We had a warm welcome and our room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was included and it was very tasty, with coffee and juices. The price was affordable and we enjoyed our stay. I would point out just a couple of small imperfections, the wifi was not working very well and the bathroom doesn't have a shower cabin so it a bit hard to maintain it clean, but overall the hotel was a good choice

Clean sheets , clean room. Exceptional food and service as well . Wifi is also operational which was important to me. I enjoyed the stay and the price was worth it

Lakemark is my favorite and number one choice among all Hotels in Bahir Dar. It is quite and clean place with great customer service.

Lakemark Hotel in Bahir Dar is an exceptional hotel with outstanding customer service. Staff throughout our stay were always available, kind and extremely helpful. The facilities and rooms were extremely clean and all time. The restarting food is definetley one of the best in the city, serving both traditional Ethiopian food and international at the highest quality. I will definitely always recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is not so good. Not very clean, towels are very old, generally everything is old and looks dirty! WiFi connection is weak !! You have to tell them to put on the boiler for hot water which is very odd! Food and drinks are ok. Tv don’t work. I don’t recommend!!!

Decent hotel, nice and helpful staff. We stayed here for a few weeks before the pandemic. I was able to work remotely from here, albeit power and internet outages are common regardless of where you stay in the country. Also recommend a food stall a few blocks from the hotel (make a right out of the doors and it’s 2-3 blocks on the other side of the street, on the corner) - Hannah and her mom were the most welcoming and friendly people I met there. And they have the best breakfast (ful)

Staff are exceptional! They went out of their way to make us feel at home while we stayed for a week. The place is clean, central to town, and the family room is spacious. Many vegetarian options on the menu.

Great service, clean rooms, especially Tirusew Fikadu who made sure we had everything on point, if you want rooms with a budget this is the hotel!!

Lake mark is a very good hotel, the staff were very nice and most of them spoke English well. The Wi-Fi in the hotel did not work in the room and the signal was weak. You have to go near the source to get a good connection. Also the bathroom did not have a curtain or a towel for the floor so the shower was covered with water. Average food in the morning, the papaia juice was very good:)
