I
was
looking
forward
to
our
stay
and
from
the
exterior
the
hotel
is
very
nice.
We
booked
a
cottage
room
where
we
were
treated
with
a
broken
down
and
dirty
room.
We
were
soon
greeted
by
a
large
mouse
in
our
room.
When
we
went
to
the
front
desk,
the
receptionist
laughed
and
then
called
a
supervisor.
She
then
tried
to
upsell
us
on
a
suite
room
saying
it
would
cost
extra
and
no
other
rooms
were
available.
When
I
refused
to
pay
more
they
all
of
a
sudden
had
a
room
available
for
the
same
price.
We
only
were
able
to
have
that
room
for
one
night
then
had
to
change
to
a
different
room
on
the
opposite
side
of
the
hotel
which
was
a
huge
inconvenience.
There
was
no
apology
or
compensation
for
the
whole
ordeal
which
I
found
very
unprofessional.
The
rooms
in
the
main
hotel
were
decent
therefore
3
stars.
The
restaurant
is
not
very
good
at
all.
We
tried
breakfast
and
dinner
which
were
both
disappointing.
When
items
ran
out
such
as
fruit
they
were
not
replenished.
The
restaurant
also
charges
a
service
fee
as
well
as
an
auto
gratuity
which
I
found
to
be
overkill
given
the
mediocre
experience.
Was
looking
forward
to
the
spa
but
the
prices
were
much
higher
than
market
prices
even
for
the
nicer
spas
that
we
have
been
to
on
our
trip
(
in
Chiang
Rai
and
in
Chiang
Mai).
The
hotel
has
potential
but
the
receptionist's
service
and
the
way
our
situation
was
handled
but
an
awful
taste
in
my
mouth.
Therefore
only
2
stars.
