I had a great experience today spending over an hour in the store talking with a young Chinese lady who goes by the name of SK. I'm not someone that writes a lot of reviews but today i felt it was well deserved. From entering I was offered a drink and was asked about my interest in watches (primarily rolex) and we discussed the different models and the dreaded waiting list. I didn't feel rushed or forced to make a decision and to her credit she was an attentive listner and I could tell she was not just trying to sell me an overpriced watch but understanding what it meant to me to own one. I was luckily enough to come at a time where they had many exhibition models on display. This is quite rare as often it's hard to find them in store to even appreciate let alone try on the wrist. For a customer that doesn't have a previous buying history with the shop I was really pleased with the attention SK showed and how she conducted herself. I had one question that wasn't answered and by the time i had gotten home I had received a follow up email with the answer. Not to mention i was given their new catalog which was greatly appreciated. If you go there, ask for SK, I'm sure the other staff members are great but i found her to be particularly helpful. Well done.

When my good friend - Mr Jae Lee (see his review further below) recommends his Rolex/Tudor AD - PMT The Hour Glass Central Phuket Floresta - I had high hopes and was not disappointed when I went in to visit the boutique this past weekend. Jae suggested I speak with Khun Poy and I found him to be very professional, easy going and transparent about the supply situation on sought-after models. He kindly took my expression of interest on the Tudor Ranger and I will patiently wait for the good news from them when one becomes available!! This is a business transaction but when the sales team are super genuine and have a passion to share their knowledge and expertise in watches, then I will happily shop here and hope to make this my go-to AD. Update: Monday 03 October, 2022. I got the 'call'!! After a month Kn Poy messaged me that the Tudor Ranger allocated to me was arriving. I went in last Sunday and did the deal and have had my Ranger on wrist for about a week. I asked my friend Jae to come along also, as it was he who recommended PMT to me as I mentioned before, and the entire seeing it/trying on/buying/getting bracelet sized for me was a thoroughly enjoyable process. Kn Poy did an excellent job of taking me through it all and I can highly recommend him and PMT here in Phuket. I do have plans for more purchases in the future and will certainly come back here. I'm adding a few shots from the purchase day - I brought my 20yr-old Glycine KMU 48, Jae came with his awesome IWC Mercedes F1 (what a colour!!), and we got to try on the newly released Pelagos 39 also. Here is the shot of the full box and papers - right down to the peeled off stickers! and a few final shots of the Ranger at home. The watch I will briefly add is rather perfect. I am an architect - hardcore modernist so an all brushed (almost) case, a dial that is definitely 'less is more' is the perfect under-the-radar watch for meeting with my banker/developer clients. I am one happy customer indeed.

Just went to the boutique to view the new Rolex models. Knowing the difficulties involved in purchasing such high demand watches, Kwan was fantastic and took the time to explain and allowed me to better understand the process. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and the watches themselves. I signed up after discussing my most sough out models and hope to receive a call soon to purchase. Thanks Kwan for taking the time to help me and for giving me hope to own my dream watch.

I attended The Hour Glass Phuket central with my Partner Tom who is an avid Rolex enthusiast. Although we have been to many different shops in our time this was by far the most enjoyable experience. We were greeted by SK who’s vast knowledge and experience was extremely impressive. She had an exceptional attention to detail, very polite, great communication skills and really pleasant to work with. We both highly recommended this store and SK in particular.

I would say that we had one of the best experiences with Rolex at PMT The Hour Glass in Central Phuket Floresta! It was very nice talking to Khun Song and get her feedback on watches, while she explained the history, models, detials and the materials while making sure we were accommodated pretty well. Eagerly waiting to hear a good news about the Rolex that we signed up for and nevertheless, will visit them whenever I need a Tudor or Hublot. I can only say this has been the best watch boutique experience. I was greeted by Saralai Pakdeesri (Noon). Even though all the Rolex watches for are for exhibition only, she patiently let me try on all the watches that I've requested as I've never seen some in person before. We've had a good chat about the watches I like and she even offered to input those in the interest list. Last but not least, I didn't expect that she would even send me a follow up email with regards to my visit at their boutique! She's the first person to do that throughout the 4 years of my watch hunt! Really amazing!
