Very lovely place. I didn't stay in the hotel but I'm sure it will be a fantastic place to stay. Lots of staff to help. I went for a nice romantic dinner at the restaurant on the 10th floor, the peak wine and grill it was called. From there it has a lovely view of the mountains and sunset. Next to the river as well as nice green views too. The food was really nice. I had an Argentinian steak medium with red wine sauce. It was lovely. I would definitely go again.

This wonderful hotel has just been more than inspiring in my 8-day stay. The friendly staff was most caring and made us feel very welcome and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The hotel is situated on the bank of the Mae Nam Kok river and the room with river view has just been very accommodating with all the amenities and was well kept. For people who enjoy nature, the location could not be better. The breakfast buffet is rich and the food is well prepared and tasty.

Very nice hotel with good location right next the river, not far from the center. The room is very comfortable with good mattress and pillows, spacious and clean rooms, I really had a good sleep there The breakfast is very good. The swimming pool area is nice and the view from there is amazing. The hotel is kids friendly Friendly and professional staff. I totally recommend this hotel

I spent 6 nights at this hotel.The experience was good overall. We enjoyed a great evening. Outside tables were lovely. I think the food of a hotel can be the big reason to come here again for my next holidays!

Beautiful hotel with great rooms on the river bank. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center. Service in the hotel is no less than perfect and the breakfast is excellent as well. The swimming pool is also very good and so are the other facilities.

I really wanted to give this hotel a 5-stars. It just felt that they are missing something of their own. Meaning, all the good stuffs are heritages from Dusit Thani facilities. The location is great, the room is great. The pool is fun for kid. Service is good. The breakfast buffet is okay. Dinner could be improved. They just need to do a little bit more or add some more hospitalities to earn the 5-stars review. Besides all the above nitpickings, this hotel is still one of the best places to stay in Chiang Rai city.

Hotel itself is very nice, pool area is excellent, the grounds are amazing to walk around. The only thing that really let's this hotel down are the staff situated in the pool bar / restaurant. One day I found them all on the floor laying down in the bar on their phones after I'd spent 30 mins waiting for my order to be taken only to find you have to go yourself to the bar and almost beg to be served. Another day we had a large group of family at the pool, not once did the staff come over to take our order, clear tables, drinks, there was an expectation guests are to come to them and they had a real poor attitude, we ended up having to move everything onto the ground to make space. Pool restaurant had plates on tables that looked like they'd been sitting there for hours with flies hovering above whilst the staff seemed more interesting in watching their phones. Not what you expect in a 5 star resort.

One of the BEST family hotels that I have ever stumbled upon. Kids Club, Waterpark Zone, and general location made it perfect for activities. The breakfast line also had the best bacon I have ever had in a hotel buffet line. All in all, 5-stars for stay. In addition, the rooftop restaurant was surprisingly pleasant. Food was top notch for the price.

This place is splendid HiSo people must stay here however, this highly recommended for honeymooners couple. Peace and magnificent views. No jacuzzi. Prices for rooms are amazing . Even family with 2 children can check-in to this hotel. Children will not bored they have kids place to play and paint. Chinese people will loved to stay here because real Chinese food. Make sure you booked your car thru this hotel to roam around.

Was really disappointed, I guess I was expecting a better service. Staff was not friendly at all, they even avoid eye contact, specially at the reception. Restaurant went twice to the same, order same food but came totally different, worst the second time! Ants everywhere in the room! Poor cleaning in the common areas - our daughter dropped a plate on one day, and left over food was still on the floor on the next day. 4 staff members watched it happened and none of them moved to help. Good part was the kids water slide, so much fun! The surroundings are also pretty and taken care of.

Welcome to the Riverie, where you can have all the comfort and quality of a three star hotel for the price of five. Tried to check in at 2:00 PM only to be told our room was still being cleaned. We were not provided with any updates while waiting the full hour for it to be finished. Walked around the hotel itself while waiting and it's nice inside and decent outside but the river it sits on is just a muddy brown mess, not exactly scenic. The pool is a joke. About 65% of it is dedicated to kids with giant bright and colorful slides. The actual swimming area is small, shallow and not worth your time. It looks much better in the website photos than in person. Once we got to the room itself it was alright. We had a suite and the square footage was nice but the bathtub was so small, only big enough for one person which is NOT what you want when you get a romantic suite. The couch was also too small for two people to sit on and watch TV together and not that comfortable. The balcony view of the previously mentioned muddy brown river and giant rainbow pool construction was not exactly inspiring. Breakfast was the standard international affair in Thailand. No good protein choices, just processed chicken sausage, some of the worst watery ham slices I've ever had in my life and a very basic egg station. Standard for a three star hotel, not the exception I expect for the price of a five. The rooftop restaurant was very well decorated and looked great but was super expensive. We were literally laughing out loud at the prices on the menu and decided not to eat there. We took a taxi to a local restaurant 5 minutes down the road and had amazing food for less than half of what we would have paid there. The location of the hotel was very good, close to the airport and within walking distance of several interesting temples and parks. Overall would never stay here again, especially for the ridiculous price compared to quality. I've been to way better hotels in this country for half the money. They did do some really nice holidary decorating with the light garden outside though.

