Listen If you’re not hip to Fells point cannabis docs you’re out of your mind this is a one stop shop for all your needs recertification, renewals you name it, I would recommend anyone and everyone. I reached out one afternoon when I went to the dispensary and my recertification wasn’t right and bam in minutes on a Sunday (yes) you heard me Sunday they got me right. I set up my initial consultation appointment in the morning and recieved a text that there was an open slot if I'd like to start now, so I went ahead and called in. In less than 10 minutes I was talking with a nurse and after a quick but thorough conversation about my symptoms I was accepted and certified by the time I got off the phone. Pros: everyone I’ve talked to to over the phone has a very inviting demeanor and we’re willing to help anyway they could. Consultation with the doctors were quick and simple and they were also friendly and helpful Cons: I didn’t have my MC number at the time so they said to call the office back when I had it. Got it and called almost right away and they said that’ll they would email me with confirmation within a certain time limit the same day. Today makes about 2 weeks since then and still haven’t receive anything. I’ve called about 3 times and been given the same answer: the doctors would process it and I would be getting an email within a time limit of the same day. I made sure I’ve confirmed my email with each call and checked my junk mail to make sure. I even went by the office to see if there was anything else I needed to do but they didn’t seem to be open during the times it says on here. Welp 🤷🏾‍♀️

Had an appointment about a week or two ago to handle a card renewal, only to find out today (since my dispensary was nice enough to call) that I was never billed and my medical card was not renewed. Edit: The issue was handled promptly and effectively, thank you.

After a year and a half of not having help and wasting money I have been able to finally receive adequate help from the Fells Point office. Aaron is beyond amazing. From reaching out and making sure I fully understood the process, to walking me through despite my busy schedule, Aaron truly made this a flawless process. It took less than 2 days to be set up and square away. I am thankful for his professionalism as well as his continuous help when I was confused. Without a doubt I would refer anyone to this office of respectful people.

Fells Point Cannabis Docs was hands down one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a doctor & staff. Aaron was extremely helpful & very attentive. I was quickly contacted to see if I needed any help etc. I was walked through the process every step of the way. Every question I had was answered swiftly. The Dr. made me feel very comfortable talking to her. The whole process took less than 30 min. All paperwork that was needed, was immediately emailed to me afterwards as well. There was no waiting. I highly recommend these guys. You won't be disappointed!

I’ve used this company a few times now. They are great at getting you in for your appointment and making sure you pay. That part is quick and easy. They aren’t good at processing any paperwork you may request from them. I have an MVA request that’s very important and can’t get a hold of anyone now that the appointment is over. They haven’t responded to emails. No answer when you call and you can’t leave a message. 🙃✌️ Update: changed back to the 5 star company I always thought they were. Aaron the owner reached out within mins of posting this and immediately got on it. He kept me informed throughout the day and had paperwork to me by the end of the day. Such a rockstar! As business owners ourselves, we take pride in excellent customer service and we understand human error. Aaron showed up and delivered. Thank you kindly sir 😘✌️

Very poor customer service, When it was time to renew, I got a call from a lady saying it was time to renew, when I asked her the amount to renew and I said, it might be cheaper elsewhere she hung up...later they sent a coupon. I said ok...I set my appointment for 2pm, but I had to be downtown that day anyway. I stopped at the office about 1:50pm and the doors were locked and the lights on. I called them and someone said the office was closed because of covid ( which by now all businesses are open). After speaking to them on the phone I sent them the money and still no card number though email. I am still waiting on my refund...do not use this place.

This practice does good faith exams. Very friendly, knowledgeable and were able to have a telehealth meeting within 30 minutes of me calling to get my yearly certification. Highly recommend. They also sent me a free pair of socks in the mail. Thanks!
