They have been helping me since I was in a car accident. The doctor was very kind & listened to every thing I had going on. The xray technician was actually funny & made me feel as comfortable as possible. And everyone in the Physical Therapy department are great. They are very thorough and make sure I'm as comfortable as I can possibly be. They gave me certain exercises to do at home, explained what to do thoroughly and even gave me an instruction sheet. I really appreciate all they are doing with me during this rough time.

I want to rate this place 5 stars, but the chick named Nicole in there has got to be the RUDEST receptionist I have ever encountered. I’ve been getting physical therapy for about a month now and she has been the WORST part about going! She is rude, disrespectful to the patients, short, she won’t even look at you in your face when she’s talking to you! Her TONE is agitated and annoyed. Even talking on the phone she has a problem. Everyone else there and I mean EVERYONE is nice and kind and attentive. This chick though takes you there with her attitude. It’s been this way since day 1. I’ve watched her interactions with other clients and how she talks to them and I wonder if the glass is protecting her from COVID or someone smacking her. Get her retrained because her customer service skills are severely lacking.

My experience with multi specialty was amazing the employees there are very nice efficient and they make you feel really comfortable and the receptionist and the doctors everyone was really nice I would recommend anyone to go there

My experience with the company is excellent I enjoy the atmosphere and the staff that works there at the Erdman Ave location. Ms Yvette always make sure my schedule is in. The young man who gives me the therapy is always respected, helpful and does a outstanding job. My rating is 5 star.

My experience here was wonderful. The staff was understanding and the place was clean. The doctor and chiropractor was amazing. They took their time and made sure you understood what was going to happen during your treatments there. I will definitely recommend this company. The one thing that needs to be worked on is the volume of some staff at the front desk.

The Erdman location is horrible! They over book and don’t care. I sat there for an hour on Friday for a simple “discharge” by the doctor. The doctor says “I didn’t know you were waiting for me because the girls didn’t pull your chart”. Here’s a tip: If a patient is sitting waiting to be seen by the doctor, simply ask them if they would like to do some Physical Therapy since the “doctor is behind”. Erdman is horrible! My firm and I will no longer send clients to this location.

The Erdman Shopping Center is convenient with parking. The staff is very professional and have helpful attitudes even when I’m difficult. They also accommodate unforeseen circumstances if your schedule falls through. Chiropractor is experienced and helpful at serving your needs. I usually don’t review, good, bad or indifferent, but I hope I’ve helped someone that needs a good therapy clinic referral.

It was a very nice experience all the way around. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. My appointments were late in afternoon, even after their busy day they always made me feel like a friend not a patient. Pam and Via are the best! Everyone was great!
