is
clumsy
regarding
the
communication
of
Corona
rules,
especially
at
breakfast.
If
the
the
staff
member,
who
wears
the
same
surgical
mask
as
the
elderly
guests,
sends
them
away
because
they
do
not
have
FFP2
masks,
that's
hard
to
understand.
The
staff
member
was
walking
right
between
the
guest
as
well.
Enforce
FFP2
masks
all
the
way.
I
was
also
set
back
by
the
brevity
with
which
a
staff
member
came
up
to
our
table
and
informed
us
that
we
were
to
vacate
the
table
because
our
"breakfast
slot"
of
40
minutes
was
over.
I
do
understand
why
those
slots
are
required,
but
I
wish
that
a)
this
was
communicated
beforehand,
e.g.
while
reserving
the
table,
or
even
in
writing
along
with
all
the
other
measures
and
b)
that
the
staff
was
a
little
more
emphatic.
You're
sitting
there,
trying
to
enjoy
the
basic
breakfast,
talking
about
the
experiences
in
Bamberg
then
someone
comes
up
and
tells
you
to
leave.
There's
a
good
way
to
do
that
(Hey,
sorry
about
that
but...)
and
a
bad
one
(Your
breakfast
slot
is
over,
you
need
to
leave).
A
little
politness
makes
all
the
difference.
