I’m reading the reviews others left and I’m confused. Maybe my partner and I just had terrible masseuses… I feel like the decor and sweet welcome is a cover up for the inexperienced and unprofessional masseuses. We ordered a Thai massage and it was just horrible. My masseuse was putting pressure on the wrong places and it was very painful. I felt like I was suffocating. My partner was complaining to them as well but they didn’t understand. So we told them to just use less pressure. The rest of the massage was a joke. I’ve already had over 10 Thai massages and I know that this isn’t how it’s meant to be.

My daughter and I had a great experience here and will be back! The facilities were very clean and the staff so nice and professional! We had the 1 hour foot massage - included warm/cool towels oils, pressure points, thumping and massaging. The chairs - which fully recline - were very comfortable. We enjoyed the very quiet relaxation and the warm tea when we were finished. Highly recommend

I went mainly for the jacuzzi bath plus one hour massage, up to snuff.

I went twice - the first time I had The Sample package, the second time I had The Classic package. Both were excellent value. You can choose individual treatments as well. Staff are professional. The Spa is clean. Happily go to this Spa again.

I had a 2 hour spa treatment consisting of a body scrub, essential oil body massage and a herbal foot massage. Really nice.

I did a Thai massage there. Very professional and prices were reasonable given the quality of the service. The music was relaxing and the staff took great care of my friend and I. We were given clothes for the massage and they kept asking if it was too hard (which was not), and whether we would like it to be harder. The place is very well arranged and lit correctly, so that it was perfectly relaxing. We were given hot tea at the end, which was highly appreciated ! A great experience overall.

Had an excellent deep tissue massage today and just booked to go again, I was very very impressed - professional but relaxed environment and friendly service. Well priced and even better value if you can secure a discounted voucher on the gowabi app. Highly recommended.

I have visited Chiang Mai 3 times, and every time I book a massage at Peak Spa. Since my last visit in 2019 they have decreased in size (probably a result of the pandemic challenges), but the rooms and service remain exceptional. Although the spa is a 10 min walk or 3 minutes tuktuk ride from old Chiang Mai town (next to the Shangri la hotel), it is worth the minor effort. I have tried other cheaper places but it was false economy, as you share the room with other people and masseuses were not as good as the therapists in this spa. The therapists at this spa are very polite, professional as you can feel they know what they are doing. My husband and I tend to have massages together and have tried a variety, all very good. Iconsider a 90 minutes massage of this standard for 800 bht (£20) a bargain. Love the traditional Thai massage and the oil one. You are also treated with tea before and after the treatment. Can't wait to return . Thank you girls.

Very clean spa. I went with my husband and my son and we all had a wonderful massage. Not sure why it only has 4.2 stars. Ying adjusted her pressure to my liking and wanted to make sure I was good with her technique

If you like deep tissue massage you owe it to yourself to go to Peak Spa! I like torture and they can turn it up on request. My wife likes the opposite and wed are both always satiated when we leave Peak Spa is very professional and clean.

Highly recommended 👍 Staff can speak English fluently, no berries to communicate. Peaceful and quiet rooms provided. Skilled masseuse( must have to try the Deep Tissue Oil massage 💆‍♂️ ).

This was lovely, just down the road from our hotel, a very lovely relaxing oil massage. At an excellent price. Worth a visit.