The promenade around the hotel is the best. Doing yoga or stretching outdoors in the early morning makes me feel better for the day. The hotel breakfast is also very good. The swimming pool is also nice, especially there are many facilities for children to have fun. However, there is a shower curtain in the bathroom, but it is useless and the water pours out on the floor. Plus, the shower curtain smells horrible.

Good enough for the Thai Royal family, then it’s good enough for me and you. The royal family visited this resort the same time we were here. Beautiful resort, and our family room with the bunk beds is exceptional. Both of our kids love this place. The staffs and management should be commended for how well this place is thought out, run, and managed. Lastly the buffet breakfast is 5 stars.

Very nice hotel by the river in Chiang Rai. Big room, great view and lots of parking space. Love the breakfast they serve, lots of good food. Nice place to stay when in Chiang Rai.

Our stay at the Riverie was excellent! We came up here for the annual U May Chiang Rai half marathon. We loved the 1.3km running track around the resort and would gladly return next year. Thank you for the lovely customer service and hope to see you guys soon 🫰

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very polite and helpful. The view was great, river view not so far from the airport. Still in the city area, but need to go by car or cab. The breakfast buffet was really great, a lot of choices, some menu will be changed daily. The pastries, the Thai food, the pork blood soup were all great. Oh and their crispy bacon stripes too. During Dec, they decorate the garden with lights, so it's pleasant. Has a small minimart in the hotel. Lobby was luxuriously decorated. Has zones for kids, like indoor playground and swimming pool. Wonderful place for people who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Best hotel in jewel Chiangrai, river view and great service are magnet here. Room is big, clean, and safe as 5 stars hotel. Breakfast is superb with local food. Highly recommend for Thai and international guest😎👍🏆

Kids pool is great great. Beds are great. Rooftop restaurant, we waited our food over 1h (still waiting as i type this) despite being the first one to order ... kids had to go to bed and we were still waiting for food...

A bit far if you want to walk out to the city, but the place itself is pretty good. Breakfast was very lacking, and the gym was not maintained at all 🙄 View from the room was wonderful, could see the big buddah from the window.

Large, traditional 5* hotel. Popular with local families (kids). Very affordable and good breakfast. Deluxe room is spacious and the large bed is comfortable and with the softest sheets I have ever had!

What a beautiful resort! And the staff is super nice, making sure you are comfortable. Just one minus: the gym is not really maintained. More than once the room had the AC off, no cups for water tank, and the machines were not cleaned everyday. A couple of machines also were no longer working.

Beautiful hotel with modern facilities. The service is top notch and we have wonderful stay here. The room is clean, comfy and inhouse Wifi is fast. The swimming pool is top draw for kidd. The breakfast is acceptable good, we also like the Wine and Grill at roof top, highly recommend their French Fries, the best i had tried. 4.5 Stars for me.

5 stars. The best in the North. Breakfast was phenomenal. Included a pancake making machine with a window to watch it come out.parking is vast with natural landscapes near a river, along with a 1.4km ttack around the property marked off. Your very own personal water park. Fantadtoc customer service and genuine hospitality. Spacious rooms that jut out into the surroundings. Highly recommended and couldn't br any mpre perfect.

Great service, staffs are helpful and try their best to support any requests. Room is spacious and clean. Temperature is comfortable and it is very relaxed during high temperature outside. Wi-Fi is very strong entire hotel area although by the river. Lobby lounge is nice for having a cold drink. They use Doi Change coffee. Price is acceptable, 130 baht for cold americano. Blossom offers various food, but taste is average.

Great hotel! Overall best choice in Chiang Rai. Facilities are amazing for families: kids club, huge pool, slides for small kids and teenagers Staff is very friendly. Restaurant is ok.
