Not sure why the sale person turned away when I said I would like to get some essential oil. .. It made me think that I would have to take it from the shelf by myself. It turned out, she would need to grab it from the counter. So.... why turned away when customer requested then?!

I read that it takes 28 days for skin cell turnover, and am waiting for a month to give this review. Rachel was very patient and kind assisting me to pick products. My intension was to find a tinted moisturiser with SPF that will suit my yellowish skintone but I was unlucky. I have an oily/very sensitive skin. Usually the products I put on my face just stays like a layer of oil on top. If products have fragrance/ certain ingredients I would have a severe breakout that becomes worse if I'm not stop using that product. Like my skin giving me a warning. I purchased the following products: 1. Replenish Antioxidant Serum: I use this at night. It gets absorbed onto my skin straight away. It saves my face from the sun damage I get during the day. 2. Hair and scalp Exilir: I use a bit more of this an hour before shampooing and little bit to the ends after. It smells great and it does a great job. Rachel gave me a sample of Balance emulsion. Since it looked a bit thick and creamy, I got scared and didn't purchase the whole bottle. I started using it everyday in the morning for a week until it ran out. This is the product that I'll be purchasing next. I wish someone introduced these products to me a few years before. That's the reason I took this time to write a review as someone might get benefited. Now my skin looks really soft , even toned and there's no breakout/oily. It is tempting but slowly I'll start introducing other products in my routine. The price is worth the value of the products.

I'm new to the world of aromatherapy. The store smelled amazing and i tried a lot of the testers. The staff there was nice enough to chat to me about their products and benefits of essential oils. I bought one of the aromatic mists. Products are organic and cruelty free. Will definately be back.

I have been coming to Perfect Potion for many years, and today I had another amazing experience at the Little Collins St store. I met Maggie, who has a lovely disposition and we spoke about aromatherapy and the effects it has had on my life and about how much I adore the products here. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at every shop I have been into, and the quality of products speak for themselves. Your products enhance life!

Absolutely love visiting this little shop. The relaxation mind set takes over as soon as you step through the door. Customer service has been impeccable, no matter what day I have visited, or whom I was served by. The products are amazing, especially the hair care range and the balms. The essential oil mixes are also high quality, when comparing to other similar prices brands. Next on my list are the perfumes!

I had such an amazing experience at this store today. The lady that served me today had such a warm presence and was so informative. I am really enjoying my purchases at the moment. The nourishing lip balm is doing wonders as well as the chill out balm. What wonderful fragrances

Perfect Potion is fantastic store, I was helped today by Rachel who was excellent. I came in not knowing what I wanted or why I was there haha was just drawn to the place and she helped me pick out some wonderful items to take home and share with the missus. 5 star service all around.

I haven't been in since before covid and was in desperate need of more chill out balm. The store is neat and tidy and full of wonderful smells! Ochre was super friendly, calming and wonderful in explaining everything and making suggestions. She was not pushy at all after helping us and gave us time to think. The three of us purchased a chill out balm and I also got a wooden diffuser and some oil which I am loving. I was given a gift for spending over $100 which was nice. Wonderful store and staff, cannot wait to go back!
