The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was spacious, clean and had all necessary amenities. Our unit was #273, 3rd floor, elevator 10. Not sure how they assign numbers as unit 263 was 2 floors below 273 and Thai addresses are a wee bit confusing. The complex has beautiful swimming pools and central landscaping. Our unit owner was quite helpful and friendly but the front office checkin lady was less so. Location is half way between Bluport Mall and Cicada (1km to each) and you can use the beach to access either one.

Great location to Cicada Market, Vana Nava water park and best part of Hua Hin beach. Very nice setting with plenty of garden inside making Baan Sansaran a place of real relaxing. Peaceful and quiet (no sound from road) when entering the condominium area. 3 nice pools, with everything from toddler's low pool to water slide in the last pool at the sea side.

The parking lot is a bit dark. The guards and employees take very good care of it. It's shady, clean, next to the sea, you can walk around in the water. There are many foreigners.

Excellent location. beachfront condo with a nice long pool. Good and attentive service.

Used to be a good place to stay. It's now very crowded with Russian family's and single parents with lots of kids November through to April. No sunbeds and no room in the pool.

Very beautiful, I really like it, very comfortable, taking a car to stay is more expensive but really more convenient.

Complex Baan SanSaran is one of the best in Hua Hin. The area is very green, clean and well maintained. Located directly on the coast. Very convenient for families with children.

Best part of the beach, located in the middle between market village shoppingmall and tamarind/cicada market. Also very close to blue Port shoppingmall

There used to be a very bad mold problem in the elevators that access the underground parking, but they fixed it. Kudos to the current management.

Next to the busy Petchkasem Road, but inside the condo is quiet, can't hear any cars. There is a large garden inside. There are waterfalls and flowing streams. There are three swimming pools. and has gardens surrounding it There is a beautiful beach area. Strolling through the garden from your room to the beach is like being in paradise. Because it was built twenty years ago, the room was large in that era. Makes living comfortable like home Not far from Hua Hin market. You can walk to Cicada Market and Blue Port.
