Amazing hike/climb with our guide Rose! My girlfriend and i went up and she was afraid of heights. Rose made her feel very calm and comfortable that she conquered her fears and made it all the way up! The views from the top are amazing and produce amazing photos! Rose had planned out the route well and it didn't require any really difficult parts. Equipment was excellent and we felt very safe the whole time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes a good view and a good adventure.

Absolutely spectacular. If you visit Ao Nang and want to see it from a unique point of view, you have to climb up here with Rose and her team. Professional and charming, they helped me at every single moment and made me feel safe through the different sections of climbing and via ferrata. Rose accepted my proposal to go up to see the sunset and take some incredible photos in fantastic light, although she does not usually offer this hour for the experience. The effort is worth it and the reward is an image you will never forget. Thank you very much, Rose!

Had a quality morning hiking the 250m towering rock formation. Out guide Rose was great, clear instructions, and I felt safe all the way to the top. There was only two of us on the hike and we are relatively fit so Rose told us we beat the record at 1.15 hours so something for you challenge if that's your thing, however if you are not as experienced you can take your time and Rose will keep at your pace. For your efforts, you will be greeted with amazing views and well deserved, relax at the top. Well recommended 👌

Climbing Ao Nang Massive was such a treat! For those of you who go to Krabi to climb the rocks in Railay, this is definitely something you need to add to your list, too. You get to climb ~250m above sea level and have lunch at the top of Ao Nang, looking over the sea and city. You need to book in advance by messaging Rose on either Facebook or WhatsApp to find out if there's a spot available to climb. Smaller groups are preferred to uphold the strictest standards of safety, so message early. Rose was able to fit me in within a day's notice. Remember to wear sneakers with good grip or hiking boots. The trail includes hiking, scrambling, free climbing, rope and tire ladders (with safety harnesses), and traversing. If it rains, you get a free muddy slide on your bum in too :D I climbed with Rose and Fang, and they were the best, most patient guides. It rained twice during our climb (slippery rocks and muddy trails) but we never felt unsafe. There are technical elements to the trail but you will be trained and guided along the way. You don't need to be super fit to be able to do this climb, so please don't get discouraged in the first half hour of your hike where you ascend quickly through the national park trail -- the next few hours are significantly easier and worth it!

I've had an opportunity to participate in a hike organized by Rose and it was great! Everything was explained well, she took care about our safety. Some parts can be hard, but you can take your time to do them safely. Additionally Rose is very nice person and her English is great so you can have a nice chat!

It was a great adventure. Even if you don’t have any rock climbing experience, you can enjoy this tour with safe. Rose is the one of the best climbing guides I’ve ever known. And the lunch we had at the top of the rock tasted so good !

I’ve spent two months in Thailand and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. I was so lucky to get a private tour with Rose. She was just great, kind and patient, pushing me to go beyond my limits when I felt like giving up. She even brought some lunch we had together on top of the cliff, while enjoying the breathtaking view of Ao Nang. If you’re in Krabi you have to do this, I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you Rose :)

Great adventure! Really enjoyed the hiking / climbing tour in Ao Nang. Rose is an excellent guide, very professional, kind hearted and communicates well. Although no climbing experience required, general fitness will help for sure. It can be quite challenging at times but I think that makes the whole tour wholesome. Overall absolutely recommended, spectacular viewpoint, exciting and challenging hike. Thanks again Rose for creating this climbing experience and for inspiring us to do more climbing in the future!

I had such an amazing time on this experience. Rose was so kind and helpful throughout. We climbed a route that was founded by her and it has one of the best viewpoints you can reach in Krabi. Simply amazing! I would recommend this to anyone interested in climbing and nature; from beginner to advanced. You will have such a good adventure and be inspired by Rose’s love for climbing!

Everyone, I recommend you so much to hit the Ao Nang Massive when you visit Krabi. Must to know this is not an easy hike be prepared for a full rock climbing if you are not a mountain person. Even you are a first time climber you have nothing to worry you have amazing guides Rose and Brad who are there for you and show you step to step! This certainty became the best memory of my Thailand trip. PS having long nails is definitely not recommended for this activity I learned it hard way.

We had a great trek with Rose and Brad! Rose knows perfectly well her trail, her equipment and how to guide people. Climbing experience is not necessary but a good fitness is helpful! We did this with 2 kids, 8 and 5yo, and we got worried for them on the most difficult parts of the way, especially close to the top. They actually did great and loved it! The gorgeous view is really worth the effort but you should better not have the vertigo there!!! Rose and Brad took very good care of us, with lots of support to our kids on the way down. We will keep a very good memory of this experience and, as Rose said, "it is something to do once in a lifetime!".

