This gym have nothing to envy to a regular gym in the states. The location is solid and the prices affordable. The gym might get busy later so the morning is the best time in my opinion. I paid around $14 US for a day pass. If training in the weight areas highly recommended to hop on the wifi. I believe the have like a hearty bar but was closed at the time I was visiting. Staff welcoming and friendly and the gym it’s clean.

Highly recommended gym. State of the art modern equipments, very clean gym from toilet to training room. Best About FITNESS HERO is they have YOGA, MUAY THAI classes and MMA/BJJ classes that other gym does not offer. Its bang for the buck gym. Best in Patong and i never found any gym that comes close even big gyms in Rawai. Friendly staffs and Manager Wiktor was always helpful with everything. Cleaning staffs are polite and always cleaning equipments from time to time.

Agree with other 5 star reviews. Really good gym for pros and for beginners. However I spoke to a local, he told me he only pays 1000 baht per month while they charge tourists 400 baht for one visit. A bit unfair pricing.

I like this place. I did day visit during my journey to airport. I like the vibe and all machines in good condition and working well. Good news they have hot shower 🚿 and steam 🚂 room. So really nice place come to visit and do training

Most likely the best Gym in Phuket you will find. The conditions and the equipments are remarkable and you will find everything you need here. Locker rooms and fitness areas are undoubtedly sanitized and always in top conditions. To further add, the staff team is amazing and super friendly. They will make sure to take care of you if there's anything you need :). I highly recommend this Gym as it's suitable for all kinds of people and age group with its excellence in performance, quality and conditions.

Great gym, with everything I can need 2 floors 1 weights and 1 cardio, friendly and helpful staff offers various packages and just love the supplement shop and nutrition café. Definitely a must when on holiday and want to stay in shape.

Lots of great equipment over two floors, gym is always clean and tidy. Staff are super friendly and always happy to help. Great cafe with great healthy food. Highly recommend! Without a doubt the best quality/price gym in Phuket. Very no-nonsense kind of gym with a huge area for weights and all the must have equipments including trap bars, gymnastic rings and stretching rods. Also, the upstairs area has a great space for proper warmup and stretching. If you are serious about your well-being, this is the gym for you. Let’s get it habeebi!

Before visiting Patong Beach Phuket I researched gyms in the area and came across Fitness Hero. I have visited Patong Beach many times in the past and have used other gyms, none of which compare to Fitness Hero. The gym offers two fully air-conditioned floors of top quality and new equipment, with a selection of pin-load and plate-load machines, as well as top quality free weight barbells and dumbbells, a power lifting zone, and a large cardio area. The friendly team at Fitness Hero are welcoming and helpful, and the training atmosphere is perfect for gym users of all types. I plan on visiting Patong Beach Phuket next year and I will certainly be training at Fitness Hero again.

Best gym in Phuket for me. They have friendly staffs and an accommodating and helpful manager, Mr. Wiktor. Gym is always clean. They also offer Muay thai, yoga classes which are awesome and they have sauna too. 🤗🤗👍👍👍👍

This place is overpriced. I get it...it's right across from the beach so they have to pay higher rent, but the beach doesn't benefit anybody who is indoors working out. I got to enjoy the beach by walking along it on my way to Maximum Fitness instead for 2 weeks. Fitness Hero just didn't seem worth the cost. The gym is fully equipped. The staff was fine. If you just want a gym that's close by, then go here and pay extra for it. I'm giving it a 3 simply because of the membership cost without any amenities that really seemed to make the cost worth it for me.

Very friendly staff. I got a 1 week pass for 1600฿ (a bit pricey but worth it). Great selection of free weights and machines. Air conditioned and had 6 great workouts there. Thank you 💪

My wife and I have trained at Fitness Hero for the past 6 Weeks, we also have trained here many times in the past. The staff are great to deal and easy to get along with. Always happy to put your membership on hold if you go away for a few days. The gym itself is clean and has a great strength area downstairs that is all air con and an awesome. Cardio Centre upstairs with plenty of room for a stretching. If your coming to Patong and want too train we 100% highly recommend. .

Absolutely perfect. Has 2 big floors, 1 for cardio, 1 for weights. Both floors are air conditioned. The weights floor has very high quality equipment and a lot of options. The staff are very nice and friendly. Been there a few times already and planning to go there until I leave.

