Way past its prime. AC doesn’t work, refrigerator is broken, hot water takes 10 minutes to become warm. Just not a good place to stay. Noisy.

I didn't expect that kind of professional customer service. The room was clean and standard but I was amazed by their customer service. I was like wow, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had stayed for one night at this hotel and the rooms are very comfortable and well coming. My room was full equipped with the things I need, everything is new and clean. Since my room was facing to lake Tana, I enjoyed the lake view and the boats selling all day.

One of the best hotel in Bahirdar, Ethiopia. I prefer to stay here because it has wonderful location and good hospitality.

Simple and beautiful with a nice view hotel and spa

I've been there once at the restaurant and the hotel looks clean and beautiful. Traditional food (Trgabino) was way too salty. Salt is used way too much in bahirdar. Other foods were great tho. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Quite amazing service,clean accomodations and friendly staffs. The price i paid was quite cheap for the standard of the hotel!!! Absolutely top class hotel, i enjoyed every minute of my stay and i can't wait to go back. I would recommend this Hotel for everyone who has a plan to come to Bahirdar and it is my primary choice without hesitation !!! !!!
