We booked the Hong islands tour, where we made 6 stops to take pictures, swim in the lagoon, chill at two beaches and one snorkel spot. Pros: if you haven't taken any tours yet, then this can be a good start, as you see many different locations and have several activities to do in a row. The tour is good for taking pictures with several hot spots and relaxing on the beach. The snorkel spot was nice with lots of fishes. We were around 15 guests and 4 guides, we had a lot of space in the speedboat which was good. The guides were really nice and we had someone to translate for Spanish guests too. Cons: The instruction and interaction with the guests could be more informative. I booked this tour because of the amazing reviews, but was kinda disappointed, that it felt like any other tour but just with less people. Of course you had a schedule to follow and that's why you go to one spot, spend around an hour there and then ride the speedboat for another 20min to another spot and so on. The food was eaten at a secluded beach and we had grilled seafood on the spot. Unfortunately there was not enough food in my opinion. There was a bowl of fried rice, spring rolls, fried chicken, fried prawns for everyone. On top , there was grilled squid, fish, mussels and corn, which were not seasoned, but you had Thai sauces. For me the food tasted bland and was not enough for everyone. I had much better food on other tours.. I have already been on several tours and prior to that tour did a sunset cruise and kayak tour, which were a lot more active and fun to me. Maybe that's why I felt this tour was more boring to me. I recommend people who want to relax and see a lot of things and take pictures, definitely book that tour! But if you want to be more active then do a kayak tour or snorkel one. The cliffs to me look similar ..so no need to see them all, just because it's that famous rock. It was my most expensive tour and the least liked one. Make sure to do this tour before the other active tours you book to avoid disappointment. For that steep price it would have been nice to be picked up from the hotel and provided more service in my opinion. Another tip for these island hopping tours in general: buy or bring your water shoes if you don't like to walk on beaches and waters with spiky shells poking your feet. We were struggling and another girl even had a small wound bleeding on her feet. Be careful and enjoy!

Had the 4 islands trip with night snorkelling, overall felt like in rush all the time but also they try to show you many things in a short period, 14 persons for me seemed too much for a semi private tour, given they are on the pricey side, at least double price for their trips compared to others.Long boat also not in best condition, lunch very good though, had enough drinks for all, 1st snorkelling experience on the day not great, location for me not the best, water was not that clear and the snorkelling masks they provide are not quality ones, would recommend to bring your own. Had a better experience on the trips booked from hotel directly at less than half price.

Living in Bangkok we wanted a special getaway from the city. We chose Thalassa and were not disappointed. Jorge was very accommodating from start to finish. Along with great communication, Jorge and his team were very flexible with the dates and kept track for us - recommending the day with the best weather and sea condition. So helpful! The whole tour was curated before hand to ensure we had the best time and most idyllic moments. We loved how organised and passionate our tour guide, Bella, was. Our crew also set up a lovely picnic along with preparing fruits and ensuring our safety throughout the day. Our private lunch on a secluded beach was incredible. The sunset was magical. Honestly, the most cozy and organic tour we've had in Thailand. We highly recommend!!!

Booked the Phi Phi tour from their website (needs improvement). Nonetheless, Jorge was extremely responsive to the IT issues and from the begining we had a great customer service experience. The booked tour exceeded our expectations. Not only did we go to some amazing places to snorkel but we felt that from the begining, Sakee (the woman tour guide) along with her colleague were super engaged and extremely enthusiastic. It seems that the workers in Thalassa Tour are valued and cared for, something that is hard to find in these type of settings. The food and snacks were great! Definitely worth the higher price than normal tours. Highly recommend.

Easily some of the best tours I have ever taken! Jorge was so awesome during our first tour, that we booked 2 more with him. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were able to see some incredible places with him!! Pick up was easy and explained very well to us to know where to go. The tours were awesome and got to see a lot of islands and snorkel at a few that Jorge made sure to point out unique things along the way. All in all, it was a great couple of days. Thalassa Tours are awesome!!

PHI PHI ISLANDS TOUR: Amazing tour with great guides. Pick up on time, we were 14 people in total, delicious lunch and spectacular places. We got a very tough navigation day and the speedy boat trip was quite scary and long but nothing could be done as it was windy. Note that the places you will visit are extremely popular so almost all places were quite crowded. If you can avoid the pic season of Christmas, even better. 4 ISLANDS TOUR: If you have to choose between Phi Phi Islands and the 4 islands, the 4 islands forever with Thalassa Tour. We were only 6 people and visited the most amazing places, enjoyed snorkeling, a breathtaking sunset, amazing lunch and great guide.

Great tour company, great guides, our tour was personalised and fun despite the group size being 17 people. We did the Hong island and James Bond tour Great staff. Highly recommend

This tour was a highlight of our Thailand Honeymoon trip! We did a private tour with our guide Bella, who was so helpful, lovely, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We wanted to balance seeing some new islands and sights with having enough relaxation time and Bella helped us to plan the perfect day! We visited Ko Hong for some beach time and a quick hike, had a delicious lunch of various Thai foods at Ko Lao Lading, snorkeled at Red Island, stopped at Chicken Island for some epic photos and a lovely viewpoint, and ended the day with sandwiches at Railay beach. We also appreciated how Bella took so many photos of us throughout the day to help capture our memories! We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this tour to all!

