Wonderful experience with Mark Hospital. Dr. Mourya is a wonderful Surgeon, and the staff is always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose mark hospital and would highly recommend it to anyone. It is very hygienic, neat and clean hospital with 24*7 nursing and hospitality staff canteen also serves healthy and tasty food to patients as per diet chart and attendant too. Security system and regular follow up is also commendable.

Urology and Nephrology Super Speciality Hospital with other multi speciality departments

We are not satisfied with the service of your hospital. We have been kept sitting for the last 2 hour that the doctor is on the way. The time was wrongly told by the reception. The patient is waiting since last 2 hour but there is no doctor at the hospital..Apart from us, other patients are sitting here worried. It is being told by the doctor's assistant that the doctor is busy in his personal clinic.

Very Poor Management, Unprofessional Staff, Lack Of Knowledge And Miscommunication Between Each Other. I have Visited for medical checkup they didn't aware what to do and how to do. Also they didn't know about their internal process for generating receipt and arranging the same. And after the checkup on day before yesterday they didn't send us report even my frequently follow-up. Those who seriously want their treatment in a proper way don't go this hospital.

Payment options are limited and often needs many details. Less space for patient on first floor. (Near OT area with doctor) very long time waiting and some of the basic equipments are missing Non supporting staff and a bit expensive. Doctors are good

Nursing facilities, housekeeping facilites, ambience everything was good. I had an amazing experience with doctor, nurses, housekeeping didi, they were very friendly in nature, one can never feel alone. Ofcouse there is one thing they should look over that is nurses talk to much with each other at leisure. I was in general ward, and as a general ward it was really good although it's the first time I was in a hospital😅(staying as a patient).

Worst experience we had with this Hospital, I had to admit my father with High fever, urine culture report showed some infection, antibiotics started for same but after 5 days also fever was not controlled. They did many blood test, chest x ray but were not able to dignose. It was like they were experimenting on my father. Finally I asked them to discharge my father. Final bill they given to me was 48000 rs, when I asked them to mention all medicines in discharge summary they given during this period they denied. When I asked final bill that they sent to my insurance company they denied as well so I sence some thing is fishi with this Hospital. I do not know other hospitals in Bilaspur so I bring my father to Hyderabad for further treatment. Bilaspur have worst medical facility. Doctors in Bilaspur are money minded only.

We completed the treatment of patient-"Mr.Uday singh rathore"who came for the treatment of kidney stone,operation was success fully done on 11/06/21. By honourable "Dr Kamlesh Maurya" Maurya sir is the best Dr I seen n as well as the great human being. His kind words also healing the patient.. And the special thanks to all the nursing staff they are so dedicated n passionate for their duty.. Security is also good n they are protect the patients from all the strangers.. 🙏🙏 . The cleanliness in the hospital is good, the nursing stop is also good, there should be arrangement for the attendant to stay.

Firstly you will notice that the main doctor i.e Dr. Kamlesh maurya sir is always busy in operation theatre and the reception people very smartly try to send you to an alternative inexperienced doctor instead of the main doctor Literally waited for almost 6 hours for the main doctor to check still at last they told that doctor will not see now

Good hospital for those people who have all kidney problems . I also have treatment for my aunt and the experience was good . This is a 24*7 hospital . But there is not a big parking space . I give it four stars 👍👍👍👍👍🙂 . You can also visit here for all kidney problems .

Talking about the hospital Medical staff... It's really good... Doctors are professional, nurses and ward staff and cleaning are really helpful and polite. The non medical staff like billing counter, admin back office and especially reception team are really arrogant. They were just gossiping on their own while the patients were in line. They don't know what to do and don't help the patients and attendants at all...... The minus one would be because of them only otherwise I would have given full 5

They might have good kidney doctors but their staff is very slow. So slow that they respond after 2hrs. They take 5 hrs for filing documents. They take 2hrs for billing. If you are a patient and have a private room, believe me they take more than half hours for a nurse to arrive in your room after an alert. The blankets provided were truly pathetic. These guys need professional training. And if management doesn't take these concerns seriously their repute is going down the lane.

We waited for more than 2 hours for eye checkup . Receptionist always said that doctor is about to come but no she was busy in her personal clinic. Cash was already paid and because of no refund policy we had to wait in the hospital for two hours after waiting we decided to leave but before that asked the receptionist one more time about the doctor and she said she is busy in an operation in her personal clinic. They gave the address of her clinic and in her clinic also we had to wait for 1.5 hours as she was doing an operation. Very bad experience.