I wanted to try this myself, i like an adventure and to be independent. To find the start point was difficult. I looked at the mountain from a vantage point and tried to figure out the easiest way up. After that i walked around the general area underneath that point until i found a sort of path and eventually ropes. After the ropes i knew i was on the right direction. Well anyway it's not possible (safely) without a climbing harness and something to clip yourself in and out. I got past the ladder and rubber tyres (see picture) and after that i felt that a fall would break something because the drop was 10+ metres vertically. The viewpoint through the trees in my picture was just before that ladder. You can get to that point safely enough. Starting from the main road, turn into cosi hotel and walk 200 metres until the dirt road branches off on your left, where my blue line is. That road is very overgrown but just keep walking, it gets easier to walk after the overgrown part. Eventually you will dead end at a pile of rocks (blue circle on picture). Turn left there over some wires and into the forest. The ropes are about 60 seconds walk/climb away and from then it's obvious. Just to reiterate, you won't be able to do this without gear or a guide unless you are some kind of professional freeclimber. With gear and climbing experience i don't think you would need a guide, but i didn't do the upper section so can't say for sure.

Amazing views and adventure! You can see Ao Nang from a perspective not many visitors will experience. Rose developed the trail system, Via Ferrata system, and continues to improve the trail to prevent erosion. Don't try to find this and do it yourself, hire Rose as your guide, as she has the experience and equipment for you to have a safe, fun time. Support a local guide and you will enjoy stunning views! You should be in reasonable shape to attempt this hike/climb. After this rigorous hike, you have earned the all you can eat seafood buffet at the Sea Seeker Krabi Resort nearby, reasonably priced and well worth it!

What an amazing experience! My wife and I, who are regular hikers but not climbers, had so much fun on this adventure. Rose is an excellent guide and very reassuring, patient, and helpful through the rock climbing sections. She takes pictures throughout the experience to share afterwards, brings up lunch to eat at the top most viewpoint, and was so much fun to chat with as she clearly has a great passion for climbing and the outdoors. If you want a unique, challenging, adventurous outdoor experience, we would recommend 100%.

Excellent experience courtesy of Rose who was a patient, meticulous and thoughtful guide. The weather was also on our side and therefore had brilliant views of Ao Nang town and the sea from the top. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for an interesting and different experience from the norm.

I can’t rave enough about out how fun this was. If you’re in Ao Nang, and you like adventure, aren’t afraid of heights, and don’t mind trying something new (or even if you’re already a climber or a hiker), this experience is one you NEED to add to your itinerary when in Ao Nang / Krabi. Rose and Khaofang were very patient, very pleasant and very professional in how they handled our group of 6. They gave the proper briefing, and were very in tune to the different levels in the group: first timers, non climbers, and climbers, and they were able to give tips for each of us on how to get the best out of this experience depending on our level. There’s a short hike through the humid jungle to the start of the more technical part, you then climb a bit, do a bit of via Ferrata, and do some rope-assisted ascents until you reach the very top of the massif that overlooks Ao Nang beach. They give you water and snacks to make sure you don’t put yourself at risk of dehydration / fatigue, and point out the best spots if you’re camera-happy. Would definitely do this again if I find myself back in Ao Nang

An outstanding adventure away from the tourist crowds. Rose accompanies you very helpfully and well prepared on a demanding hike with via ferrata sections. A backpack and sturdy shoes are enough, everything else is taken care of. We were on the road for about 5 hours, which offered an exciting change with great views and exciting climbing passages. You should have a certain level of basic fitness and surefootedness, although Rose also has a few tricks up her sleeve to ensure you have a great time.

We started an hour late due to some miscommunication but eventually Rose managed to get a guide to rush down and guide us for the day. Things got better from there thankfully. Our guide, Jai, was very helpful and chirpy. The hike/climb was a lot of fun. The view from the top was simply spectacular….well worth the effort to get there. We are familiar with rock climbing and via ferrata so we were really comfortable with the rope, harness and clipping drill. My biggest problem was the mosquitoes. There were just soooooo many and I collected so many bites even tho I put on the repellent. Jai, on the other hand, did not even get a single bite. 🤷🏻‍♀️

👍👍 Okay I must put a disclaimer first and say that I am a climber and a technical hiker, so this “hike” to get here was totally up my alley.
