Love the restaurant, the staff. Food and atmosphere were amazing. The staff is quick, pleasant and well managed. Everyone was clear on their job and sat people quickly, staff was responsive getting drinks and food out and clearing dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I went here for lunch and was pretty impressed with the location and the ambiance. Being right next to the water is a real treat. I was immediately attended to by Delaney and she was very attentive the whole time. I had the Frosé to drink and it was DELICIOUS. I initially ordered the lobster cocktail because I'm honestly not that big on bread and I really just wanted the lobster. This is usually served cold but I was told I could also order it hot. It came out dry, tough, just overcooked. I guess they heated up previously cooked lobster so it just made it tough. Delaney quickly fixed the situation by letting me order something else, and I ended up going with the lobster roll. When I tell you this is the best lobster roll I have ever had. No mayo yet the flavor was soooo good. Just huge lumps of lobster coated in butter and sitting inside of a fresh, hot, bun. Definitely worth the money. Also, the brussel sprouts are phenomenal! I ordered the chocolate ganache layered cake for dessert. And, yes, it was pretty good, but not 14 dollars good. The slice was very small compared to what you would get normally when ordering cake, and it's double the price. I would skip dessert next time I come. I took off one star for the overcooked lobster and the overpriced cake, but overall, a very nice restaurant with very good food.

The place is right by the water and has nice interiors. Happy hour is still pricey with $6 for a regular beer. No vegan options except the fries. Service depends on who’s serving you- our bartender was a young blond lady with glasses and she was fantastic. However the elderly Hispanic man who was serving us didn’t seem happy with either us/others/his job or all three and was grumpy and gruff. If you’re seated at the bar near the kitchen door you’ll see the congregation of servers and hear their loud stories so maybe the bayside seats are better! The restrooms need serious cleaning.

Delicious food and great service. The manager went above and beyond helping us. We had a large party and they took good care of us. I had the gulf grouper with white beans. It had a little chili sauce on it. It was spicy but not too much. The s’mores dessert was fantastic. The views of the harbor were amazing. They even made a special vegetarian dish.

They have an extensive raw food bar if that’s what you’re looking for. Overall a well balanced menu for all types of eaters. The food was tasty and well platted. Our food arrived in different stages and the salad as a main course arrived after several requests. So we really couldn’t eat together. It’s a beautiful place and right on the water but the noise level inside was too much.

Food was great. They served fresh oysters. My kids loves the chicken risotto and lobster roll. The salmon wrap is juicy. The steak and crab dip taste really good. Our server is nice and the 2 ladies are very attentive and respectful who make sure the table is clean and our glass have enough water. It was a good experience.

This restaurant was recommended by friends. So, what better way to visit than with friends for dinner. The atmosphere was great, the staff was wonderful, the food was absolutely delicious and the desserts were out of this world. If ever in Baltimore, you have to visit this restaurant. Started with oysters on the clam shell and, for an entree, had the surf and turf. The food was amazing. From the fresh bread to the EVOO I can not say enough.

A client gave me an Atlas Restaurant Group gift card, and I used it at Loch Bar for date night! Loch Bar is the perfect option for both date night and cocktails with friends. In fact, I plan to surprise my bestie with an afternoon at the spa (inside the Four Seasons) followed by dinner at Loch Bar which is literally attached to the Four Seasons Hotel! The ambient lighting created a cozy yet sexy atmosphere. There were other couples dining but also a large number of friends and families enjoying a nice meal. The bar was full, and from the taste of my cocktail (strawberry frose), the bartender is definitely🔥. A good cook and an even better bartender is the recipe for a good time. My partner and I enjoyed fresh oysters as the appetizer, and for my entree I had the salmon, which was perfectly prepared. Our server was attentive and friendly. I hope my review helps you choose Loch Bar for your next date night!

The ceviche was amazing! The lobster roll was very good. The grilled cheese was decent, but little guy really liked the fries. Service was subpar. Waitress didn’t come to table very often. Counted the tables next to us with a different waiter had four visits in 30 minutes to our one. Waitress was very nice, but barely visited. Waters went empty multiple times and had to ask for water refill. The view is good, but know that it’s in front of the marina (we still enjoyed the sweeping water front views).

Loch Bar is a wonderful restaurant located within the Four Seasons hotel. The food and drinks were wonderful! I came here for date night and I will most definitely be back. The atmosphere/ambiance was beautiful. Great customer service as well! Definately give this place a try if you’re looking for a nice chill cute spot to go to.

Visited this restaurant by the harbor for happy hour and they have a raw bar with happy hour specials. They have an extensive alcohol selection with knowledgeable bartenders. They keep the atmosphere nice with a dress code. The AC was out so after happy hour we moved outside. Inside and outside both had great atmosphere but outside had a pretty good view of the harbor and a great cross breeze. I had the crabcake sandwich which was pretty great md crabcake with no filler jumbo lump crab. I also had the maryland crab soup which was also quite tasty. Last I had brussel sprouts which were a good side item as the crabcake only came with a mixed green salad. Next time I’m in I want to try the oysters Rockefeller and the lobster roll.

