We stayed at Chuz for a month in a gorgeous room facing the pool for a month. Firstly, the owners and staff went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of throughout our time there. As well, the room was very well-appointed and comfortable, particularly the bed, which was heavenly. The swimming pool is stunning, and we spent a lot of time in it! There's a family mart a few meters from the hotel and a walk to the beach takes just two minutes. This is the perfect place to stay and we'd love to return.

Unfortunately we made a very bad experience with this hotel. We've booked this hotel especially for the sandbox program, and filed all needed documents at the Thai instances. 1,5 week before we were supposed to arrive, we got a message without words that they wanted to downgrade us to another accommodation (we've booked the one with a private pool). When I wrote back that i'd rather not have the alternative option, they cancelled our booking completely. Again without any words or explanation. The funny thing is that I was in contact with the venue beforehand as we might needed to change the dates because of some flight issues. There they confirmed us to block the room for us as there was only one left. On the same day I confirmed we would stick to our initial booking dates. This all means that there very much was still a villa with pool available, they just got a better (longer) offer. Now we are stuck with a flight to Koh Samui, without certified hotel, with 2 very small children (1 year, and 2 years old). Our Thai Pass request requires a certified hotel, and there are not any left in the same price category. We have no idea what to do.

What a beautiful place to stay. Accommodation is fantastic and staff are super helpful. Victoria the general manager is wonderful and very organised. The breakfast was really good and fresh everyday. Location is really good and lots to see nearby. Very clean and well maintained. We will visit here again.

Just loved seeing the place! Though I was only there to check it out for perhaps a future stay at their cute, cosy villas. Its a great place; smaller villa compound with very tastefully modern interior decor in the villas. A shared pool, along with two villas having their own private pool and built elevated on higher ground than the others. The location, however, is closer to Lamai than Chaweng. One would need a bike or vehicle to move around to go places, also go to the beach. I hadn't stayed there so can not comment about their food or service. However, a very well english spoken & courteous receptionist who was kind to show the place.

The place is amazing. We stayed in Chuz for 3 weeks with our toddler. After that we changed hotels and none were as good as Chuz. Pool is great, villas are big and comfy. And people who works there are just wonderful. Gardener, ladies who took care of villas, everyone. Everything was superb. Sould recommend this place with kids for sure.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at over two months in SE Asia. The villas are super clean and modern and really feel like home. Really nice accommodations for the price point. Victoria and the whole staff are super friendly and they went above and beyond to help me with last minute ferry tickets.

Best in all. We are a family of 8. (3 Elderly and 1 child) we stay at Pool Villa. The service is very professional and proper. The owner and staffs are super sweet. Villa and Room are new and well maintained. Close to 7-11, restaurant, beach club and massage place. And less than 10 min to central of Lamai beach.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was fantastic! The staff who worked at reception, the waitress in the cafe, the gardener, the housekeeping staff (everyone) was polite and friendly and so approachable. The rooms were VERY well maintained while we stayed there - cleaned everyday with fresh water supplied. Additionally, we enjoyed complimentary breakfast every morning which was always cooked well and tasted great, especially the omelette. My husband accidentally left our room key in the room one evening and the staff promptly assisted us (within 15 minutes!) out of hours. Simply cannot fault this place - we definitely want to return. Thank you for having us, we will be back 😊

Chuz Villas is a gem! Impeccably clean with a prime location in Lamai. Despite not being right on the beach, the short 5-10 minute walk to bars and the beach was convenient. The hotel, more like a furnished flat, had everything one needs. Friendly and informative staff plus a nearby 7 Eleven for essentials made it a perfect stay.

Great hotel in Lamai. The pool 2 bedroom villas are huge with a private infinity pool. The staff are friendly and breakfast is good. A short stroll down to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended

We arrived to our 1 bedroom villa with private pool and loved our room however our aircon in the bedroom was leaking. We immediately informed reception and were moved to a 2 bedroom villa with private pool which was absolutely stunning! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange motorbike, laundry and taxis. Also recommended restaurants and ferry to koh phangan. Breakfast was always so filling and relaxing. We would love to some day return and will recommend to anyone visiting in the future 😊 thank you!

We stayed for a week and it was just great 🌞 The family villa was really nice, modern and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and a lot. The service was so nice to. It's a perfect base for a family to come home to after exploring the island or have a rest day on the pool.

We stayed at the two bedroom pool villa for over a week. The resort was calm and beautiful, with a total of 8 villas, a common pool, and a cafe building. Our villa was excellent; spacious, nice design, and comfortable, large beds. Our villa pool was larger than what the pictures indicated and all of us enjoyed frequent dips in the cooling water. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. They made our stay at CHUZ Villas very effortless and memorable. The only less favorable points concerns the location and surroundings of the resort. The smaller road by the resort was trafficked by large construction vehicles, even during the night. There were only few interesting restaurants nearby and the larger road did not feel safe to walk with small kids, as the traffic was on the swifter side. The walk to Lamai took a while, but the beach route was nice. On the positive side, there was both a 7-11 and Family Mart directly by the larger road and you could easily access the beach by walking beside the 7-11. We found our favorite restaurants by the beach. All in all, our stay was very nice and we would very gladly go again. I'd recommend Chuz Villas to families and couples who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with a combination of privacy (especially for the two bedroom pool villa) and great service.
