Just a wonderful place. Expect to wait in line for takeout 🥡 or to dine in. Its worth the wait. Desserts to almost die for. Amazing! Awesome coffee drinks and their version of an expresso martini. I'd be happy to go anytime I'm in Baltimore! Eat dessert first!

First time here and might be the last due to the prices and vibe. The place was small and due to the customer service, gave a stern New Yorker style vibe. I’m from closer to the south so being rushed at 2pm in an empty restaurant and spoken too in a fast deep unfriendly tone wasn’t my cup of tea… It was raining and we were the only customers but bc the unfriendliness, we decided to take our food to go. Prices are too high for what you get imo. I came for the “famous cannolis” but only experienced the price of one. It was good but not $6 good for 1 small-med size cannoli. The tiramisu was a more fair price of $6 but it tasted just ok with a lot of alcohol at the bottom from the cherry juice? Idk.

This was one of the most terrible cappuccinos I had in my life. Terrible service and we were forced to pay 8 dollars for a cappuccino that was undrinkable and I didn't even have more than a tiny sip. The blond girl has no idea how to make a cappuccino and she was extremely rude. She brought a boiling drink with no foam with dripping down wiped cream and said that I have to pay for this because she made it correctly. I hope the management will read my comment and train the staff how to work. I would give a NEGATIVE STAR review if there was an option.

It’s rare that we leave a negative review but we hope to help others not to get terrible service, and help the owners with their staff and product. We ordered two cappuccinos and two pastries. First of all, the prices are different for the sit down menu, which is strange, but I guess the owners are trying to offset the costs. Second of all, when the cappuccinos arrived, they were boiling hot and clearly not made correctly - when the milk is boiled instead of steamed, it becomes sour, and it won’t froth without correct technique - not a very difficult technique to master. The ratio of milk to coffee was wrong as well - it was about 10oz of milk to a shot of espresso. It seems odd that the folks in coffee business would not know a typical proportion of beverages. What really struck us the most is that the waitress was rude and refused to address the problem, and aggressively told us “oh you’re paying for this because I made it how it should be!”. In no way this is the way to run a business, and I hope the owners will get better trained staff. On a side note, the pastries were fine.

Had a very nice snack at Vaccaro's. We sat at a table and ordered with a waitress. The sfogliatella (aka lobster tail) was excellent and nicely sized. We also got the veggie mufaleta sandwich on focaccia which was yummy - the olive flavor did not overpower the sandwich which was nice. The tortellini on the side was also flavorful. The affogato (espresso w ice cream) was great and large portion. Pricing was reasonable. Coming from Brooklyn, NY, where we have amazing cannoli, I would say that the cannoli here could have been a bit better. We ordered the assorted small cannolis. They weren't bad but I felt like the cream could have been improved a bit (the consistency was a little too close to frosting for me). Still very tasty and I appreciated that they overstuffed with cream! Great establishment!

Be careful! You will get indulged in over-eating 😊 and still a lot to try. From cookies to cakes to Gelato, you would like to try everything. I ordered small serving (two scopes) of Gelato; one scoop of Baci Chocolate and one Vanilla. It was really good!! Keep in mind, their “small” scoops are “big”.

this place is amazing. It is the best, the portions are large, the attention is at another level. Tiramisu 100% recommended. the Italian Biscotti is good. I have been to this place three times and I had forgotten to review it if you come to Baltimore this is a must stop

Always amazing coffees and desserts 🍨 🥧 🍦 🍡 for dates and family outings. If you're visiting Baltimore or live there (or nearby) Vaccaro's pastry shop is a must must must visit. The local charm of Little Italy and the walking-distance location of the harbor, make this dessert shop the place to visit. My kids loved the coffee the the gelato.

Love this place!! Tiramisu was fabulous as well as the lemon ice, mint chocolate gelato and Italian chocolate coconut cookie. Ordered the canoli sampler and cookies sampler to take with us. Excited to try the various flavors.

Awesome little bakery that is a must-visit if you're in the Little Italy area. They serve gelato, specialty cookies, and full entree dishes if you wish to sit down as well. My friend and I have been meaning to stop by for over a year now and got the chance to recently. It was worth it! I got two different flavors of gelato. You can ask for half scoops, so make sure to use this to your full advantage! They scoop generously. I would highly recommend the peanut fudge one, if I'm remembering the name correctly. I also got one of each of a few of their cookies. They were good, but they did not taste super fresh. Maybe they'd been out for a while. I will definitely be back to try some other menu items, like the hot chocolate and entrees. Prices were pretty good and the service was quick.

My guilty pleasure! It’s always packed and has a line out the door but well worth the wait! It’s always so hard to decide what to get but I went for a hot chocolate and a cannoli. Never disappoints!!! So delicious! The ladies there were working so hard but managed to take great care of us!!

Got attitude from the lady for asking to sit down at a table. Took them nearly 20 minutes to take our order. The hot fudge Sunday was MASSIVE. way too much fudge and half of it was melted by the time we got it. The gelato was sludge and terrible in this dish. Prices were good and some of the other dishes looked good. Just get plain gelato and not the weird gelato dishes. Cannoli was not spectacular. Super disappointed.

Nutella Cheesecake, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Mint Chocolate Chip Gelato. All were amazingly delightful. If you’re a chocolate lover, I’d highly recommend the Nutella Cheesecake. They serve it with chocolate gelato. The portions are abundant as you can see. So, you get bang for you buck. If you’re sensitive to dairy, this is the place for you. Plenty of dessert options to to satisfy your sugar cravings.

Gelato is incredible. Hazelnut iced latte was the best I ever heard. Cannoli was wonderful and traditional but also had a hint of what I think was cinnamon. Amazing dessert and coffee spot. I absolutely recommend.

