    Sat evening around 7:15pm after a movie; service thru drive - thru was fast & friendly enough, received food less than 5 min after ordering. Bacon Cheddar Burger was hot & absolutely wonderful✌️, full of flavor but fries were in shorter pieces + sad looking! Looked & Tasted as if they had been cooked in Old Stale Grease + were not hot & crispy! Fries did not look like they do in the commercial!👎 Had a couple chicken nuggets too they were tasty: I really like that good old fashioned taste of the food @ Wendy's. 👍

    I was going to give this place 4 stars because they’re usually pretty fast and the customer service is somewhat decent. Unfortunately, today was kinda different. The cashier with the braids was nice but when I asked if I could have ranch added to my bacon stir fries he said “no”, with 0 explanation as to why that was impossible or even suggesting a ranch cup. Secondly, I recorded a young girl with a braided ponytail (google won’t allow me to add the video) she had a headset and was making fries with NO GLOVES. So I can only imagine if anyone was wearing gloves in the kitchen. Lastly, if you look closely at the pics I’ve taken there are TWO small pieces of hair in my baconator fries. I had to throw out my fries. The unprofessionalism and lack of cleanliness is absurd. I try not to expect anything more in neighborhoods like this but wearing gloves and hairnets while working around food should be mandatory.

    This location does not exemplify good customer service. We were in the drive thru for an hour. Please avoid this location.

    I understand that this location has just finished a renovation. They appear to have held a "reopening" celebration over past weekend. Unit appears to be in App as open for drive thru and dining at 7am and accepted the order. When I got to unit, the drive thru sign was dark. Someone appeared to be stocking near the drive thru window, but had not unlocked the window yet. Maybe a manager can email me or post when this unit will be available for breakfast again.

    Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience at this location. It was about the only thing open after 10 pm and, honestly, I haven't been to Wendy's in a while, so we thought it would be a good option. The staff was limited and the wait was long. Patiently we waited about 20 min only to find out the order was wrong and the food, fries especially, was stale. Although the spicy chicken patty was hot, the bun, lettuce, and tomatoes weren't fresh. Very disappointing after such a long wait and we spent close to $50.

    you're lucky if you even get your food from this wendy's. was in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to be told to come inside for a mobile order. then waited another 15 minutes and it was not even started to be made nor did they seem to care to serve me. i literally only ordered a frosty. just cancelled my order

    Edit 12/2/23 - new renovations same horrible service. The manager on call was very rude and nasty, kept saying she was off today but in uniform and behind the counter not helping her staff whatsoever. I thought the renovations would mean they would be training staff while closed. Smh very wrong. Slow service. Orders always wrong. Over keep giving this location a chance.

    I like Wendy's food in general, but this Wendy's is always slow. And they hardly ever give me a receipt. Why? Because my order is often wrong. Last time we went, almost didn't get the frosty I ordered, my salad still had blue cheese even though I said no blue cheese and they repeated it back, AND my sandwich was not dressed properly. And those were the 3 things I ordered. UPDATE: Do not go there for breakfast!

    I paid for a $5 biggie the fries were dry and not hot I threw the sandwich away because it wasn't prepared well enough for me to eat absolutely not and the nuggets were dry. I have to drive by to go to work I rode right past today and went to McDonald's out Towson on York Rd. I will not spend my money there again

    If I could give 0 star I would, I order my food here from 1/15 they accepted the order when my dasher arrived at the location my dasher said that they're closed, maybe because of the snow they close, however I contacted Wendys in regard to my refund they said I should contact doordash because they are the one that is dealing with wendys online refund now, I contacted them no answer upon until the 1/17 I got to someone they said the refund will be process and with 10-12 business days I'll get back my money, until then I'm calling trying to find out what's going on and it's a go around thing with them, 2/06 I still haven't gotten my money back from them as yet and one party said I should called the next party and when I do it's the same thing, I find this unprofessional and crazy because when I places the order my money was removed from my account instantly so why I have to go through so much to get back my money.

    I came here 3 weeks ago to get coffee the Manager just stared at me than walked to the back. A team member appears to take my order very friendly young lady. I asked her if they sold coffee she told me yes she went to check and told me it was old she asked if someone could help her make more because she didn’t know how the manager just looked at her and said no. SO NONE OF YOU EMPLOYEES KNOW HOW TO WORK A COFFEE MACHINE THATS A TRAINING THAT SHOULD BE PUT IN PLACE IF ITS AN ITEMS WENDYS SELL !

    Asked for a spoon at the window, gave me a fork, went in waited for someone to come to the front, finally I'm told we don't have any spoons! I just paid five bucks for a large chili am I supposed to use a fork? 🍴? The girl asked if I wanted a fork 🤔

    The service deserves a negative 10 stars. I walked out after being the only person in there the employees are just standing there. I got frustrated and walked out. I'll never go there again. Everybody needs fired and replaced with Spanish people.

    I work for door dash and went to pick up an order and after sitting in the line for over 30 mins was told that they weren't doing door dash orders because the machine was down... I decided to order a pineapple mango lemonade because the way the drive-thru is set up u can't get around the cars u have to wait till the car at the window gets there food and leaves cuz there is no other way out.. So I paid $4.11 for my lemonade and I leave then I take a drink of my lemonade and it tasted like water with a tiny bit of pineapple mango lemonade in it. So then I go back to get a refund and there's only 2 cars in line and the car in front of me was getting a refund as well because they said there 2 smoothies tasted watered down as well.... I sat in the drive-thru again for over 20mins just for a refund.. I thought I was done with Wendy's and the girl at the drive-thru window said she was going to call and report there door dash machine was down and about 20 mins later I got another door dash order for the same Wendy's location, so I had to call the customer for the 2nd time to let them know the Wendy's wasn't taking oders at that time. After I was done with the customer I had to call Door dash for the 2nd time to let them know what had happened and was on the phone for over 20 mins for the 2nd time explaining to them what happened for the 2nd time... So needless to say I wasted over an hour of my time just sitting in the drive-thru and talking on the phone because they didn't contact door dash and let them know about the machine not working.... Very unhappy with that particular Wendy's it located on York rd. In Baltimore Maryland on the 5600 block of York Rd.
