We got a pretty sweet deal on Agoda for this hotel, especially seeing the location as it is just perfect in Phuket Old Town. The rooms are minimal, but very clean and spacious. The check in process is completely remote as you get a qr code to enter the front door and your room via Line. However, I was in need of a TM30 for my visa but the booking was not in my name. They were not able to help me anyhow, and I feel like that they really could if they wanted to. Also when checking out, we send them a message but never got anything back. Service should be better.

No reception. They ask for you to send a photo of your passport then give you a QR code to unlock your room. However my door didn’t lock at all so it was all pointless. Also anyone can just walk in as front door isn’t locked either

It's a perfect place for backpackers . The room is average with average with minimum services. Would recommend to stay for a day, but not more than that. We paid 800 THB per night through Agoda but the notice on the door said it is 450 THB per night.

I will rate this experience as 10/10 cockroaches. Cleaning service is not complete, just take the rubbish out (but not from bathroom). Bathroom full of cockroaches, we killed 10 of them, in the room are ants. Bedsheets with holes, air conditioner at the 16 C not cold at all, fridge doesn't working. Just used this room only for sleep, could not stay inside.

Clean single rooms with bathroom and toilet. No reception but can message them via LINE app or telephone number. Near to a motorbike rental shop (Mr Yao motorbike rental), bicycle rental shop (Mongkol bicycle phuket) and a DTAC shop selling much cheaper SIM card than airport and 7-eleven. Also near to Sunday Walking street (Thalang road) and the bus stop to take Orange airport bus to airport.

I come to Phuket very often this hostel is the best among my past stays. First of all is the location is in the city center. Secondly, the room is super clean even cleaner than the other hotels! I have booked my next stay here. Strongly recommended!

Clean room, the location of the hotel is very good. It is a self-service hotel at check-in time, very convenient. I really like this place. Have a chance to come back to stay here again for sure ^-^
