This location is awful and I would not recommend visiting this location as an option. 31May2018 I walked in at about 7:30 because the drive thru line was around the corner. I walked inside where there were only a few people ahead of me for the breakfast rush. Only one register was open and it accepted cash only. A male worker stood next to the cashier cleaning the ice cream machine without gloves. After waiting ten minutes, I was finally helped where I watched my order sit and not be bagged despite it being completed. To the point, and simply, the worker observed was everywhere except where she was needed to get orders out to customers. I watched her make only one set of hash browns before walking away to talk to the line crew even though there were several cars and nine people waiting for orders. She filled orders incompletely, because many complained out loud in the restaurant. She was slow and acted without consideration of the amount of people waiting for their orders. After I received my order, I waited several more minutes for my iced coffee as I watched the same worker, aimlessly walking around and seemingly without objective approach the cashier. She asked the cashier, who was already dealing with a line of people that again had grown because of the inefficient use of time, whether the cashier was going to make my coffee that would complete the order I'd already been waiting 15 minutes to receive. Again, the cashier was absolutely swamped and the cashier did not even respond. The worker, seemingly and reluctantly, finally made my coffee. I left at 7:50 a.m. serious lack of communication, management effectiveness, and no efficient use of time by the working team.

The new McDonald’s has been rebuilt and is open for business. The original building was about 50 years old. There are two levels. A production kitchen is on the second level. The first level is mainly for service. New roomy drive-thrus allow for faster and easy access and service. Traffic flow on the site is great. There is also a safety fence between the drive-thrus and adjacent buildings. The parking lot has been resurfaced. There are still three ingresses/egresses for getting onto and off the site, respectively. Two entrances are on Franklin Street, while the other is on Warwick Avenue. The parking lot has been repaved. ———— History I applaud workers at this old McDonald's as this store remained open 24 hours during the 2015 Freddie Gray protest and again at selected times during the pandemic. Some staffing has changed since then and so has the inside decor. New staff are very attentive and try to be as helpful as possible. Drive-thru service can be trying because this location is very busy during rush hours and even very late at night. Regardless of the weather, birds line up along the street wires above the intersection of Warwick Avenue and Franklin Street and fly near the McDonald's sign. Rather interesting!

I try to prevent going on the inside because I have witnessed the bad behavior of some of the front servers. Not all are bad but needs improvement. Though drive through is sometimes crowded it's a smooth in and out.

Literally like 10 teenagers standing directly in front of the door so you have to push your way in or out. Why is management allowing this? I went through drive thru instead. Fries were pretty fresh

It's a new building but same customer service nothing changes but the outside . I will nt be back. With all this money Mc Donald should have the same great service as chick fila but no. No more Mc Donald for me

This location has been at McDonald's for quite it seems like a new experience with a brand new building all new employees everything brand new even the customer service is outstanding the food is fresh the service is quick and easy the lines go really fast

Night manager Tanya with the clear glasses is an amazing human being. I was tired after a long day of work totally spilled my diet coke she cleaned it up, kept a smile , and was a pleasure to deal with. This woman needs to be promoted and is a complete asset to McDonald's. If anything she should be the owner of her own store one day

Just Went through the drive through and the man taking orders asked if I was using the app. My window was stuck so it took me a minute but I told him I was going to use the app. He took my order without asking for the code. I get to the window and tell the cashier I’m using my app and she responds with an attitude that I should have given them the code. I let her know the situation and she maintained her attitude. When I received my coffee, the person handed it to me with the top not on all the way and it spilled all in my car and burnt my hand. Coincidence..? I think not! Disgusting staff!

I stood in line for a solid ten meniutes and no one in line I might ad and not a single person acknowledged I was even there. Multiple staffmade eye contact and proceeded to ignore me and help everyone else around me. I understand the times but it's pretty disrespectful. The girl with the blue hair went out of her way to ignore me aswell

They just remodeled this location, and it looks fabulous. It has that 20th-century appeal to it. The food and service were good. My grandson loves their French fries.

Late night 🌙 new building, but they always have good customer service. Food is always hot and fresh. Late night after-hours hungry man quickie!

This store was recently renovated, so the outside was nice. I went through the drive-thru (which was updated to two-sided). It was fast, friendly, and accurate.

This is the new McDonald's it's been there but they just remodeled it and it was done fast also um let me see I meet my daughter up there every Friday and we sit there and have lunch food is hot good and ppl that work there are so nice and friendly if you have a problem with anything they get right on it no running the mouth anything I like it the food is fresh I like going up there every Friday yal come check it out for yal self cuz to me nice and way better I can't believe the food is still hot when u get it.

It appears the remodel has slowed down the production. I have yet to come here and be serviced without having to pull over to the side. I've had to do this using the mobile app as well.
