One of the all time worst experiences at a restaurant. While dining in they forgot about us FOUR times. There were 7 people in the entire place - I counted. It took them an hour and 18 minutes to get us our food - which was brought out with the appetizer we ordered at the same time. I asked for the check because we needed to run and the guy looks and me, yes okay, and immediately walks outside for a smoke break. Also - we tried to place an order for pick up - something they said they do not do. After explaining that I’ve never heard of any restaurant in my life that does that, the lovely woman on the other line tells me quote for quote “have a nice life”. Don’t eat here. Go to the Hard Rock instead. Better food and FAR superior service.

Bunzzz Sports Bar & Grill is a new addition to the Inner Harbor & The Charm'tastic Mile. They have spectacular TV screens to enjoy an array of different sporting events & shows. The staff and management were nice and professional. I had the hush puppies, burger & a couple of draft beers. The food was very good. I like the vibe of the place. Will go back during the playoffs to watch a few games.

First off, it’s important to note that I almost never write reviews. But our experience was so bad in (mostly service but also food) that I felt compelled to. It took nearly 10 min to get someone to wait on us. Once we finally got someone, she (Kashmia) was terrible! The host and bartender actually provided more and better service that she did. Her attitude left a lot to be desired and she seemed like she would rather be anywhere but there. After she took our order, we saw her maybe two times over the next hour and it wasn’t that busy. The food also left a lot to be desired. My wife’s salad was mediocre. My burger was undercooked. The one positive was the host, an 18 year old young man (who looked even younger than he is). He was phenomenal! Very attentive, pleasant, and a real hard worker. The place has a nice layout, cool concept, but a lot of service improvement is needed.

This restaurant is a cool, massive space located in the Gallery Mall downtown Baltimore at the Inner Harbor. I went on a Sunday afternoon and there weren't many patrons in the restaurant. The overall vibe from employees was dull and drab. My server, however made every attempt to absorb the negative energy. She was very attentive to my needs. I ordered bbq wings, sliders and fries and my food was good. The appeal for me was the fact that this place had landshark really made my day exciting 😀 and also if your into sports, this is a great public place with lots of tv screens around the bar!

The atmosphere is wonderful. I have been three times in 2 weeks. The people are great the staff were awesome and attended to my every want and need. The food is amazing the calamari was so good we ordered another serving. The DJ was great. This is a nice place to enjoy good food and music or even watch a game on one of the many televisios surrounding the bar. I will definitely be going back and bringing friends,

Awesome food and outstanding service!!! My chicken tacos were excellent. A wonderful portion for an appetizer. There are plenty of TVs visible from any seat. The host is kind and will change the channels so that you, and your guests, can visit your game of choice on the big screen. Gotta use the restroom??? No worries, there's a TV over the sink in there to. If you want the Brownie S'more Sundae (pictured). Order it just before you finish your meal. They bake the brownie fresh. If you forget - it's well worth the wait. Great alone, with family or friends - football enthusiasts or those (like me) just seeking shelter from the rain.

Nice location. Good Atmosphere. Plenty of TVs for watching games. Service was friendly. First time having a beyond burger in a restaurant, usually go with impossible but it was pretty good. Also ask the bartenders for Rams and Parrots best whiskey I've had

We went there last night around 8:30 pm and it was sort of empty so we figure we will get service fast. I was craving a hamburger I usually don't eat that and my friend that work close by stated that they had good ones there. I'm giving this place 3 stars because of the hamburger and because the bathrooms were clean and it's in a good location... Otherwise the service was horrible we sat at the bar and we waited more than 10 minutes to get noticed mind you it was less than 15 people at the entire restaurant went we finally get noticed the bartender told us I'll be right there with you guys... 🤔🤨 Then he came back with no menus and ask us if we wanted to drink something we tell him what we wanted then and how we wanted, when the food came back the bread was not toasted but we were not sending them back... My burger advertised 🥓 and it didn't bring it so he had to go back for it 😒🙄 then they serve you lots of fries but he only bring a small cup with ketchup... Suggestion for this place ketchup bottles. I was not satisfied at all with this place. Then while we were seating at the bar a couple walked through the mall door waited for 5 minutes to get seated and then left... There was no hosted or anything and once again didn't get noticed... No wonder the place was so empty. The service suck.
