Pathetic service! The good reputation that they claim is of no use. They have completely failed the system of appointments. They make you wait for an appointment for 3 weeks and when you go on your given date then they treat walk in patients and appointments at the same time. No difference of appointment and walk in patients. :) Staff will tell you to talk to the manager and the manager will always be in a meeting. Then you're told to either leave or wait for 3 hours. I won't recommend for Radiology. Poor services. staff are not trains. 4 days has passed but still I am waiting for my reports. When I call on helpline, no one picked and I tried 5-6 times. When I contacted on whatsapp they are making lame excuses. It is my worst experience with them.

There is no co-op in between the Security Staff and Doctors related to patient care. Security Guard has its own version,that they are not bound to follow the instructions of internal Staff. Resultantly the Staff tied the hands of patient. Is it a mental hospital? This is the patient care in HDU (High density unit) of MASH. Some one can look into it.

we booked an appointment with the hospital on line, which was confirmed on line and by text message. When we reached there, we were told that booked Doctor was not available there and we should revisit or rebook. There was cancellation information sent by text or any other means, which caused lot of discomfort to the patient and family. The on line booking system must be improved.

Wahan ly k jana mtlb apny patient ko moot k main mun ly k jana hy. Batmeez did not provide any help to the staff and him. Intahae ghatiya tareen hospital hy ye. Please please please, no one will let me go because the life of my beloved is dear. My mother is so sick every day that she is in the car because there is no care, no medication, no proper bus, only 2 staff have taken care of these patients. How pathetic.

I won't recommend for emergency. I called for a General Physician and was asked to visit before 06. Reached at 05:45 but the Doctor said there are many patients and I cannot entertain, I should visit an emergency. I was suffering from an acute cough but the doctors at emergency held me for two hours for nebulizer, and suggested medication for my stomach and billed me for 4700. The case was not for emergency not for stomach infection but they held me there for billing. MASH is no doubt a good hospital as I visited several times with my family but a few doctors are destroying it's repute.

It's my personal experience the management of hospital is extremely worst.. staff was nonprofessional .. i paid 12,000/day of private room for my patient but i had't permit more than 2 attendent/visitors to our paid room... salute to policy maker
