An amazing little bed and breakfast. Excellent service and pleasant staff. The hotel itself looks great and the rooms are nice. I would definitely return

it's a good place to stay in Chiang Rai, close to the city center. When we stayed for 2 nights in 2019 it was close to a construction site that starts making noise around 8:00Am but that was the time we got up to go visit so it wasn't an issue, but if you plan on resting more you may want to ask about the noise. There is no lockbox in the room but that was not an issue for us. The internet is decent but sometimes drops connection. The room and bathroom are clean. Breakfast is decent too but in both days they had no salt on the tables so we had to ask for it - maybe in Chiang Rai only use sauces and spices and salt is weird for them (?)

Absolutely stunning place as seen in most booking websites. Adequately spacious and comfortable room. Not giving it five stars only because of the lack of hair dryer and the limited choice for breakfast. But for this rate, it's great value of money.

Cooling water garden, sun trap roof terrace, well positioned off the main road, which made for a calm setting, however our room overlooked the hospital grounds which proved quite noisy first thing, but was a good incentive to get up, drink some local coffee and crack on with the sightseeing! The room was great, in terms of space and comfort and staff were lovely! Free toast!

Nicely done up place with lots of greenery. Tuktuk from bus station to hotel costs 30 baht (we got ripped off for our first ride - 80baht). Do get the address in thai to show the driver as this place is pretty new. Simple breakfast of toast, sausage, porridge, cereal. Staff could manage basic English. The owner and his extended family stays here originally and decided to build a hotel in their front yard. This place is popular with Thai tourists. We were the only foreigners. Nice place with big room and a rooftop hang out area.

This place looks just like the pictures. Such a nice Oasis. It isn't fancy but a lovely place to relax and the staff are great. Would definitely stay again.

Budget hotel but it really looks great. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. The owner was very kind and friendly. Thanks for making me the coffee 😄
