My company orders often for lunch. Delivery is usually fast & orders are always accurate. I always get the tenders with fries. I love their fries & how crispy the tenders are. Their motz sticks are good as well. My coworkers LOVE their quesadillas. Their prices are good too

Placed a delivery order of 2 pizzas and was told 35/45 minutes, well after a hour and 15 minutes I called back was hung up on and still after 10 minutes on phone no explanation or reason why I never got my order. First time calling and most definitely my last.

I am a new costumer of Joe's. I have ordered from them about 3 times now for delivery. I just called my order in at 6:35 and it was here hot and delicious about 20 mins later. The food is always good and the prices are great. I am definitely a fan.

Ordered 10" pizza with pineapples and feta cheese, and a sub deal that comes with fries and a soda. Order gets here 45 minutes late, no fries, and the pizza was entirely raw dough. Called to have pizza replaced and they said they could not replace because my girlfriend had taken a bite of it. .. how else would she be able to know it was raw? not ordering there again.

Worse place ever. It took over an hour for our food to come. My son ordered a Caesar salad and they sent a garden salad. I called and they said that is there Caesar salads. Since when does a Caesar salad have green peppers, onion, and cucumber? The mozzarella sticks were cold and they didn't even seem to care.

Ordered my food online thru Slice & it took over 2hrs for the food to be delivered. They only offered $5 for the inconvenience for the next time I ordered. When I received my order it was horrible! Shrimp salad on a garden salad however there was no cucumbers & it wasn't shrimp salad. It was shrimp mixed in mayo & dumped on the salad not actual shrimp salad with seasonings & celery. The order was suppose to be 1lb of steamed shrimp & they sent 10 shrimp.This is the 2nd time we've ordered from them & the absolute last!!

There was a bug, half baked into the cheese of my pizza. I did get a refund, but only after calling the owner. The staff I dealt with were wonderful (hence the 2 stars),but the owner was a bit prickly.

We ordered from here for the first time recently. It took a long time to be delivered and they got half the order wrong 😳 When I called to let them know, they were nice about it and said they’d send the correct items. However, it took them 2 HOURS to redeliver it and it was cold when it got here 😡 Won’t be ordering from them anymore.

I've ordered from here on 3 separate occasions and every time my food gets to my house the driver asks how I paid. Shouldn't they know that already??? What if I hadn't actually paid with my card and lied and they just walked away..he even got smart with me and asked how should he know.

Ordered dinner through grub hub and then after the delivery window had passed, I got a text message saying they never confirmed my order. Therefore I waited an hour that I wouldn’t have had to if they simply would’ve said they can’t make my order.
