Now
that
she
is
home
after
13
days
of
pure
incompetence,
lack
of
empathy
and
plain
disregard
for
a
patients
needs.
I
will
write
a
review
without
the
fear
of
her
care
bieng
compromised
any
more
than
it
already
was.
She
went
in
for
a
procedure
that
required
a
3
to
5
day
stay
depending
on
her.
On
the
4th
day
she
showed
all
the
signs
of
a
patient
that
had
a
successful
recovery
and
they
released
her.
Before
she
actually
was
transported
down
she
vomited
a
lot.
The
nurse
was
standing
there
and
insisted
it
was
normal.
It
would
be
remedied
by
a
prescription
she
was
given.
Against
my
better
judgement
I
agreed.
12
hours
later
I
took
her
back
because
of
the
same
issue
upon
our
arrival
we
were
told
to
take
a
seat
and
would
be
called
up
when
they
were
ready.
They
were
discussing
starbucks
and
what
shifts
they
wanted
to
work
etc.
I
explained
the
situation
again
and
demanded
she
be
seen
immediately
the
nurse
complied
and
her
vitals
did
the
talking.
We
were
immediately
moved
to
the
back.
My
wife
vomited
at
least
40
xs
while
in
back
all
small
amounts.
I
know
because
I
caught
it
each
time
and
wiped
her
mouth
and
so
on.
The
last
amount
was
about
1.5
gallons
of
blood.
All
while
trying
to
protect
an
18
inch
incision
on
her
abdomen.
During
her
stay
pneumonia
set
in,
she
devoloped
esophagitis
and
a
hiatal
hernia
from
the
vomiting.
Which
are
all
potential
hazards
to
her
initial
procedure.
However
it
took
me
4
days
to
get
a
DR.
to
actually
show
any
interest
in
diagnosing
her.
And
only
after
finally
getting
a
case
manager
involved.
The
initial
dr
was
and
is
a
joke.
He
shouldnt
even
be
checking
temperatures.
Only
after
our
case
manager
went
above
him
did
we
start
seeing
some
effort.
I
would
say
that
about
10%
of
the
nursing
staff
care
the
rest
are
there
for
whatever
and
fail
to
read
profiles
or
follow
up.
We
were
lied
too
about
getting
Tylenol.
Her
call
button
bieng
broken,
blankets,
resources
and
so
many
other
times
that
I
ended
up
organizing
with
the
family
around
the
clock
personal
care
that
1.
would
actually
help
my
wife.
2.
Help
the
nurses
with
tasks.
Had
it
not
been
for
our
Case
Manager
(Beth)my
wife
would
probably
still
not
be
able
to
eat
and
suffering
more
than
someone
should.
**Edit
I
had
asked
the
day
before
a
case
manager
and
they
sat
me
down
with
a
retired
floor
nurse
from
our
floor
under
the
premise
that
she
was
our
case
worker.
Only
after
catching
a
10
%er
before
their
shift
meeting
did
We
get
Beth.
This
Hospital
might
be
good
at
Delivering
Babies
but
when
it
comes
to
actually
Doctoring
or
Nursing
they
are
absolutely
horrible.
When
you
have
no
choice
but
to
Trust
someone
because
of
their
occupation
it
really
sucks
when
they
violate
that.
Especially
when
you
are
vulnerable.
Our
best
care
came
from
an
Intern
from
CSUB,
she
still
wanted
to
help
people.....