Perfecto! The service is quick and friendly, the place was clean, great Italian music playing, all the desserts look fantastic, my wife and I will definitely be back, this is a truly authentic cappuccino, Italian styled but the American size lol

This is a fun place to experience. The service could have been a little quicker. All the deserts we tried were great. If you order the Italian Lemon Ice tea make sure you order it with unsweetened tea. My first one came with sweet tea and it was almost in bearably sweet. I had them refill with unsweetened tea and it was perfect.

We went to Little Italy in Baltimore, MD for dinner and decided to give this place a try for some dessert. Was a little disappointed with a limited selection of cookies but they tasted decent. The eclairs were the size of a brick and were really good. The chocolate topping was thick fudge style. Overall it was worth the visit.

So I went for the first time during the Italian festival a few weeks ago and I'm. I finally was able to get a perfect portion of the Homestyle pound cake. I don't mind paying the full price. I appreciate the fact that they accommodate my diet. It is Amazing😍😍😍

I had a unique experience here, but overall had a good tasty one. We got a mango smoothie, one of their lemon special drinks (forgot the name) with lemon liqueur over a lemon granita, a tiramisu, and a vanilla cream puff. The place definitely seems like a local favorite with a lot of great choices. I came in for gelato but their machine was broken. Alright, this is where I pick a side. I would've maybe given a 4 star review for the overall experience and value, but I know everything would've been better if I didn't just witness a group of customers essentially verbally assaulting the staff (which I know affected service quality that day) so I'm going to say today was probably just a bad day overall due to that experience since that's not their fault and I'll give them the extra point because they recovered quickly. We got a staff apology and received resumed good service. To the ladies who were yelled at, no customers should ever yell at service staff (or anyone else for that matter really) like that. Saw the whole thing go down and that whole situation seemed unexpected and unnecessary to deal with. Keep your head up, the experience is over, and tomorrow is the chance for a new better day. Review part, mango smoothie is on the sweet side but yummy (our personal preference is usually less sweet for drinks, but that's not their fault, if sweets are your thing you may love it!), limoncello thing was good and strong (bigger than I expected but good!), vanilla cream puff (not my favorite, could use some work, but maybe the other ones they have are better), tiramisu was tasty (I don't usually get it with the cream and syrup, but it was good and big enough to take home). Overall, thanks for a tasty bite and booze for my first trip to Baltimore!

I was happy to bring the family here, where we all enjoyed our own gigantic serving of dessert. Really get a bang for your buck.

Affordable ice cream and a substantial size. A decent amount of flavours to choose from. My favourite was the “Chocolate Ice” and I’ll definitely be coming back for that flavour. The hazelnut wasn’t bad either but the strawberry was a bit disappointing and didn’t taste the way I thought it would. Tasted more like average quality strawberry ice cream from a grocery store. They were doing some sort of sale so my medium sized ice cream (3 scoops) was only $4.2! Quite a steal considering the prices of other places.

Step back to a place where, as soon as you walk in you know you’re treated like family. Creamy gelato. Tasty old school cookies and desserts.

Visited during a quiet afternoon for coffee. Beautiful display of desserts, cookies and gelato. Paid less than $5 for a 16 oz cappuccino- best priced espresso drink in the city. Left with my afternoon coffee drink and 2 cannolies which were delicious! Staff super friendly. Will definitely be back!! Perfect place for after dinner dessert or Valentine's day treats!

A slice of paradise! Vaccaro's has some of the best deserts in the area. A highly recommended stop while visiting Baltimore's inner harbor!

WOW 🤩 The ITALIAN RUM CAKE!!! This cake was amazing!! My Mom has loved Italian Rum Cake and it has been near impossible to find one UNTIL NOW! I was googling and came upon Vaccaro’s in Baltimore.I saw they shipped and since I didn’t feel like road tripping to get my Mom a huge surprise. .I tried ordering online but came upon a glitch in their online ordering (which they are apparently aware of) they ended up calling me back on Monday morning to complete the order (give them payment) I placed the order and they shipped it. One day later the cake arrived (carefully packaged surrounded by ice packs and in dry ice) the cake is shipped FULLY FROZEN so needed to wait a good while for it to fully defrost but as it was defrosting you could begin smelling the rum. It even had the green and red cherries like my Mom remembered from the classic Italian Rum Cakes she enjoyed years ago. This cake did not disappoint. This was our first time ordering but I promise it will not be our last.

We walked over a mile just to get a canoli. It was SOOOO worth it. My only regret is that I wish I could have ordered one bite of everything!

Great place to pick up pastries to go! There’s an area to sit down and eat but we were just there to pick up some sweets. Everyone that worked there was super nice. It was a little tight in the front and there wasn’t much space to stand if there were too many people. Overall, it was a cute place and the pastries were very tasty!

The cannolis were delicious and filled to order, which allowed the shells to keep from getting soggy. Flavor and texture were fantastic. Unfortunately the cream puffs were very dry and the cappuccino was more like a large latte with a little extra foam. Could barely taste the espresso through the large amount of milk drowning it out. Would highly recommend this place if wanting a fresh cannoli.

So many choices of Italian desserts. We started with panini’s and potato salad. I had the Little Boss with eggplant and artichoke. Delicious panini bread too. Cannoli’s were to go. Amazing cannoli. The pastry shell was extremely tasty. Wait staff was helpful in making menu choices.

The fig strudel… so flavorful! There was a tradeoff in servers helping me. Things were a little confused. I got there just before a big line of people. So lucky… I would wait in a huge line to get those fig strudels again!
