Nice building but be very aware that they are building a 7 storey complex next door,like 15 metres away and it is LOUD!!! They are banging, drilling etc., from 7am 7 days a week. Honestly if you are here for any length of time you won't want this. Update: last night they were grinding the freshly laid concrete and I fell asleep at around 1:30 with them still doing it and my girlfriend awoke at 5am and they were still going!!!! If after that you choose to stay here then you need to know only three elevators service around 600 apartments over 25 floors, the pool is freezing cold as it is on the shaded side of the building and the gym equipment is not well maintained.

I lived here for the first three months of my life in Hua Hin (going on 2.5 years now). The building is modern and there are great views, if you’re high enough. The gym also has good treadmills, exercise bikes, and some dumb bells. The main headache about this place was that it is a huge building only serviced by three elevators, and, I kid you not, one of the elevators was out of service and they were working on it EVERYDAY! And you know what? They never fixed the problem by the time I moved out. Sometimes you’d be waiting forever for an elevator, and when you’re on the 18th floor, stairs aren’t often an option. Another thing, the pool was nice, but it was built in the shade. Never got any sunlight, and it was literally the coldest swimming pool I’ve ever been in.

Nice apartments but way too small if you're staying for more than a month. Terrible location unless you got your own vehicle. Badly located. It's not very convenient to walk to the beach and to the city center. The pool is located on the wrong side of the building so it is almost always cold. Reception speaks poor English. Cleaning ladies everywhere but constantly on their cell phones, hiding where the cameras won't catch them. In fact, the building is dirty and the elevators sticky as are all the floors. But they report to the condo manager everything that happens with the residents. How hilarious! Only three elevators service around 600 apartments over 25 floors and one of them is constantly broken (how scary!).

So nice apartment in Huahin, low price and comfortable room, close to a tennis club, from here to beach just 10mins by tuk tuk. Will be my best choice next time to be here.

A lovely apartment block on the ourskirts of hua hin. Just near to the market and shops. Our apartment was excellent very clean and comfortable. Everything you would need for a holiday. Most things beach shops 10 mins, walk away

I went to see a condo there, I loved the infinity pool and gym in the building. Looks like good constructed building. There is some construction gonging on, could be bit noisy.

Not luxury or five star, but a solid, three star residence, not the best location if you don’t have transportation, great nearby outdoor market and some really good restaurants also, walk to the beach in 10 minutes, lots of dogs on the streets so be careful especially across the railroad tracks under the freeway, but all in all, not a bad place to stay if you’re facing north towards Bangkok, do not get an apartment facing south, where they are doing, massive construction, plus it’s much hotter on the south facing side

BEST PLACE TO BE !!! ommg this place exceeded our expectations....the room is quite small but really nice clean and comfy and practical....the view is amazing we can see everything from there with amazing beach view, our host nanta from airbnb is also really kind, friendly and helpful....we ended up staying 2 months because of the pandemic...but nanta and this place make us feel at home and welcomed....the staff are sooo friendly, always smiling and really helpful Location is also perfect....market village and blue port ( shopping malls are 1 and 2 km away) ...a traditional thai market is also really near...around 400 m away...there's also a big Tesco right next to it so you can easily grab foods and other utilities... The beach is also really close If we ever come to huahin again we are definetly going to stay here! The pool is also really clean and nice