The ambiance is inviting and fun. I enjoyed the drinks. I had the froze’ which was tasty. We had the crab dip and hush puppies as appetizers which were tasty; not the best we’ve had but not bad. We had the sea bass, fried oysters and seafood sub as our main dishes. Tasty but not delicious or amazing. The service was fast and our waitress was very receptive. I’d say the general environment was the highlight of our night. May return and give other meals a try.

Great for special occasions or when you want to treat yourself to great service and good food. I recommend scallop ceviche, crab dip, and moules frites from appetizers and seafood omelet from brunch menu. I especially enjoyed the pleasant service. The only thing is we were a large group so we could only sit outside to accommodate all of us and it was so cold and I was freezing lol. Would love to come back for my birthday!

I sat at the bar to wait for a call in order. It wasn’t crowded but no one ever came to offer me water or a drink while I waited. I had to eventually get up and ask the kitchen staff if my order was ready. Food was just ok and the service... non existent.

Where do I begin... from the time I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely smile then walked to my table. The setting was perfect. The service from management and staff was EXCELLENT!!! Tunde Ajala and others were polished, professional and welcoming. There was live music that was APPROPRIATE for the dinner setting. We were there for a quick dinner and ended up staying for hours. Will I be back, YYEESS!!! Should you go, HECK YES! LOVELY, JUST LOVELY! Thank you for a great evening! 🥰

My wife and ate here on a Saturday night and had a wonderful experience. We felt the food was wonderful. My wife and I had both fried oysters and oysters Rockefeller which I would highly recommend. Both main entrées were very tasty. Overall very friendly staff and a beautiful location.

If you’re visiting Baltimore & are craving seafood GO TO LOCH! You will not be disappointed. The staff were so friendly. Morgan was an amazing server! I’ve been in this industry for 12 years & she is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. The food was quick, fresh & delicious. Outdoor seating by the water was perfect.

Great seafood place within the 4 Seasons structure, overlooking the harbor. Food, drinks, service, decor all top notch. We were so famished I forgot to take pics of any of our apps and drinks. Highly recommend the tuna poke, scallops ceviche, hush puppies, anything from the raw bar, and the tenderloin strips lettuce wraps. They were ALL exquisite. Our main dishes did not disappoint as well. Baltimore really has the best crab cakes. This place was legendary. We also had the salmon wrap and mussels. They were excellent.

This place is above and beyond amazing. Our service was impeccable! Our server and the manager were some of the nicest people and I was so happy to have them taking care of us.The food was delicious. I was here for a birthday and its the perfect place for birthdays! They had live music that was so good and really set the atmosphere. I honestly felt transported to a whole new location instead of the baltimore harbor. I only caution that if you go on a Saturday it will be busy so be prepared for that. I will 100% be back next week!

This was my third time being to this restaurant and oyster bar. The food is always immaculate. The restaurant always clean and pristine. But the vibe of some of the severs and management always seems a little off or uptight. Food is always served way too slow or way to fast that it feels like you’re being rushed out. The last time I was there I was gawked at by some of the servers by the window.😅 I’ll always recommend the rockefeller and fried oysters. Beautiful views as always. Check out my Ig for more pictures @ali_sparks

Nice place with a nice view of the inner harbor. Friendly, professional staff. Kayla, the manager, was especially pleasant and delightful. She walks around to make sure everyone is taken care of. She noticed our table was empty and asked us if someone had taken our order. When we said no, and without even asking how long it'd been, she treated us to an appetizer of our choice on the house as an apology! We chose the smaller portions of two appetizers instead of the regular portion of one. She still got us the regular portion of the two appetizers! That just made our day and made us feel very spoiled. Our waitresses were also nice and professional. The two appetizers were Oysters Rockefeller and Fried Oysters (pictured together here). They were magic! So well crafted and balanced to let you savor every ingredient. Our entrées were the Maine Lobster Roll and the Maryland Crab Cake. Both were also fantastic. Long story short, highly recommended and surprisingly affordable.

We had just gotten into the city and we were a little tired but still hungry so we found this spot and decided to stop in. It was late but we caught them right before they took the last call. What I like most about that was even tho we ordered pretty late our food still was fresh and hot and we appreciated that. The service was Amazing and it didn’t take to long for our food to come out . This would be a definite date spot if we lived here it just has the sort of Vibe. But the price is decent, the location is great and the food is so good it’s definitely a spot worthy of checking out !!

The restaurant is nice, but noisy so it may not be the best place for small children or babies. Service was good and fast. I had the fried oysters, raw oysters and raw clams for appetizers and it was just ok. We order the crab cake and fried Brussels sprouts for dinner which was amazing. We also ordered the lobster roll, lobster Mac and cheese and fried fish and chips which was underwhelming. I would visit again for the crab cakes alone.

