Learn Amharic or ready to get an adventurous stay. Hotel is good but breakfast and communication is huge disadvantage. Locals may find it nice but for an English speaking traveller this place is not recommended. Nice bar and message center. View is nice but having roadside view can lead to sleepless nights due to traffic noise and all. None of tne staff can understand and apeak English which created lot of confusion.

It is a luxury hotel where you can sleep as your bedroom as the Blue Nile leaves Lake Tana and makes its long journey. If you come to Bahir Dar city, visit it.

I stayed a weeks at Neil view hotel,and I recommended anyone to visited when you are in Ethiopia Bahirdar,The best hotel I have never seen, I loved everything about it,I traveled a lot but this hotel is difference to others I don't have a word to explain it, A fabulous coustmer services, brilliant facility and all staffed are well triend, I recommended anyone to visit and definintly comeback again to use them. Arrogant reception and staff. The only good thing about this place is the clean rooms and building. The food and staff are so bad. They treat you like you are getting service for free. Plus the gym is barley functional.

I stayed in Nile view hotel for few days when I visited bahirdar. Amazing service! From the general manager to the house keeping staff everyone was amiable. Delicious food and great shuttle service. The location is a bit noisy but the view from the terrace is truly exceptional. I recommend anyone who visits bahirdar to stay in this hotel! Thank you Nile view Hotel!

General Manager Ababaw is rude. Hotel guest are out of control staff doesn't have the abality to control there drunk rude cuatomers in the middle of the night. Hotel has no class stay away might as well get a motel insted. Terrible GM no sympathy for bothered customers he is more concerned about the money rather than the satisfaction of guests. Mamager Solomon and Maza the reception on the other hand are great and sympathizes with the guess General Manager is Garbage and doesnt care about the hotels safty and future. I urge tge owner to take a look at the problem. Tourist look for a different hotel you wont have no peace and you will be disrespected!!!

Excellent service. Great location if you want to see bahirdar. Rooms are spacious and clean. Delicious food. Surely the best hotel in bahirdar!
