The name suggests real Phõ, but unfortunately disappointing. Phõ is always based on real broth and not soup made of powder. The broth is made normally with beef and the bones and to get the best result, this takes at least one night. This place makes the soup obviously with powder. Very disappointing, coz the real phõ gives the unique smooth taste and fatty beef feeling in your mouth. I had a late breakfast/early lunch and wanted to try also the vietnamese springrolls. They didn't have it 😔. My conclusion, as noodle soup maybe acceptable, but definitely not as phõ.

Go for the Hokkaido milk with or without added bubbles.
