This location is pretty new, and I think the staffing is still being worked out so I want to be fair. Management should probably come in to do a refresher for wait staff about the menu and cleaning (everything was kind of greasy and sticky for a brand new place). With that said, food came out quickly, and it was hot and tasted fresh so actually pretty decent by most older IHOP standards (bacon was tiny though...) The two young men that helped us were really very courteous and did their best with the menu, the tech, etc., but they really needed a restaurant manager directing there so I don't blame them for service being kind of weird. Granted, a Friday night maybe isn't the most exciting time for a breakfast restaurant, but still. This plaza is beautiful (though google maps has almost everybody's placement wrong as of this post) and I'm excited for it to continue growing so it can be a nice place for the community. This is most likely a franchise, right, meaning that someone might be trying to run their own business here so I hope folks give it a try.

I ordered a ham and cheddar cheese omelet. The egg was overcooked, and the ham and cheese were on the outside of the omelet. I asked for cheddar but was given american cheese. My omelet had eggshells in it, and to top it off, it was really greasy. It was first and last time there.

Restaurant had approx 8 ppl inside. The service was horrible. My food took about 20 minutes. Coffee was cool. No sugar on the table. Waitress was fair. She was polite. Eggs tasted fake. I didn't want sausage & I did not receive extra bacon. They were slow at 12p.m. Not interested in going back!

Very fast service. Waiter was nice and checked on us numerous times..food came out hot and fresh 😁😁

No one ever greets you when you walk in . They watch you stand there waiting to be seated . Then after about 10 minutes and having to ask 2 employees if they were seating anyone , a young guy tried to sit us at a table that he apparently had just cleaned but was absolutely dirty , the tables the floor and the booth . I left and will not return. I can’t imagine what the food is like , I’d hate to have them cook for me . Too many teenagers if you ask me.

I have to give this Ihop 5 stars this morning. I don't have 1 complaint. We walked in and we were seated immediately by our server (Jasmine) who was very pleasant and attentive to our table. The cook (Will) was also amazing. The food was very delicious and seasoned well. The pancakes were fluffy and buttery. I asked to speak to the manager (Shayla) because we were very satisfied and I wanted to let her know that everything was perfect this morning and compliment the people we encountered. Shayla was very pleasant as well. This was a pleasant experience for my co workers and I to have breakfast after a long work night.

On January 1st at approximately 10:30a, I put in an order for breakfast. There was a confirmation email stating the food would be finished at 11:15a. At 11:15a there was an email stating the food is ready for pickup. I wait in the store for 30 minutes for a host. When the host came out she said the food is backed up and that I would have to wait an hour before placing my order. I advised her my order was place already online and she said she understands but there were people coming in to dine in as well. I asked her to cancel my order. She said she had to speak to management about that. Management said to refund me the money, She took my order number down and continued on with other customers. I left the store. I’ve been waiting for a confirmation Email or cancellation request. I’ve called the store to make sure they put in the cancellation and that they would refund the money for the food I never received, management is not responding. This is really bad customer service, you don’t take someone’s money and not give them anything in return and if you can’t uphold your promise to deliver someone’s food then cancel the order and refund them their money.

New comments, November 10, 2023: I was very impressed by the follow-up to my review made by an IHOP representative. I was sent complimentary meal tickets, but more importantly, my experience was taken seriously, and I was assured that steps were being taken to resolve this unfortunate episode. Email, phone, and postal mail were the venues that were used: that attests to real efforts being made to make sure customers have an enjoyable time at IHOP. Very pleased by this. Excellence in action. ========= Worst service ever. My son and I were greeted with, "Here is your waitress, you will be in good hands." After sitting down, we waited ten minutes for her to come around to take our order. Then a half hour for food, and not all was brought out. It took ten minutes for the pancakes. One other couple in the restaurant. Waitress not seen for half hour. Vacant property My food was OK, but my son's was an $11 piece of bread with cut avocado and some cut tomatoes. Entire staff and management need to be replaced.

When my family walked in we weren't greeted by anyone we saw 4 employees look at us standing there waiting for at least 7 min. The restaurant wasn't packed it over crowded. After we finally got seated we waiting 14 minutes before I had to ask if someone was going take our order. The waiter went to the back and asked people in the back who was going take our order then came back to take our order. From this point we ordered our food and she didn't right down our order. I understand it takes time to cook food but all we heard was other customers complain about not getting there food in a timely matter. And the employees had attitudes or walking around on there phones. My family walked out of utter disappointment and disgust. The whole team along with the manager needs to be trained with customers service skills will not come back or recommend to anyone. Going to have to travel to a different IHOP now. Ridiculous.

The service was extremely slow, when we walked in, there were a lot of dirty tables. It took them 20 mins to get our order and another 30 to bring out the food. One table walked out because no one took their order. The buttermilk biscuits are horrible, they tasted like old oil. The coffee is not good either. Our server was nice but still very slow service. This was my first IHOP experience, and the last. Would not recommend.
