Air conditioner in our room was not working. Room was sticky and hot. Room smelled musty. Stain on curtain. They couldn't fix it during our stay and gave us a fan instead. Breakfast was ok. The bathroom was great though. The waterfall showerhead was amazing. Staff was very polite and professional but only knew limited English.

Stayed here 5 nights and 6 days. Great villas superb experience. Malls, clubs and hospital are long distance. We love privacy and calmness Miss NUK and EYE are good to Help. You will love villas if you love Nature Very Good service. Basic breakfast. Amazing experience

I stayed there in February. Villa is beautiful and the staff/owner, idk who he was, but he was the best host I've ever met in my life. He gave us noodles for free two days because we are vegetarians, and had issues with the food availability then. Grab wasn't delivering food properly. It was a beautiful villa, full privacy, had some of the best moments of my thailand trip there. I faced some issues during checkout because our voucher said 4 PM but we were asked to leave at 1 PM, the travel company apologized for it. That was a bummer. Overall great stay. Would love to visit again.

Villa is just super old. Too expensive for the quality. Also have pee stains on the toilet. Pool is dirty, full of leaves and dirt. Leaves everywhere actually.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and we loved the private pool. Was very clean and the staff were always at hand to help if needed. We arrived late at night and POP the owner was at hand to check us in at 1am. We requested for some food as we were very hungry from the flight. He got us fresh food cooked and reassured us the cook is always available even as late as 3am. Loved the halal options as it was our main worry. Would absolutely come back again. The location is secluded which is perfect for privacy however Chalong is 10 mins drive which consists of everything from food to excursions.

Shortly the story is, I booked a room at Villa Sonata in Phuket for almost one month using "Agoda" platform. I paid, I wrote directly to the reservation office at Villa Sonata's email address. They answered and confirmed me all with internal reservation number. Two days ago, they wrote me I lost the reservation, they cancelled everything 2 weeks before go using this reason: A system error, the price you paid was too low. The truth is that Phuket is exploding of turists and all prices are growing excessively. So, they decided to cancelled my reservation and OFFER my the same room at the almost DOUBLE of the price I paid. This is the truth, this is the game they easly did with my life. I'm not going to Phuket as normal turist, I'm going to see my son that live there. And now I need to solve my problem and of course after many weeks and growing prices, I will pay every room I will be lucky to find, more and more. Hands down the best villa experience! Even though we were the only guests in the entire villa during the first 3 days of our stay. We booked a 4 nights stay for our anniversary and the staffs prepared a welcoming surprise in our bedroom. (see photo) Our villa was furnished top to bottom, well-maintained and serviceable. We had second thoughts upon reading the reviews. But it was worth every penny. The staffs were one of the most friendliest i’ve ever encountered. Props to the entire team and management for the wonderful experience! The villa also comes with motorcycle rental as the location is rather inaccessible. Their rates were 350 baht for 24 hours.

We booked 10 villas for a family holiday but still they have not given a proper service. Very very bad service and very rude staff, my kids only took paper flower from room for that they charged 300bht and we were just discussing but staff started threatening us that if we will not pay they will call police. Location wise also it’s very bad option because nothing is nearby. They don’t even have phone in rooms to call on reception if you need anything. We are vegetarian so they don’t have much options for us so we asked for extra salad (only cucumber and tomato) for that also they charged. In some rooms washbasin water blockage is there and in some rooms flush have problem. Don’t waste your holiday and money on this property!

I actually book for 2nights but is Dirty and unfriendly staff (Housekeeping) as travel with 2young kids so I just decide to stay 1night Poor point: Room 1-The blanket with dirt stain 2-The old mattress (out of shape ) 3-Flat pillow 4-floor is dusty 5- lizard poo over the window 6-water stains on window Toilet 7- the sewer in bathroom is chocked up 8- urine smell 9- rusty and damage trash bin 10- dirty anf dusty bath tub 11- toiletries bottles almost empty And many more (please check back my review in agoda Not recommended
