Very pretty place! Really nice surrounding areas and the sound of the gongs was very relaxing. Beautiful golden Buddha in the distance behind the Monk's statue. The status of the Monk is very detailed and artistically beautiful! Play area for kids and the cafe there makes really nice mocha frappes!

Fantastic temple to visit. Paying homage to the monk Mongkol that lived to be a hundred. The biggest statue of a monk in the world & very impressive. Gift shops. Places to eat. Free entrance & parking.

Beautiful Statues of Luang Phor Thuat in a large space to pray & walk around. There are statues of Ai Tong for offerings as well. Cafe serves nice food & drinks after walking around.

Visited on first day of Lent, so it was quite busy but well organized and spacious. Lots of parking and a beautiful new pavilion being built in the back, well worth the extra ten minute walk to see it (under construction but in use already on August 1, 2023). Large pond to picnic around and feed huge fish. Great cultural and spiritual experience, to visit.

Great spiritual place to visit and the facility is well maintained. Worth the drive from Hua Hin to see . Fantastic photo opportunities to create some great memories of our travel.

You know this is an important Temple when it's sign-posted from Hua Hin and has Police stationed on this site. Perhaps it's trademark is the unusual Buddha Statue which attracts the most visitors. But do go and see the two Temple buildings here, both of which are open to go inside. There are a few stalls around the site selling souvenirs and drinks/snacks. I also noticed that wheelchairs are provided for visitors requiring them. There is plenty of space for motorcycle parking within the Temple grounds.

20kms from Hua Hin city. You would probably be finished in 30 minutes however there is a lovely little coffee shop, fish feeding in the large ponds at the back & plenty of places to prey & provide offerings. Clean & well presented. Worth a visit.

A well maintained temple with lots of parking spaces. There is a small lake and another nice temple behind. We go there on weekdays. No entrance fee and no store is opened. We finds the temple is very beautiful and peaceful.

My husband and I ended up in this wonderful place by accident. We were riding our bikes and took the wrong turn, and here it is so beautiful! I recommend everyone to visit! I was especially impressed by the huge three-headed elephants!

Stunning wat (temple). One of the largest statue structures I’ve seen. I was here right at opening to make merit, so no stalls open yet, but appears to be many places to make merit, get food, and to enjoy the day. There are several places with amulets. There is a parking lot inside the temple and a larger lot across the street. Nice to be here early in the morning to enjoy the serene grounds! #thaitemples

Ample parking for bikes and cars. Quite an amount of small stalls selling steet food over there. Admission is free. Worth a visit if you have the time to spare.

They have really improved the place. I didn't care for it the last time I came here. They have cleaned it up and built new public restrooms. It is a nice temple, and there are many beautiful locations. The fish pond/lake is very nice. There are many beautiful places to make photos and to take persona photos. The buildings are very nice. They have many small shops for tourist souvenirs, temple offerings, cool drinks, Ice cream, food, etc. It was not so crowded this time. We come here whenever we have tourists visiting.

Fantastic impressive place. The statue of the miracle monk is so impressive. The sorry says When fisherman came back of their fishing trip the catches a forbidden fish, the whole water turned in black dirty water. The monk heard about it and went to the lake and stepped in the water, once hes feet touched the water this changed in clear nice water. later the monk disappears on the lake maybe he passed to enlightenment, locals believe so. Worth a visit.

Quite a nice drive up to here from Hua Hin’s centre by bike and worth the trip if you find these kinds of places interesting or are looking for something new to see. Very peaceful with mostly locals here who pray at the main statue as well as at some of the smaller ones throughout the area. There are plenty of vendors nearby selling drinks and snacks, which is also pretty convenient. Overall the area itself isn’t that big so you can see everything within 30 minutes or so without too much walking around, which can be a nice change compared to other larger temples, depending on what you like. Worth a trip in most cases I’d say!

A popular place for Buddhists with a very huge monk statue. Super busy on the weekend and public holiday. There are big fish in the lake where the locals go there to feed (but obviously they are overfed and do not want to eat so basically the bread just make the water dirty). Try the boat noodle near the coffee shop on the left. It’s quite good. Bring a hat, sunglasses, wear long sleeve as it’s quite hot.

Pretty temple on a hill, probably need a car to get there. Can get very hot, you should bring a hat or an umbrella.

I went to this temple at Sunday morning with my friends. The location is clean sufficiently and well managed. Parking area is provided enough for people. Public facilities is available properly. This place has awesome view. This temple is one of the most famous temple in Thailand.
