Apollo Bilaspur has always been on a better side, covering all the basic aspects. Taking proper care of treatment, medication, house keeping, diet & everything has been done timely to ensure effectiveness. Dr. V.K.Shrivas is very gentle & polite, he listens you very carefully which is not been done by all the doctors, also Nurse Incharge Ms. Shalini was very cooperative as well. The calling bell service is really good, only thing is they can try & fasten the billing process may be by increasing the man power in that department also fastening the TPA process.

Doctors are well mannered as well the Hospitality is good. Clean environment inside the hospital and in the ward too. Doctors & Nurses are well experienced towards their profession. Canteen food is also good & hygienic according to every age group.

I give a 5-star rating to the nursing staff, ward secretary, and dieticians team. The nurses Tarini, Sarojini, Rukhmani, and Roshani provided excellent care. Ward secretaries Ms. Seema and Ms. Jharna were efficient, and the kitchen staff, Mr. Mahesh and Mr. Ghasi, always served hot food. Appreciation: 1) Staff are jovial and interact very kindly, which is extremely helpful for the patients. 2)OT surrounding was positive and devine. 3) Services are overall good. Suggestions: 1) Infrastructure (internal patient wards') renovation should be taken care. 2)Ceilings must be renovated so that patient must feel good as he/she opens an eye after coming to consciousness. 3) Dresses, bedsheets and blankets of patients smells bleached. Apollo hospital is the best hospital at Bilaspur. Hospital is very neat and clean. Most of departments have very good doctors. Nurses and supporting staff are polite and supportive. Wards are comfortable for both patients and their attendants. Canteen facility is also good. However improvement is needed in some fields for instance discharge process is slow and needs improvement. Many online facilities are available on ask Apollo app but reports are not updated. Hope hospital will improve its facilities in future.

The behavior of doctors and assistant doctors with the patients admitted in the hospital is very good. The attitude of the nurse staff of Apollo Hospital Bilaspur is very indecent with the patients, these nurses harass the patients in different ways, they fight amongst themselves and vent their anger on the admitted patients. The Ward Boys are coming here doing their work according to their mind. The work of the Food and Beverage Department is very commendable. The Sanitation Branch has been performing its rightful duty as per the requirement.

My Treatment is done by Dr. M P Samal He is really good and experienced person. Nursing staff and house keeping persons are prompt in there duty. My personal suggestion is to kindly made arrangements for Nursing station to maintain silence atmosphere for patients in ICU or as well as in ward, specially during shift changeover. Extremely unprofessional. Mismanagement at its peak. Was waiting for 2 hours in front of the chamber of Dr. Sujit Pahari. No system of alloting numbers to the patients.