Loch Bar, located within the Four Seasons Baltimore, is one of my favorite seafood restaurants in all of the United States. The seafood is always fresh, the atmosphere is fantastic, the location within the Inner Harbor is perfect, and the crab cakes are, without a doubt, the best you will ever have!

  • 5/5 Holly M. 10 months ago on Google
Definitely recommend The Loch Bar for anyone visiting the Inner Harbor in MD! The fresh clams were delicious, we also got the Oyster Rockefeller for an appetizer. My fiancé hates seafood but really enjoyed the Oyster appetizer. We also both got the lobster roll and it was hands down one of the best sandwiches I ever got from a restaurant. If you can - stop by and try their dishes as soon as possible!

We loved this place! The food and service was excellent!! Loch boasts an impressive selection of fresh oysters that did not disappoint. We enjoyed six different varieties and they were all delicious. The lump crab cakes and crab dip are not to be missed. Loved the craft cocktails- The Democrat (left) and the Oaxacan Old Fashioned (right) below were our favorites. A big thank you to our waiter Greg who was very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Covid update: more busy than you would like it but the customers are the issue. Staff all wear gloves and masks and are friendly as can be during this time. Great spot to sit in the sun and have a drink. Bartenders are very friendly!

If you're looking for a great restaurant for a night out with your girls or to celebrate with your lover in downtown Baltimore, this is the place! The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered, from the crab dip to the steamed shrimps, to the oysters, scallops, crab cakes and filet mignon was well seasoned and tasty. The ambiance of the restaurant overlooking the baltimore harbor was great. You have the option of seating outdoors or dinning indoors. You also get great view of the water if you sit in one of the booths indoors. On Saturday night, they have a band playing music which adds to the overall vibe of the restaurant. The staff was pleasant. Our server, Raoul was very patient with us. He offered suggestions even without prompting and he was on point with his suggestions. In terms of pricing, the price is a little on the higher end. One of the cocktails (Sidecar with Hennessy) was about $26 which is on very steep. It is unclear if their pricing have to do with COVID because a lot of restaurants do charge an extra fee due to COVID restrictions and additional measures they have to take. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning in the near future.

  • 4/5 Garner M. 3 years ago on Google
Loved this restaurant. Great food. The maî·tre d' immediately sat us. We got our choice of area to sit in. The restaurant looked to be adhering to all Covid-19 CDC recommendations. The bench seats are plush and comfortable. The ambiance was on point. The music was enjoyable and but to loud. Menu was limited, as most are because of Covid but it was plentiful enough with different choices to choose from. There was lots of parking on the streets (under five blocks walking) and there are plenty of garages in the area, one being right next door. Great choice for date night or just going out with a group of friends. A good spot to eat and I would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

I’m glad they open for lunch. It was a gorgeous day to sit outside and have a few drinks and some food. The slushes, which do contain alcohol, come in two varieties: Frosé and Bourbon. I had the Frosé- it was fantastic! The menu is so extensive; I had a hard time choosing. I love the variety of food and drink options. It’s a bit pricey, but what do you expect being attached to the Four Seasons Hotel?

The most unprofessional, unfriendly and abrasive service I've ever received from a restaurant of the caliber. I have never felt so unwelcome. I would recommend going upstairs to Bygone or next door to Azumi. I would never recommend surrendering your money to such vultures.

Love this place. Ambience is sexy, water views, romantic, great for a date night. Awesome drinks, french fries are amazing, delicious oysters. This place is a guaranteed winner every time in Baltimore. Everything on menu is good. The service is always on point here also.

One star has been earned by the amazing bussers( they were on top of the game) and one star is given to the server that was not even assigned to us(a young gentleman took care of us while our server was unable to)...I normally am very understanding if the place is busy, but it was not. The food was fresh, but they unfortunately forgot the lemons when they brought out one of the towers of raw seafood. If the waitress stopped by to check up on us it could have been easily fixed and unnoticeable....But she didn’t... The manager also seemed like she was just waiting to close and go home....Nobody really seemed to care...I strongly believe that for the type of level of dining that this place positions itself it should have a better service. At least a little more attentive... P.S. Scallop entree was indeed delicious.

Salmon and shrimp salad was very good. The shrimp and salmon were grilled and had such a bold taste of herbs. Didn't really need any dressing on it being that the herbs complimented the taste. The scenery is beautiful as well.

Amazing food with a great view! I am always skeptical of places right on the water of being overpriced and mediocre but this place is worth it! The adult grilled cheese complete with gouda, bacon and loaded with CRAB is delicious. The drinks are tasty! I couldn't decide between the two crab soups so they did 1/2 and 1/2 and it was good. I love my mussels and fries and the brussel sprouts were cooked to perfection and have a bit of sweet and spicy to them. We had amazing service and look forward to going back!
