We stayed here 2 nights. Very friendly and helpful Thai owner who spoke perfect English. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Beds are very comfortable. There is a fridge in the room and the air conditioning unit is powerful. Whilst no breakfast is listed as provided, there was coffee, biscuits and fresh Chinese bread provided which was delicious. There was also bananas. We would certainly recommend this resort and would definitely stop here again 😁👍

The room is really clean. On night time sleep well .Hot water is work nice too. Have fresh air on the morning time.

Comfortable, affordable and clean hotel with easy access to restaurants and convenient stores such mini Big C and 7/11. The owners are friendly and easy to contact. Perfect place to stay is Sai Yok.

Clean room, friendly owner, lot of car parking space, nice view from the restaurant area. There are several convenience stores a few minutes walk, as well as some restaurants. I was charged 600 baht/night, no breakfast.
