My best friend and I were looking for a place to meet for brunch and we decided on the Iron Rooster. Hands down, the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had! The portion size was perfect, the biscuit, meat, and gravy ratio was just enough that I was able to finish all of my food. My friend and I shared the candied bacon which was flawless with it's sweet, salty, and spicy flavors. We enjoyed the clean environment, fun and relaxed atmosphere, but especially the visit and the food!

Visited for the first time today Friday April 15th. Our server wasn’t the friendliest. Our order took a while to arrive but they were pretty busy for a Friday morning. Everything was delicious. Their homemade pop tarts were incredible. Overall I recommend giving them a try. Maybe go on a weekday morning! Also the bathrooms were gross and not kept up with.

I’ve visited this location a handful of times and each time I have a slightly different experience.. I’ve had both great and not so great service here. All in all, it’s been alright and I’ve had more positive experiences than not. The food is good! The bacon, you get free if you follow the restaurant on FB but, the bacon itself is not that great unfortunately. I highly recommend the crab dip! I get it each time and it’s consistently good! The French toast meal comes with only one slice of French toast which is a bummer for the price. Also pictured are the breakfast egg rolls and cheese grits.. the grits were no good but the egg rolls were good. Lastly, I do not recommend the pop tart. That being, it is advertised as a pop tart and I associate pop tarts with filling in the inside. The tart they offer is more so bread with icing and toppings. I was extremely disappointed and will not purchase again, ever.

The place reminds me of a modern-day farmhouse with amazingly high ceilings and amazing views all around. The food and drinks are great. Staff is very attententive. My child loved the warm syrup. Overall I would come back to this establishment many times over. 🥰 Yummy yummy

Great service! Food was meh, small chicken sandwiches. Again, loved our waitress.

Overall the Iron Rooster was great. From the time we walked in we were greeted and seated immediately. We started our order with breakfast nachos, which were amazing! All of our choices for an entree were great as well. I would highly recommend the breakfast nachos and the Old Bay Honey Fried Chicken, both were the highlight of everything. The service here was quick and the employees were great. I am definitely going to be going back to try more of the food options.

The crab benedict was apparently good (my friend had it) and the pancakes were okay but nothing special. The service was somewhat lackluster. When my friend asked for a cup of water and I wasn't even halfway done my food, the waitress brought her a to-go cup. We never asked for it to go. Kind of rude, and a not-so-subtle way to imply we needed to leave. Sorry but there was no one waiting in the lobby, plus... isn't it okay to eat slowly? Not a fan.

Finally made it after all I’ve heard about it. The service was awesome and the food was delicious. Parking was super accessible too. They have several great breakfast combinations. I got the chicken and pancakes with a side of scrambled eggs BUT next time I will get the waffles. I love pancakes and they were delish but I should have definitely tried the waffle flight on the appetizer menu. Chicken was seasoned perfectly, pancakes were light and fluffy, potatoes looked good but had absolutely no flavor whatsoever BUT because the chicken had enough salt/flavor I didn’t mind the tasteless potatoes. There are no bottomless mimosas BUT bayyyybe the pagne to punch ratio was perfect. I was one and done. (Not drunk of course just happy). The $11.99 may seem like a lot for a glass but it was worth it. For what’s its worth it was more of a wine glass than a champagne flute if that helps any. Know this, I will absolutely be back. I look at this as more of a family friendly or morning date spot vs girls boogie brunch hangout.

I work close by and I finally had the chance to stop for breakfast. From the outside it looks like a small compact place but as soon as you step in it’s a completely different place. The high ceilings and large windows give you an open bright farmhouse vibe. Absolutely in love with the ambiance. Now negatives first… i stopped by on a Saturday morning. It wasn’t full but it wasn’t empty. The food did take quite a while to come out and by the time it did my eggs Benedict platter was more on the cold side probably because they were waiting on one other item for my table. I also didn’t like having multiple servers. They were all super friendly but to me it seemed disorganized but that might be me being picky. Now positives… the food is DELICIOUS. I enjoyed every single bite of the eggs Benedict. They were spicy enough and just overall amazing. My favorite item that day was the French toast churros. Oh man to die for. I will come back, hopefully on a better day. 💕🌻

If you're from the south, don't waste your time. The most unseasoned food I've ever had. The potatoes were bland and had no salt or flavor. The French toast was like flaky cardboard. The chicken was okay, it most be a different way that they cook it on east coast chicken. The syrup was not warmed up, it was cold and not pure maple. The churro Waffles were great though!! As a tourist, I was hoping this would be a unique and local experience but this was like visiting Denny's.

