I
came
from
Canada
to
have
my
wedding
here,
we
were
told
it
was
the
best
hall
and
it
was
a
terrible
experience.
The
establishment
is
a
fraud,
the
people
running
it
are
liars.
1.
Service
was
terrible,
I
was
the
bride
and
not
once
did
the
waiters
bring
water
or
ask
if
I
needed
anything,
even
when
I
asked
them
to
bring
water
they
said
they
will
and
did
not.
Then
all
the
male
waiters
harassed
me
on
stage
for
tips,
I
told
them
my
parents
are
dealing
with
the
money
and
we
will
give
at
end
but
they
asked
me
as
a
bride
to
go
run
around
find
my
parents.
They
were
very
rude.
We
gave
them
1,000
each
but
even
after
that
when
I
asked
for
glass
of
water
they
did
not
bring
it.
I
was
scared
of
them
they
were
extremely
rude,
yelling
at
me
on
stage
in
front
of
guests
and
unprofessional.
Also
every
time
my
family
needed
anything
and
would
call
a
waiter
they
would
run
away,
all
our
guests
complained
about
this
bad
service.
2.
We
paid
for
150
people
and
only
120
guests
came,
even
then
the
hall
did
not
have
enough
food
of
certain
dishes,
the
food
was
served
cold
and
never
refilled.
The
food
that
was
left
extra
the
refused
to
give
to
us
in
bags
at
the
end
of
the
night.
They
said
there
was
none
left,
we
found
the
food
and
finally
they
admitted
they
lied
and
give
us
a
small
bit
of
it.
3.
The
stage
was
not
decorated
even
close
to
what
we
ordered
and
we
had
a
photoshoot
scheduled
on
it
but
they
made
the
stage
one
hour
after
start
time
of
the
event
so
we
never
got
to
do
our
photoshoot.
They
gave
us
the
wrong
colour
couch
and
it
was
ripped.
The
mirrors
in
the
stage
were
broken
so
people
were
falling.
4.
We
asked
them
for
a
segregated
event
and
they
never
put
the
divider.
5.
No
one
was
cleaning,
there
was
water,
dirt
and
tissues
on
the
ground
but
again
the
cleaners
were
harassing
me
for
the
tip
and
would
not
let
me
even
find
my
parents.
My
belongings
did
not
feel
safe
and
I
felt
they
would
steal
the
gifts
and
money
if
I
left
them
for
a
second.
6.
Even
after
all
they
they
did
not
say
sorry,
the
other
two
weddings
that
night
at
the
venue
were
very
angry
as
they
had
similar
issues,
their
guests
actually
did
not
get
served
food
so
they
did
not
pay
the
hall
but
we
paid
them
in
full.
The
Managment
did
nothing
to
fix
this
issue.
7.
They
promised
a
bridal
suite
with
toilet
but
the
fan
and
ac
did
not
work
and
I
had
to
wait
in
the
car
for
an
hour
because
it
was
not
available.
There
was
also
no
toilet
and
when
we
were
asking
them
where
can
sit
again
the
staff
would
not
answer
calls
and
would
run
away