Nice gym with older life fitness equipments. Very spacious. Bathroom can make you vomit with the smell. No towel or lock service, despite highest price in Patong for short term users. Not really setup for short term guests, but I would return bc it's convenient.

Did a class in BJJ this week that was great. I am a total beginner and the instructor was really helpful and a learnt a lot just in one session. Highly recommend

I've been to a few studios Asian region and I have to say that nothing is left to be desired here. Air conditioned, very clean, tidy. A gym according to German standards. Equipment exclusively from Hammer Strength and Lifefitness. Well maintained. I've been there almost every day for a month now and it's never been remotely crowded. Very pleasant! Friendly staff. You can even use the Muay Thai course room and its accessories when there is no course taking place there. If you would like to take part, you can spontaneously book yourself into a course. Daily pass is quite expensive but the longer the term you choose, the better it gets. It's worth it. I would train here again at any time.

Great gym fine while on vacation. Wish they had a few more items such as a TBar but all in all I’m very glad to have found this so close to our hotel. Was never crowded. Reasonable daily rate.

Purchased a 1-month membership while traveling through. Very pleased with the entire fitness experience. Friendly and professional staff and trainers, clean facilities, welcoming atmosphere, modern equipment and the location is spectacular (just across from Patong beach). Also loved the freshly made post-workout protein shakes and fitness bowls from the onsite shake & juice bar. Don’t forget to bring your own towel & lock and enjoy!

Fitness Hero Sports Club is the best gym I’ve been to in Patong! Equipment is new, shower facilities are clean, and the snack bar serves protein dense meals and delicious protein shakes for really good prices… And, they’re right on the beach, so you can finish your workout and go for a swim in the Andaman Sea!! This is best fitness club I've ever been in my life! Everything here is perfect, the location is just the center of patong with premium sea view facilities and all the best machines and equipment. They offer a wide range of "classes" which includes the major trending disciplines (yoga, muay thai, mma, zumba, etc.) I regularly join yoga classes and there is a super skilled yoga instructor (Kru Yo). The personal trainer is great (her name is Boo), she also manages a supplement shop inside the gym and she is a professional body builder who competes for titles. Everyone in this gym is fit, the ambience is so friendly and at the same time motivating. All the staff is immensely kind and helpful and to be honest the monthly rate is very competitive, based on what they offer. This place changed my life in Phuket and I strongly recommend any gym enthusiast to pay a visit and have a go!

Nice showers, lockers and a Steam room is available which feels so good after workout. There’s also a small restaurant with amazing smoothie bowls. Defenetly what I was looking for. I have been a member for the last fifteen months, using the gym and facilities most days. In previous life I travelled extensively for business, having used many gyms in different countries and hotels. Hero gym ticks all the boxes, exceptionally clean in all areas, cleaning staff never seem to stop. Equipment always works so does the air conditioner (very important in Patong) Reception staff are always friendly and helpful when showing new members, the facilities. One major plus for myself is the steam room to help my recovery after training, works perfectly and is spotlessly clean. Also has a small healthy café; to healthy for me , to summarise hard not to recommend 100% if you are looking to join a gym

Great facility to work out. Two floors with cardio and stacked machines upstairs and free weights and plate loaded machines downstairs. Ample space for squats and bench. Dumbells up to 60kg. Quality hammer strength machines. Everything you could possibly need for a holiday workout.

High quality equipment on two massive floors... lots of space. This is the biggest and best in terms of variety and quality of equipment in Patong. Also has a steam room which could be bigger (only fits a few people), an excellent healthy eat Cafe, and a supplement store. You need not go anywhere else!

Great location friendly management and fairly priced. Equipment well maintained tidy with weights put back in order and importantly a large variety of machines. Nicely air-conditioned and never feels over crowded even at peak times. Steam room and a fitness cafe beside reception for those that enjoy those facilities. Also even though I've never used them if your looking to train Muay Thai they have a large training room that caters for that as well. Regularly see cleaners cleaning and I've never had a problem with facilities cleanliness. Having lived in phuket for a long time now and tried all the gyms in the area can say this is my personal favourite.