Amazing food. If you follow their instagram they’ll give you bacon for free (we got four pieces). I got the strawberry cheesecake RoosTart and a side of home fries and they both tasted very good. Our server was incredible, very nice and talkative. Great experience overall. Went on a Sunday morning and it wasn’t busy at all, got seated immediately.

This place was phenomenal! Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Their fried green tomatoes are the best I've ever had (yes, even better than Miss Shirley's)! Our waitress, Kristen, was delightful. The coffee was genuinely delicious, and I'm picky when it comes to coffee (I'm a wee bit of a coffee snob 😅). I did leave my bag there, which I didn't notice until I got home. After rushing back, I got there just a couple minutes after they closed. They were kind enough to let me in and search for it (I found it). On that note, if you are sitting in a booth and have put any belongings next to you, beware that it can slide in-between the inner edge of the booth and the wall if you're not careful! All in all, this place is fantastic!

Very nice people. Stopped in for a coffee to go before taking my kids to the playground next door, and they gave me a to go coffee free, on the house, and wished me a happy new year. Very generous. And from past experiences, the food is great.

Why did I not know about this place sooner!! I don't care that it is another state, I will pack up the family for a road trip just to come eat here. What can I say, the food is amazing!! Chicken and French toast so light fluffy, bourbon maples sauce complents so well. The house honey hot sauce on the chicken was amazing 👏🏼. So amazing i bought a full bottle to go home instead of sneaking the half bottle from the table in my purse. I got the crabcake Benedict and was mmmm in my seat, and the Arnold palmer was the best I have ever had! Bacon was perfect blend of crunch, and smoke. Oh and the bloody Mary just topped of the experience! They have so much on the menu and I personally can't wait to go back and try it all!

I came here with my family (table of 4). We waited 10-15 minutes to speak to a hostess, since it didn't look like they were staffing someone to stay at the front desk. When we were able to find someone, it took about 30 minutes for them to seat us (which was fine since we walked around to the nearby shops while we waited). However, once we were seated it was another 30 to 45 minutes before we were able to get our food. While all the staff was nice, it was hard to find someone throughout the visit. The food was lackluster, especially for the price. The burger burger was below average, I could make a more flavorful shrimp and grits, and the waffle flight was tiny, especially for how much it cost. Honestly, the best part of the experience was the atmosphere, it was very pretty. That being said, I will not be returning, since I go out to eat for the food and the service, not what the building looks like.

Everything was phenomenal. Troy was our server and she was perfect (10 out of 10 experience) . The food was great (we ordered the egg roll, honey hot chicken sandwich, and the angry omelette. She made the experience great including her suggestions on meals. We will definitely be back and asking for her .

I’ve been to Iron Rooster a handful of times and every time it is a solid experience, but never enough to excite me about going again. If you’re looking for this sort of elevated diner style/brunch food and Iron Rooster is in a good location then go! The service, food, and prices are all good but again, not outstanding. It is fun that they have a 7-10 am happy hour which had me drinking an early cocktail for the hell of it. I enjoy their pop tart knock off as well. Honestly, I’m really struggling to say much else. It’s like a better Dennys/IHOP.

Sunday brunch was great!! We made reservations and was seated within a few minutes of our reservation time. The kitchen was busy but our waiter made sure to let us know and checked back often. I ordered the crab hash and the mimosa kit. The crab hash was pretty good and plentiful.

The food never fails in taste here. The service was good as well. Only reason for my 4 instead of 5 star is because it was really cold in the restaurant this visit. Also, they are always changing the menu so if you go today and love an item, it likely won't be there in a few months.

Its a whole vibe. Service is on point i love the atmosphere. If you want to be a little more quaint i would opt for sitting upstairs. Not a fan of the crab benny but everything else i have tried has been delicious

I love this location! The food is great, and our server, Jordan was amazing. She was very helpful, and provided immaculate service. Get the brisket hash and the candied bacon - you won’t be disappointed!

Nice place. The chicken sandwich is awesome. Had the Mac and cheese as a side, very cheesy and tasty. Service was super nice . Troy was our server and she took the time to be sure we had everything and kept an eye out if we needed anything. Wonderful job. We also split one of their versions of a pop tart. We tried the cinnamon tart. wow.. really a nice treat. Ourdoor seating is nice. We arrived early but booked our table early.
