👍👍 From booking to end of trip their logistics arrangement is flawless. Marcus was good at communicating with us making sure we get all the information we needed. We spent 3 days of MQ2. The cabins, deck area and toilets were all clean. They provided two coffee machines and even electrolyte drinks! How... I had a great experience on this live aboard, 4 days/3 nights to Similan Islands. We had a last minute ship change (to a bigger and more upgraded vessel) and almost everyone got upgraded rooms! Nice perk. Our ship director and our groups dive master Xavier, was awesome! The whole staff was awesome! We had some great dives and Xavier really took the time to show us some cool stuff, and I felt really comfortable. The food is fantastic and local ship crew were very nice! One of our last stops to Richelieu Rock was the icing on the cake, amazing! I’m already planning my next trip!!

From booking to end of trip their logistics arrangement is flawless. Marcus was good at communicating with us making sure we get all the information we needed. We spent 3 days of MQ2. The cabins, deck area and toilets were all clean. They provided two coffee machines and even electrolyte drinks! How thoughtful! We love the bean bags on sun deck too. Boat crew on MQ2 were all very helpful and friendly. The dive planning were well thought through. Dave's pre-dive briefings were informative and interesting. Our dive guide Bass knows the divesites like the back of his hand. Saved us a lot of air by not fighting current most of the time. And special thanks to Bass for taking care of my strobe batteries. You saved my day. I am a diving instructor myself and I have been to liveabroads before. This is one of the most organized. Also, I really appreciate how they overcome difficulties to operate in covid situation. In most divesites we were the only boat around! Big applause to KLSA for making this dive trip possible. Can't wait to come back for another trip.

Had a great time on their manta queen live aboard. Everything ran smoothly and we've got to experience amazing wildlife! Awesome crew, great food, unforgettable dives. Shoutout to Brendan for being a great host and Bank for dive leads that got us some of the coolest sealife out there!

We did their 4-night liveaboard and it was good diving, especially Richelieu rock. The site is an aquarium that provides sensory overload to divers. I have to start by saying the boat crew was amazing. They made sure the divers were safe from entry and back. The zodiac tow was quite cool. The chef gave us more than substantial meals but, most importantly, very delicious with the right amount of spiciness. There were five dive guides on the trip, including the trip leader, Woody, a no-nonsense guy, which is what you like for a group leader. Not to mention, he supports the correct Manchester color. Our dive guide was Jack, a local Thai guy with a good eye for anything from macro to a massive Marble Ray resting on a sand patch. He was diving slowly and followed company policy regarding dive safety. I felt very safe following Jack. Katie and Steven, the other dive guides, were very friendly towards us and shared their diving experiences with us. There was a dive guide though that was very rude. He had this smug personality towards me and my friend. We don't know why since he didn't talk or introduce himself to us. He didn't ruin our trip, but a heads-up for others. 😉

Did the 3 day 3 night trip and was awesome. All the dive guides were excellent and the diving was great too. The thai crew on board works very hard and are all very helpful and wonderful to be around. The food was some of the best ive had in thai which felt like home cooking. I think overall you really get a good value for your dollar and is a great experience thanks everyone on board!

Amazing experience on MQ2 for 3N/4D. Dive guides and boat crews are wonderful and lovely people indeed. Highly recommended to solo travelers and couple, family. You could see them always smile at you and care for you safely. They are true expert so you can trust them. I will not forget the memories with other traveler friends and them.

I just got back from the KSA Manta Queen 2 - 3 day liveaboard experience and had the most amazing time. The dive sites were incredible, the whole crew was so helpful and sincere and the food was outstanding. Our guide Michele did an amazing job at guiding our group with relatively little experience and helping us complete our advanced open water course. Due to sickness Woody had to take over and continued the fantastic job. The feeling you get is that everyone is going beyond to make your stay special. Would recommend 100% to anyone thinking of doing something like this.

Embarking on the 5D4N journey aboard MQ7 was marked by a smooth and hassle-free booking process. However, my dive experience encountered hurdles due to concerns about the dive groupings. While the organizers considered the number of dives, they overlooked crucial factors such as air consumption and the varying skill levels of divers, which are often tied to the frequency of their dives. A significant incident unfolded during one dive, involving a less physically fit diver with a dislike for currents. After fighting through medium-intensity currents, we reached a calmer area between rocks. Surprisingly, the diver ascended rapidly from 15 meters, struggling and choking. Post-incident, the dive guide understandably prioritized safety by avoiding every single currents, resulting in missing opportunities for our team in exploring various dive sites. For example, no encounter of common species like black tip or white tip sharks, and even rarer encounters with guitar sharks and leopard sharks, which all other groups encountered in most dives. Despite the crew team's initial mention of potential reshuffling based on various aspects, no reshuffling occurred throughout the expedition. This lack of flexibility made it challenging to align with the team's goals, and attempts to switch dive groups proved awkward and unsuccessful. Additionally, the prolonged wait for the dock to clear for boat loading and unloading was unreasonably long, exceeding an hour. Better communication and planning could enhance this aspect. One diver did negotiated with the captain regarding this issue, insisting on possibilities for transportation through dinghy instead to minimise waiting time. However, amidst these challenges, I extend kudos to Tisha, our dive guide, for her exceptional knowledge of marine life. Her prowess in spotting macros and enthusiasm in sharing insights significantly enriched our underwater experience. Tisha took the initiative to engage with us, introducing various underwater creatures and imparting valuable knowledge, making her a standout positive aspect of the overall journey.

Did OWC and Manta Queen 2 liveaboard with them. It couldn’t get any better. Everything was just perfect. As a pure vegetarian couple from India we were taken proper care of. The boat, Thai crew and all the arrangements were upto the mark. A big thank you to the lead instructor Woody for all the good times. As a newbie with no experience whatsoever under water we couldn’t have made it through without our instructor Letisha Smiljanic. Tisha was totally patient with us and taught us good. She made all the effort to ensure we are comfortable under water. Tisha is not only a very good instructor but also someone who knows the stuff down very well. She familiarised us with all the marine life and made sure we see everything down there. Honestly, she is the best instructor. If you are in Khao Lak for scuba for your OWC or fun dives you cannot get a better instructor than her. Thank you KSA team for making it all possible.

First liveaboard experience & the crew + dive masters on Manta Queen 3 made the trip fantastic! Would highly recommend to divers who want to head to the Similan islands to engage them! P.S. The visibility on the west coast of Thailand is naturally lower & on the greener side due to thermoclines so do keep that in mind! But the thermoclines bring in a very wide variety of marine life!

Amazing 3 days 3 nights on MQ2 with amazing crew members. We got Estabon, Stephan and Vicky taking a good care of us for 3 days with nice and thoughtful food by Khun Chef Tip. We are full and didn’t loose a pound from our 11 dives! All boat members are Super helpful, we almost forgot how to assemble Scuba diving gear! And thanks so much for P’Kao the caption for bringing us safe back home! Thanks for a good trip!
