Overall
experience
was
great
But
just
when
we
arrived
at
the
resort
they
were
two
staffs
at
the
reception
one
of
them
seem
to
don’t
understand
English.
We
quit
shock
when
they
mentioned
about
20,000
baht
deposit,
coz
we
haven’t
been
told
before,
in
the
mean
time;
she
blame
Luxury
Escape
(travel
agency)
that
they
should
let’s
us
know
something
like
this.
We
contacted
luxury
escape,
it’s
hopeless.
And,
the
staff
who
show
us
the
Villa
and
facilities,
she
wasn’t
thorough,
rush
though
everything.
Ex,
she
doesn’t
show
us
the
second
floor
facilities,
controlled
the
facility
by
using
iPad.
We
feel
like
she
just
need
to
go
home
very
soon.
We
totally
understand
that
we
had
a
flight
delay
but
it
wasn’t
our
fault.
They
keep
ring
the
driver
many
time,
also
the
driver
feel
pressure
taken
us
to
the
hotel
quicker
(Drive
like
a
madness,
nearly
crash).
Luckily
there
is
no
accident.
Hospitality
industry
need
someone
flexible
and
handle
well
under
pressure
situations
We
gave
some
tips
for
some
people
who
deserved
it
but
no
receptionist
We
went
to
the
restaurant
almost
everyday
for
breakfast
&
a
few
other
times
for
lunch
or
dinner
&
cocktails.
The
food,
drinks
&
service
was
really
5
star.
Couldn’t
fault
the
food,
it
was
fantastic
!
We
also
attended
the
Spa
for
a
massage,
as
part
of
our
package.
Again,
the
service
&
the
experience
was
5
star.
A
totally
relaxed
environment
&
well
worth
the
visit.
The
buggy
service
was
also
great.
Commuting
us
from
the
villa
to
the
beach,
reception
or
the
Main
Street.
Always
courteous,
on
time
&
helpful.
