I have to say that Sam (muhammad ucok syam) is a great employee... always professional.. courteous and helpful .he always greets with a big smile and friendly demeanour. Whoever recruited him did a great job well done Starbucks balikpapan plaza. I rate 5 stars just because of this employee :-)

A cozy place for hanging out with friends or family. Good lighting, cool place, instagrammable. But the minus is it is located in the mall so that the privacy a quite disturbed

I think its a cozy place between another Starbucks in balikpapan.. I love caramel macchiato, never failed.. But music in here too loud, bcs selection of the songs.. Thankyou for the hospitality..
