Best place, other than the live music is the same every day.

We came here on a Saturday night for drinks only. The atmosphere was lively and dancers came on intermittently starting at 9pm. The price point is a little above generic restaurants in the area but you’re paying for the entertainment here. The whole seating area was packed (and there was only 1 other ferenji) and people occasionally got up to dance. This is one of the better cultural restaurants we’ve been to in Ethiopia—don’t miss it if you want to enjoy a night out like local!

The cultural display is inspiring. The place has a wide range of beverages and manu. The setup however is hectic with limited ventilation and the overlaying view needs some maintenance.

This is a super nice Ethiopian cultural restaurant. There is very nice traditional Ethiopian food, and drinks are also available. There is also live cultural dancing everyday evening, that makes the place so lovely and lively as well as learning alot about Ethiopia culture

I have had spend a lot of time with different guests in checheho... And it is one of the best cultural house that I do always recommend. One missing star is for the noise from the speaker of the band which is always disturbing me... If you make some changes I'll change it to 5*.

It is a very nice cultural restaurant, good food, good music, plus the building is done after Fasil castle which my opinion is awesome. Over all I recommend this place for any one who visits Bahir Dar.

Nice restaurant to have traditional food and watching the beautiful Ethiopian dancing

It is a nice place to dine in and enjoy the traditional music that is accompanied by good dancers. But the time to serve a meal takes long time so if you are in hurry or hungry I advise you to eat and come for the beverage and the live show only. The restaurant is large enough to accommodate groups or any events.

Food is alright, not too expensive. Many ethiopians and not too much tourist.
