January
1st
at
approximately
10:30a,
I
put
in
an
order
for
breakfast.
There
was
a
confirmation
email
stating
the
food
would
be
finished
at
11:15a.
At
11:15a
there
was
an
email
stating
the
food
is
ready
for
pickup.
I
wait
in
the
store
for
30
minutes
for
a
host.
When
the
host
came
out
she
said
the
food
is
backed
up
and
that
I
would
have
to
wait
an
hour
before
placing
my
order.
I
advised
her
my
order
was
place
already
online
and
she
said
she
understands
but
there
were
people
coming
in
to
dine
in
as
well.
I
asked
her
to
cancel
my
order.
She
said
she
had
to
speak
to
management
about
that.
Management
said
to
refund
me
the
money,
She
took
my
order
number
down
and
continued
on
with
other
customers.
I
left
the
store.
I’ve
been
waiting
for
a
confirmation
Email
or
cancellation
request.
I’ve
called
the
store
to
make
sure
they
put
in
the
cancellation
and
that
they
would
refund
the
money
for
the
food
I
never
received,
management
is
not
responding.
This
is
really
bad
customer
service,
you
don’t
take
someone’s
money
and
not
give
them
anything
in
return
and
if
you
can’t
uphold
your
promise
to
deliver
someone’s
food
then
cancel
the
order
and
refund
them
their
money.
