The Neighborhood Bird rice bowl was out of this world! Flavor and spice level were perfectly balanced. The chicken was perfect and the pickled veggies paired so well. The bun was the best I've ever had too- full of tender meat and fresh veggies and the bun itself was huge and pillowy. Large portion sizes for both items (this was honestly too much for me and my husband for lunch, but we ate it all because it would have been a shame to put such amazing food in the refrigerator for leftovers). And the people inside were super friendly too! Only good things to say about this spot. It was top notch!

You know it's good when you finish eating and are already planning to come back! Tasty, quick, and friendly. Wish their seating was a little more robust and the music was too loud but the food was so good. Had the Neighborhood Bird (Spicy) and Tofu Nuggets. Both were fantastic.

Had the neighborhood bird bun. It was delicious. The bun was soft and the chicken was hot and fresh. Really enjoyed the sauce that was on the chicken. Also had one of their specialty drinks it had a citrus taste with a floral finish. Only thing was that it was a little difficult to place my order because the music was playing too loud. I had to shout just to make sure everything was put in correct. However, I will definitely be back again.

This place is packed with delicious flavor. Every bite was more and more enjoyable and probably one of the best meals I've ever had. You can taste the traditional Asian flavors, but everything still felt so unique. I highly recommend anything on the menu.

Such a vibe inside the place, but also has outdoor seating who prefer to enjoy fresh air. They are quite busy with both online and dine-in orders, so be ready to wait a little while. The food is more than amazing, got neighborhood bird (has chicken) with bun. One of the best I’ve had till now. Totally recommended ✌️

Seriously insane spot here. Walked in and was immediately greeted by the friendliest guy. Didn’t catch his name, but I’m sure the kindness is easily noticeable by anyone else who decides to come here. During the middle of our meal eating inside, he also checked up on us to make sure everything came out to perfection, and it did. Great vibes, even greater food and the Thai iced tea is 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨. Seriously have no qualms about this place; EAT HERE IF YOU’RE IN THE AREA.

Delicious Thai buns! Really enjoyed the curry fried chicken on a fresh steam bun. Tiny place but pretty busy and quick service.

SOOOO GOOOD! The flavors are soooo refreshing and unique - nothing like what I've tasted before. I loved their fried broccoli (very refreshing taste with cilantro and mild vinegar seasoning). Their neighborhood bird and original were REALLY GOOD as well. I traveled all the way from College Park to try this and it was worth it!! Also, the staff is REALLY KIND, CONSIDERATE, and ENERGETIC 🙂 Definitely will come back!

I did a food tour today of Baltimore and this was the first stop on the list. They did not disappoint. Food: The Neighborhood Bird (bun), Tackle Box, Tempura Broccoli. The chicken was so flavorful and SOFT. The broccoli had a slight hint of sweetness and the sauce was very delicious. The fish was very crispy just how I like. But my all time favorite was the bun. I'm looking forward to my next trip.

Happy to end my date with eating this delicious meal. The portion size of the Neighborhood Bowl is great. So much so that we couldn't finish. Definitely come to this location for good music playing inside while you wait. They had one guy checking in with everyone to make sure they knew the status of their order. Can't wait to return!

An unbelievably delicious shop in Baltimore serving some of the best fried chicken I've ever had with moist, delicious buns. Get the "Neighborhood Bird". You won't regret it. One orders at the counter, and it can take 10 minutes for the food to be prepared as many locals order takeout. There isn't much space inside (8 chairs for 3 counters, 2 tables to stand at) and 2 tables outside. There is a bathroom that is well-maintained and the staff are quite friendly and lively.

Ordered The neighbor hood bird bowl and spicy shrimps. The best shrimps you can get. All the food was fresh. The employees are super friendly.

The food is very, very tasty! Their buns are extraordinary soft, and their rice items are generally great too. I feel, though there are ample restaurants in Fells Point neighborhood, most of them are simply trash. But Ekiben is a gem in this area, and what makes them even better is their service. Very hospitable, and they'll always serve with a smile.

Went here twice. Second time was a little less on point since the meat was still plentiful but fatty(had to pick through it while eating). On the positive side. I just want to say, I'm a very picky eater sometimes, certain vegetables don't make it into my diet, but I took a chance and ate the food exactly as intended and was rewarded with fresh vibrant kick as$ flavors, so rich and healthy tasting at the same time. As you can see I started eating before taking the picture, but the portion size matched the price. The staff were nice and peppy, place clean. This was the 'BEEEEEEEF' bowl dish. Not lacking in seasoning/flavor at all. Could kiss.the cook.

This place had the first chicken sandwich I’ve had in a while that was so juicy, sweet, and crispy all in one bite. I recommend the “Neighborhood Bird” bao, a super crispy chicken sandwich which only cost about $13 + tax. While I liked it as is, you can ask them to remove the cilantro if it is not for you. Wait time was extremely fast, I don’t think I waited more than 5 mins for my food. Seating can get a bit tight inside, but there are also a couple seats outside as well. If you are driving here, prepare yourself to look for street parking.

They have gluten free fried chicken sandwich and rice bowl options!!!! Love this place soooo much. Such good flavors with both the fried chicken and their sauces. The service is excellent. I come back every time im in Baltimore.

We have ordered the chicken, pork and lamb entrees, and they are all delicious. All have unique flavors. The pickled veggies complement very well.

First time here, inadvertently ordered the original sandwich thinking it was the chicken breast sandwich 🤦🏽‍♀️. However I enjoyed it nonetheless. It is spicy. My American palette could barely handle it. It was flavorful but I wouldn’t order it again due to the spice level. The crispy shrimp snack was also good. The shrimp were surprisingly bigger than expected. Something in the shrimp box was extremely salty and I’m not sure if it was the crispy fried onions or the aromatics. I’m leaning towards the onions. If I get it next time, I’ll be sure to ask for all of the fixings on the side to add as I see fit. I will definitely be back to try the chicken bun that I thought I had ordered .
