Paid for expensive food and drinks for lunch on false advertisement of infinity pool views. Was not allowed to enjoy view as 'not a hotel guest' despite paying for lunch and no hotel guests around. Would not have had lunch if we were told this before entering/paying for lunch. Rice noodles tasted like salty gravy and rubbery chicken fried rice tasted like it had been microwaved with pot noodle vegetables. Staff left food Infront of us in the sun and rude. Would not recommend for food, definitely not 5* service.

Came here for sunset drinks, booked a poolside table. It’s an upscale venue with a pretty amazing view. Cocktails were great but expensive (Melbourne prices). The ride in on the golf buggy was fun too. Worth checking out.

Very fortunate to have gone a very clear day. Sunset views were breathtaking. Golf cart ride to the venue was about 2 minutes but still very nice touch. Only downside was we had to wait almost an hour for service. We were seated and had to approach the staff to ask if we were getting any menus or at the very least drinks as it had been an hour since we arrived. They were then quick to finally serve us but it was a shame we needed to remind them about it. Watching the sunset was almost enough for the inital bad customer service. Once the staff remembered though service came fast, drinks and food. Overall was good.

Beautiful resort, although showing definate signs of wear, restaurant is quite nice but a bit on the expensive side, breakfast very nice, incredibly helpful staff, especially Max at the restaurant and nearley in reception, be aware they take a holding deposit for your stay, its 40000 baht or $1333 aust, bit steep we thought especially when everything was pre paid. And the spa apparently very good is hugely expensive, just walj down the road for a 60 min massage for 400 baht, at the spa here, it's 3600 for 90 minutes. Hard no.But great location, awsome staff, just maybe needing some love.

Overall experience was great But just when we arrived at the resort they were two staffs at the reception one of them seem to don’t understand English. We quit shock when they mentioned about 20,000 baht deposit, coz we haven’t been told before, in the mean time; she blame Luxury Escape (travel agency) that they should let’s us know something like this. We contacted luxury escape, it’s hopeless. And, the staff who show us the Villa and facilities, she wasn’t thorough, rush though everything. Ex, she doesn’t show us the second floor facilities, controlled the facility by using iPad. We feel like she just need to go home very soon. We totally understand that we had a flight delay but it wasn’t our fault. They keep ring the driver many time, also the driver feel pressure taken us to the hotel quicker (Drive like a madness, nearly crash). Luckily there is no accident. Hospitality industry need someone flexible and handle well under pressure situations We gave some tips for some people who deserved it but no receptionist We went to the restaurant almost everyday for breakfast & a few other times for lunch or dinner & cocktails. The food, drinks & service was really 5 star. Couldn’t fault the food, it was fantastic ! We also attended the Spa for a massage, as part of our package. Again, the service & the experience was 5 star. A totally relaxed environment & well worth the visit. The buggy service was also great. Commuting us from the villa to the beach, reception or the Main Street. Always courteous, on time & helpful.

The restaurant on top has excellent views with an infinity pool. Great food and service too. Perfect for a date

We reserved the day before for 2 person for the swimming pool and restaurant for a day pass (lunch and pool bed for 5000 baths) and at our arrival the personal tell us that they don’t have our reservation, after 30 minutes of waiting, 6 beds were cancelled by a family so 6 beds were available near the pool. despite this, the receptionist at the pool explained to us that these 6 beds had also been reserved (although they had just been cancelled at the time of our arrival). Our reservation having strangely disappeared while we had the confirmation these 6 beds were given to people having arrived after us and moreover without reservation (they are the people themselves who confirmed us not to have reserved before coming). the staff was extremely unpleasant with my husband and me, the communication was non-existent. i strongly advise against the place.

We keep finding ourselves drawn back to this charming scenic place. We visit KR every time on our vocation in Phuket and we are frequently here ( 3 times over last 12 months). Definitely a great destination place! One must see a sunset here! The staff are charming, polite, attentive and professional. Very highly recommended!!! Iwona & Roman
