Management
1/5
I
recently
experienced
both
the
highs
and
lows
during
my
visits
to
this
hospital.
The
standout
positive
was
the
exemplary
care
provided
by
Dr.
Sofia
and
Dr.
Anees;
they
demonstrated
unparalleled
expertise
in
handling
critical
situations.
A
solid
5/5
for
their
exceptional
service,
especially
Dr.
Sofia's
instrumental
role
in
ensuring
a
safe
and
normal
delivery.
On
the
flip
side,
the
hospital's
operational
aspects
need
serious
attention.
The
staff
lacks
professionalism
and
requires
proper
training
in
patient
communication.
The
entire
process,
from
billing
to
admission,
is
alarmingly
slow,
averaging
around
40
minutes.
I've
encountered
this
delay
consistently
over
10-15
visits.
The
medicine
department,
unfortunately,
falls
short
of
expectations,
with
an
agonizingly
slow
pace
of
at
least
45
minutes
per
patient.
Hygiene
is
a
major
concern,
witnessing
the
presence
of
cockroaches
and
mosquitoes
in
a
healthcare
facility
is
disconcerting.
The
locked
bathrooms
and
the
peculiar
lift
operation
are
additional
challenges,
where
patients,
often
in
distress,
are
forced
to
request
lift
service,
adding
unnecessary
delays.
Patients
shouldn't
have
to
request
lift
operation,
especially
when
they
are
in
urgent
need.
The
lift
service
should
prioritize
the
needs
and
urgency
of
the
patients
without
the
need
for
a
request.
Lights,
or
the
lack
thereof,
seem
to
be
a
cost-cutting
measure,
with
only
1-2
lights
on
for
an
entire
floor.
This
glaring
oversight
compromises
the
overall
atmosphere.
In
summary,
while
the
medical
care
provided
by
Dr.
Sofia
and
Dr.
Anees
deserves
a
perfect
score,
the
hospital's
management
and
operational
efficiency
leave
much
to
be
desired,
earning
a
1/5.
I
have
documented
these
concerns
with
videos
and
photos.
I
strongly
advise
potential
visitors
to
carefully
consider
these
points,
especially
the
highlighted
issue,
before
choosing
this
hospital.
