amazing staff! we asked for different milk after we ordered and they gave us new milk for free :) very nice people ❤️ very crowded tho :(

Stopped in the other day and had the most amazing service from Zoe, she made one of the best coffees I’ve ever had and was just so lovely and happy. She is a real credit to the store

Floors unswept tables not cleaned or wiped between customers staff slow. Food and coffee ok. Needs a good clean and freshen up. Covid would love jumping tables in this shop.

Around 3pm today (Friday the 11th of march) I went up to the counter to order drinks for myself and mother. I was served by a young female with brunette hair. I said “hi how are you going?” And smiled, she just stared at me. So I said “can I please get a caramel latte in a cup?” Pointing to the cup on the counter. She threw her hands up and said quite rudely “woah woah woah small, medium or large??” I felt very embarrassed by her causing a commotion and once again pointed to the cup and said “just the small cup thanks” I then said “do you have feta and spinach rolls or is it just beef?” (I said this as there were three types of rolls but I couldn’t tell due to no signage) She said rudely and sarcastically “we have feta AND beef”. Once again I felt embarrassed. She then glared at me rudely while I paid. I walked away in tears as I was so embarrassed by what had happened. I have never once complained about anyone as I know from experience it is hard to work in the customer service industry. I guess a main point of this complaint is for managers to see this and speak to this young girl as she didn’t seem okay. No one would talk to anyone so horribly unless something was wrong, so please reach out to this employee, I wanted to say something to her but I was in so much shock as to how I was spoken to. I’ve been through a lot due to the recent flooding and the way she treated me just made me so upset and I love Gloria jeans but think I will steer clear for a while

I bought a coffee here. It was terrible. Undrinkable. The temperature was so high almost boiling that it was totally spoiled. Obviously the young lady in the machine has had little or no training. Nice looking coffee shop with awful coffee.

Lovely staff, super happy to help with a small request. Iced chocs are delicious and the coffee was to their usual standard. They Were also cleaning like mad for anyone worried about cleanliness or covid.

Lamb filo was cold in centre. Hot chocolate and coffee good.

Great spot for a coffee, cold drink, hot drink or a quick bite to eat. Orders can be adjusted for each person. Sit in or take away available. Lovely staff members, who get orders out fast and ensure the place is clean and tidy. Tables are usually cleared and wiped down shortly after customers leave. Lots of seating available, so you can invite all of your friends along with you. Utensils always fully stocked and available. Would recommend

I wouldn't even give it one star! Saturday 2nd December went to have morning coffee at this Ballina Fair shop. Totally disgusting!! Floors were filthy plus covered in rubbish. Tables were sticky and looked like never been wiped, in fact saw several customers leave and no tables were cleaned. I saw staff members making and drinking their own drinks whilst talking on private phone calls whilst customers waited at the counter. The staff's idea of cleaning was to grab a filthy used cloth and wipe the preparation areas. So called lounges and chairs were dirty and the vinyl was splitting and grubby. All in all a place that should never be in the business of food handling or customer service!! I will NEVER return here!

I am an absolute Gloria Jeans fan for more than a decade so will always choose to have a coffee here than anywhere else, but I’m disappointed to say my experience here wasn’t a pleasant one. Staff were friendly but the tables were filthy and serving cold raisin toast is just a sin. Also the coffee tasted like there was way too much milk.

pretty good milkshakes but they got my order wrong but did apologise and were very nice 💗

OMGosh triple bacon n egg with bbq sauce!!! Bacon slicers were wafer thin, egg was dry n hard it was tomato sauce n the bun was burnt. I’d expect this from children on Mother’s Day, once bitten twice shy.. we will never return .. waste of money!

Got coffee at Gloria Jean's after a long time. Is Gloria Jean a granny now? Coffee for Grannies...weak and milky and won't put more hairs on your chest. I got the sofa in the corner so I managed to have some peaceful time.

Quick to take money. Really slow to make coffees. Other people got theirs before me????

The young women have great service and very good caring!