Core memories unlocked! We had an amazing day spending with Thalasa Tour with Jorge (the owner) and Tuna (the guide) and the crews. I am so impressed with how the guys make our destination-to-destination journey to be an adventure. Core memories unlocked. Jorge is an awesome savy guy with so many 'secret' places along the way, which we found peaceful time in what supposed to be crowded region. The boat is new and tidy, the crews are friendly and supportive, you may ask them guide you to find coral sharks or dive down with your gopro to capture rare color fish. You can also ask Jorge to take you to an additional night tour that follows the day tour, which will get you swimming with bio-luminescent creatures, highly recommended too! In conclusion, fellow travellers, you may find less expensive tours around, but I doubt you would find better experience than this. Thanks. *copied from my review on tripadvisor*

One of the best experiences of my life. The scenery was extraordinarily beautiful, with an unbeatable lunch on a tiny beach. The captain and crew were very skilled and careful. I was especially impressed with the crew's attention to the comfort, care and safety of all of the passengers.

Did two tours, the 4 island tour and the James Bond tour, preferred the latter as we felt there was better opportunities to avoid the crowds, more difficult with the 4 island tour as frequently more and more boats turned up. The Bioluminescence plankton night snorkel is a bit rubbish, nothing like photos you might have seen with stunning blue plankton lighting up the sea, it was just dark (and quite scary) and moving your hands in the water just lit up a few very briefly, like dull sparks. Friendly guides on both and a decent Thai lunch. I'd recommend this tour company.

Took two tours with these guys and thoroughly enjoyed both. First was to see the 4 islands, the second to James Bond island. Excellent guides who constantly make sure you’re enjoying the trip (Tuna and Sexy Man are standouts!). Felt like the trip to James Bond island was more fluid in terms of adapting to find the less busy places, we definitely found some hidden gems. Food was local Thai, tasty and healthy. Overall the boats and equipment were in good condition however the second boat did need some repairs to the steps to get in and out and a damaged windshield. I only mention this because this tour operator is operating at the higher end of the market so these details might make others mark them down, I have not because I genuinely enjoyed these trips and would go with Thalassa again!

Had an awesome tour with them. Pickup was easy, boat clean and stocked with plenty of drinks, decent lunch. Dropped off at my hotel after the tour. The guides, Sexy man and Tuna, were really friendly and very conscious about safety. It was a bit more expensive but worth every cent. My only gripe is that the tour started a bit later in the day and missed out on some stuff like monkey watching because of this.

We had a great time on the Phi Phi Islands tour! Sakee was a great tour guide and made sure that we were taken care of! Although this tour was more expensive than with other tour operators, we found that it was worth the extra cost. There were only 3 other people on this trip, so we had a very relaxed trip without any of the over-crowding you sometimes get. Sakee was able to guide us at two snorkelling locations too, which was fantastic! Would definitely book through these guys again!

I took 2 tours with these guys and they are phenomenal! Went snorkeling both days and everything went perfectly. You can tell they really care about the environment as all the dishes are set up sustainably and they don't overload the boats like we saw other long boats with 40 + people on smaller boat than ours with just 4 guests. At the end of the first tour we got to do a night dive and see bioluminescent plankton which was a first for me. Our guide Kaw set up a wonderful sunset snack with sandwiches and he sand thai songs and serenaded us on his ukulele. Cannot recommend enough!

IMPRESSIVE. I own a travel agency my pwn and these guys absolutely nail what they do. Super profesional people since the minute one they picked us up. The boat was a way better than the regular local companies, the captain was outstanding and the day went great. What impressed me the most is the knowledge and the organization of this company. They took us places avoiding the crowds, discovering hidden unknown gems and changing thw regular times other companies do the tours so we could have less people on the best spots. I totally recommend the company. My clients will ve heading their way as I know they will not be disappointed and that makes my job easier. For my personal holidays I have already booked a tour on the Koh Yao Noi bay with them and I can't wait to see this landscape with this fantastic crew. Thank you Jorge for your excellent service. Can't be grateful enough.

I loved the 4 island trip with Thalassa Tour! I happily spent a little extra money for the great experience, beating the crowds and having a wonderful day out on the sea, on a secluded beach, a great snorkeling spot and making plankton sparkle at night ;) The crew was great and took good care of everything and everyone on the boat. The vegetarian food they provided on request was also delicious. Would (and have already!) recommend booking a tour with them!

I made the best option choosing Thalassa Tour. Thanks for giving me the best laughs, moments and memories on my trip to Thailand. I couldn't ask for more. I did the 3 tours with them and they were amazing. Every tour has different things to offer you and all of them are just stunning. Part of their amazing tours route and professionalism, they have the best staff! A big big thank you to Stephane, Pedro, Saheem (sexy man!) and "Shaki" (the woman who picked us up from Ao Nang). Thank you so much for looking after me at anytime and made my tours so enjoyable. In one of the tours, unfortunately the sea wasn't the best and I got very sick and Stephane looked after me amazingly. I can't be more grateful. I wish all the very best to this company and I definetely recommend it to everyone. I am gonna miss you! See you around the world ❤️
