We have been going here for a few months now and they were okay…it was not great service but it was fine. Tonight was TERRIBLE. Half of our order was out, the steak was extremely dry, chips were stale, and on top of it, we FOUND A STICKER IN OUR GUACAMOLE! This is completely unacceptable. Far from their definition of “fresh” that they say they take pride in. I don’t know who is managing this place but they need to get rid of that person and bring someone in who knows how to run a Chipotle. I would rather drive to another location then walk here again. I hope they turn this place around.

Eesh - this is what the guacamole on an order that was picked up right on time and opened as soon as we got home looked like. I was hopeful just the tops were dark green but the entire guacamole was all dark green. It was made almost worse by the unripened chunks of avocado that were also mixed in. We have had consistently bad experiences with this Chipotle (wrong orders, stale chips, etc.), but we now no longer feel there are any basic quality checks on the food. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

I ordered a lifestyle bowl and what I ordered was not even what I received. It had no lettuce, tomatillo salsa, tomato salsa, fajita veggies & sour cream. I had about 5 to 7 pieces of chicken. The bowl was just filled all guacamole and tons of cheese. This my fifth time getting food from here and it never is up to par. It just keeps going downhill every time I have ordered from here. Will not be going back until something changes.

This was at the Fort Ave location in Baltimore City. The food was cold, and the chips were stale and salty. The soda area was dirty. They were not that busy. The food did look good. That's why they received a 3.

This location is literally always out of fajita veggies. I have gone so many times and only been able to get the veggies once and I always go at lunchtime. I always check my bowl that I order through the app and without fail it is always missing veggies because they are out. I don't understand how this happens everyday, and how it's never updated in the app. At this point it should just say unavailable for fajita veggies at this location.

The worst chipotle I’ve ever eaten at. Truly just bad. Food is consistently cold, most of the workers hate being there and it reflects in the food quality and availability.

Worst chipotle period. Unfortunately they are close and convenient so I have been well over 25 times. Consistently out of ingredients and consistently rude staff.

Reading the bad reviews I was still willing to risk going in and taking a look at the food. If it looked bad or they were out of a few things I wanted we were planning on leaving. The food looked fine and tasted like normal good Chipotle. The issue was about an hour later I was having “the runs”. For me it’s not normal to have that after eating out all over the world at random places so I think there was something truly wrong with the food preparation/cleanliness etc.
